Cherry Almond Cake

This tasty cake will be ready in 1-1/2 hour

Ingredients:-
  • Self raising flour 1 cup.
  • Milk 1oo ml.
  • Grounds almonds 1.2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Almond extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Golden caster sugar 1 cup.
  • Softened butter 1 cup.
  • Cherries 1-1/2 cup.
  • Flaked almonds 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in eggs one by one and beat every time.
  3. Fold in the almond extract, flour,baking powder,ground almonds.
  4. Add the milk and cherries.
  5. Lined the 20 cm deep cake tin and pour the mixture in the tins.
  6. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes on 160 degree.
  8. Leave them for cool,then transfer into the plate.
Serve and enjoy :-

Blueberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:-
  • Cooked boneless chicken in cubes 2 cup.
  • Fresh blueberries 2 cup.
  • Chopped celery 3/4 cup.
  • Diced sweet red pepper 1/2 cup.
  • Green onion in slice 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon yogurt 3/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Honey 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the chicken,celery,red pepper,green onion,and 1-1/2 cup blueberries.
  2. Take another bowl and mix yogurt,honey,salt and mayonnaise.
  3. Add it in the chicken mixture and coat gently.
  4. Transfer it in serving bowl and top with blueberries.
  5. Place it in refrigerator.

Honey Roast Chicken

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped rosemary 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped fresh thyme 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon.
For the honey glaze:-
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Orange juice 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped cilantro 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined the garlic paste,rosemary,thyme,cilantro,1/2 cup olive oil,salt and black pepper,cumin,lemon juice.
  2. Marinade the chicken with this mixture well.
  3. Leave the chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Take a large ovenproof pan and heat the remaining oil and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Take a baking dish and lined it with oil spray.
  6. Pour the chicken in it and bake for 30 minutes on 175 degree.
  7. Take a small bowl and whisk the honey,garlic paste,orange juice and cilantro.
  8. Place the chicken in the dish and brush the chicken with this glaze.
  9. Sprinkle over the sesame seed.

Hot Chocolate with Almond Milk

Ingredients:-
  • Almond milk 4 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1 table spoon for garnish.
  • Cinnamon sticks 2 (cut in long split size).
  •  Cocoa powder 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped dark chocolate 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk and cinnamon.
  2. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cinnamon sticks and wash them and set aside.
  4. Stir in chocolate,sugar,salt,cocoa and whisk until mixture is foamy about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and chopped almonds.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

    Caramel Apple Cake

    Ingredients:-
    • For the caramel and apple:-
    • Golden apple 4.
    • Heavy cream 1 cup.
    • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
    • Sugar   3 cup.
    • Corn syrup 3/4 cup.
     For the batter:-
    • All purpose flour 3 cup.
    • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
    • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
    • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Orange juice 1/3 cup.
    • Sour cream 1/2 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
    • Unsalted butter1/2 cup.
    • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
    • Eggs 4.
    How to make:-
    1. For make the caramel take a saucepan cook the sugar and corn syrup on medium-high heat.
    2. Stir it until the sugar dissolved about 8-10 minutes.
    3. Reduce the heat add and stir in the cream and 4 table spoon butter and cool for 3 minutes.
    4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave it for 2 minutes.
    5. Pour the 1-1/2 cup caramel into a glass measuring cup and set aside.
    6. Take a 3 by 9 inch round cake pan and lined with butter.
    7. Pour the remaining caramel in it and set aside for 30 minutes.
    8. Cut the 3 apples in long pieces about 8 piece each apple.
    9. Chopped the 1 apple .
    10. Arrange the apple pieces in the pan.
    11. For make the batter take a bowl and whisk the flour,baking powder and baking soda,cinnamon and salt.
    12. Take another bowl and whisk orange juice,vanilla and sour cream.
    13. Beat the sugar and butter in the mixer for 5 minutes until fluffy.
    14. Add eggs one by one and beat each time until mixture is pale.
    15. Beat more 5 minutes.
    16. Pour it in the bowl.
    17. Beat half of the sour cream and half of the flour.
    18. Again beat remaining sour cream and remaining flour.
    19. Turn off the mixture and scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula.
    20. Finish combining the batter by hands.
    21.  Spread the batter over the apples in the pan.
    22. Topped with chopped apples.
    23. Bake it for 60-80 minutes on 350 degree.
    24. Transfer it on the rack for cool.
    25. Run a sharp knife around the pan and bring it steam for 10 minutes on the steamer.
    26. Invert the cake in the plate.
    27. Soften the remaining caramel in the microwave and drizzle over the cake,
    Slice the cake and serve:-

    Cherry Almond Smoothie

    Ingredients:-
    • Almond milk 2 glass.
    • Cherry raw almond butter 1/2 cup.
    • Frozen cherries 2cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender well.
    2. Add some ice and blend again for 30 seconds.
    Pour into glasses and serve:-

    It is so delicious and a source of protein.

    Spring Fried Chicken

    •  Ingredients:-
    • Cornish game hens 2.
    • Fish sauce 1/2 cup.
    • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
    • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Nutmeg 1-1/2 table spoon.
    • Cooking wine 3 table spoon.
    • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Water 4 glass.
    • Cooking oil 5 cup.
    How to cook:-
    1. Take a big bowl and combined cooking wine,fish and soy sauce,sugar,nutmeg,garlic powder,black  pepper and salt well.
    2. Coat the chicken in the mixture well and pour in the freezer bag.
    3. Keep it in refrigerator for 6 hours.
    4.  Steam the chicken for 50 minutes.
    5. Remove the chicken from the steamer and place on the plate.
    6. Leave it for dry for 2 hours.
    7. Take a skillet and heat the oil and fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes.
    8. Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with salad.
    Serve with any sauce and enjoy:-

    Cheesy Roasted Garlic Potato Balls

    Ingredients:-


    • Mashed potato 3 cup.
    • Garlic cloves 15.
    • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Red chili powder 1tea spoon.
    • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
    • Zeera 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Butter 2 table spoon.
    • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
    • Shredded cheese 2/3 cup.
    • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
    • Panko bread crumbs 2 cup.
    • Eggs 3.
    • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
    • Oil for fry.

    How to make:-


    1. Place the un peel garlic cloves on a piece of foil.
    2. Place butter on top and pour the lemon juice over the cloves.
    3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
    4. Bring up all sides of aluminum foil and twist together to close.
    5. Cook for 60 minutes on 400 degree until garlic cloves are soft.
    6. Transfer on wire rack and leave for cool.
    7. Take the mashed potato in a bowl.
    8. Mix in the roasted cloves and stir in cheese,red pepper,green chili,coriander and mint leaves,garam masala,zeera.
    9. Make bowl of 1 table spoon of the mixture.
    10. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
    11. Take another bowl and mix the plain bread crumbs and panko bread crumbs.
    12. Dip each ball in egg,then roll in the bread crumbs.
    13. Again dip in the egg,then in bread crumbs.
    14. Prepare all balls same.
    15. Take a fry pan and heat the oil for deep fry.
    16. Fry the potato balls for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
    17. Lined the dish with paper towel and transfer the potato balls on the dish and sprinkle the salt and black pepper on it.

    Peanut Butter Chickpea Soup

    Ingredients:-


    • Instant brown rice 3/4 cup.
    • Onion 1 cut into 1/4 inch diced.
    • Orange bell pepper  cut into 1/4 inch diced.
    • Garlic paste 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Canola oil 1 table spoon.
    • Tomato sauce 2cup.
    • Broth of all natural vegetable  4 cup.
    • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Curry powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Chili powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Celery seed 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Creamy peanut butter 2/3 cup.
    • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Chopped roasted peanuts1/2 cup.
    • Garbanzos (AKA chickpeas) 1 can of 15 ounce,drained and rinsed.

    How to make:-
    1. Take a large saucepan and heat the oil on medium heat.
    2. Add the onion and cook until it soft.
    3. Add garlic paste and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Stir in the tomato sauce,broth of vegetable,cumin powder,curry powder,celery seed,pepper,salt  and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
    5. Add the peanut butter,chickpeas,brown rice and stir well until peanut butter melt.
    6. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
    7. Top each serving with roasted peanut.

    Blueberry Bread Pudding

    It is good sweet dish and make easy and delicious you must try it and enjoy it is best for 4 person.

    Ingredients:-

    • White bread 4 slice.
    • Blyeberries 2 cup.
    • Buttermilk 3 cup.
    • Eggs 4.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Blend the bread,buttermilk,eggs,vanilla,sugar in the blender.
    2. Take a baking dish and pour the mixture in it.
    3. Stir in the blueberries.
    4. Bake it for 1 hour on 350 degree.
    5. Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
    6. Keep it in refrigrator for 4-5 hour.
    Serve it with ice cream:-

    Broccoli Cheddar Soup

    Ingredients:-

    • Chicken broth 4 cup.
    • Chopped onion 1.
    • Carrot 1 cut in pieces.
    • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
    • All purpose flour 3/4 cup.
    • Bay leaves 2.
    • Grated nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Broccoli florets 4 cup.
    • Salt to taste.
    • Ground pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Sourdough bread bowl(in loves)  4 by 7 inch.
    • Grated white and yellow cheddar cheese 3 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a large pan and heat the butter.
    2. Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
    3. Stir in the flour and cook for 4 minutes.
    4. Add the chicken broth,bay leaves,nutmeg,salt and pepper and bring to simmer.
    5. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes until it thick.
    6. For prepare the bread bowls with a sharp knife cut a circle into the top of each loaf leaving 1 inch border all around
    7. Remove the bread top and hollow out the middle with a fork,leaving a thick bread shell.
    8. Add the carrot and broccoli in the broth mixture and cook on low heat until it tender.
    9. Discard the bay leaves.
    10. Pour the soup in the pot an immersion blender.
    11. Add the cheese in the soup and whisk over medium heat until melted.
    12. Add 3/4 cup water if the soup is so thick.
    13. Ladle into the bread bowls and garnish with cheese.

    Hot Sauce Chicken

    Ingredients:-


    • Chicken 1 kg.
    • Onion powder 1 table spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 table  spoon.
    • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Honey 1/4 cup.
    • Hot sauce 1/4 cup.
    • Smoked paprika 1 tea spoon.
    • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
    • Corn cobs 4,husks removed.
    • For serve,sour cream and coriander.

    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and combine hot sauce,honey and ginger paste.
    2. Take a another bowl combine garlic powder,onion powder and paprika.
    3. Brush the chicken with oil.
    4. Add the powder mixture and coat the chicken.
    5. Take the baking try and lined it with paper and place the chicken in it.
    6. Roast the chicken for 20 minutes on 200 degree.
    7. Remove the chicken from the oven and coat with hot sauce mixture.
    8. Bake it again for40 minutes.
    9. Turning the chicken after every 10 minutes.
    10. Brush corn with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
    11. Take a baking try and place them on it.
    12. Bake it for 30 minutes on the bottom  shelf.
    13. Remove the chicken and set aside.
    14. Slice the corn.
    15. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Serve with sour cream and corn:-

    Sweet Potato Bread

    Ingredients:-

    • All purpose flour 1-1/2 cup.
    • Brown sugar 1/4 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
    • Mashed sweet potato 1-1/2 cup.
    • Egg 2.
    • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
    • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Cinnamon powder 1 table spoon.
    • Ground nutmeg 1 tea spoon.
    • Ground all spice 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
    • Buttermilk 1/4 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and whisk together flour,sugars,ginger powder,cinnamon powder,baking soda,nutmeg,all spice and set aside.
    2. Take another bowl and combined the mashed potato,vanilla extract,oil,eggs,and buttermilk well.
    3. Pour in flour mixture and stir until mix.
    4. Take a oven pan and grease it with oil and pour batter in it.
    5. Smooth out the top with spoon and bake for 70 minutes on 350 degree.
    6. Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
    7. Cut it in slices with sharp knife and eat it with any sauce.

    Chocolate Banana Pops


    Ingredients:-

    • Banana 3.
    • White chocolate 1/2 cup.
    • Chocolate 1/2 cup.
    • Shortening 3 table spoon.
    • Rainbow sprinkles 
    • Chocolate sprinkles.
    • Popsicle sticks 6.
    How to make:-
    1. Peel the bananas and cut in half.
    2. Push a popsicle stick part way through the cut end of the banana.
    3. Set the popsicles on a plate and freeze them.
    4. Take a bowl and put shortening and chocolate and microwave it for 30 seconds.
    5. Stir and microwave it again.
    6. Stir and again microwave it until chocolate melted.
    7. Lay a parchment sheet on the counter.
    8. Set out sprinkles.
    9. Take 1 banana out of the freezer at a time and place on the parchment sheet.
    10. Pour the chocolate over the top.
    11. Coat the banana each side well.
    12. Decorate the banana with with the desired sprinkles.
    13. Hold it for 1 minute,then again place in freezer.
    14. Repeat this process with all the bananas one by one and place in freezer for completely freeze.
    Serve cold and enjoy:-

    Grilled Chicken with feta cheese

    Ingredients:-

    • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
    • Chopped fresh chives 2 table spoon.
    • Crumbled feta cheese 2 table spoon.
    • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Vinegar 1-1/2 cup.
    • Cooking oil 1/4 cup.
    • Ground black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a sauce pan and whisk together vinegar,and sugar and cook it for 20 minutes on low heat after boil.
    2. Cut the chicken in 2 inches cube.
    3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper each side.
    4. Take a grilled pan and spray it with oil and place the chicken in the grilled pan and cook each side for 5 minutes.
    5. Transfer the chicken in a dish and drizzle the vinegar syrup over the chicken and top with feta cheese and chives.
    Serve hot with any sauce:-

    Spicy Dal Mash

    Ingredients:-

    • Washed dal mah 1/2 kg.
    • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
    • Chopped onion 1.
    • Chopped green chilies 1 table spoon.
    • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
    • Sat 1 tea spoon.
    • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Oil 1-1/2 cup.
    • Butter 1/2 cup.
    • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
    • Fresh mint and coriander leaves.
    How to make:-
    1. Take half pan of water and boiled in dal mash until  just it tender.
    2. Drain it.
    3. Take a pan and heat oil .
    4. Fry onion for 3 minutes .
    5. Add ginger paste and fry for 1 minute.
    6. Add green chili,red pepper,salt,mustard powder and cook for 1 minute.
    7. Add 1 cup water.
    8. Stir in boiled dal mash and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
    9. Sprinkle the butter over it and pour in serving dish.
    10. Garnish with garam masala and coriander and mint leaves.
    Serve with salad and mint yogurt and nan:-

    Hot Sauce Chicken With Green Beans

    Ingredients:-

    • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
    • Trimmed green beans 1/2 kg.
    • Onion in sliced 1.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Sugar 2 tea spoon.
    • Hot pepper sause 2 table spoon.
    • Zest and lemon juice 1.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and mix 3 table spoon olive oil,zest and lemon juice,garlic,sugar and hot sauce well.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup in the bowl and set aside.
    3. Cut the chicken in cubes.
    4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and marinate in sauce for 30 minutes.
    5. Take a large saucepan and cook the beans in salted water until tender,drain.
    6. Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken for 5 minutes each side.
    7. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining marinade.
    8. Cover to keep warm.
    9. Heat the grill pan and grill the onion in 1 table spoon olive oil for 5 minutes.
    10. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
    11. Transfer to the serving plate.
    12. Lightly toss the chicken with the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

    Apple Caramel Pizza

    Ingredients:-

    • Chopped apples 3 cup.
    • Refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 package 18 onces.
    • Cream cheese 1 package 8 once.
    • Vanilla 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Caramel dip 1/4 cup.
    • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Spread sugar cookie dough into a 12 inch circle pan.
    2. Bake it for 20-25 minutes on 350 degree.
    3. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes.
    4. Take a mixing bowl and beat cream cheese,vanilla,and brown sugar well until it smooth.
    5. Spread mix over top of cookies.
    6. Layer the diced apples over cream cheese mixture.
    7. Warm the caramel dip and drizzle over the apples.

    Strawberry Swirl Roll

    Ingredient:-

    For the dough:-

    • All purpose flour 2-1/2 cup.
    • Egg 2.
    • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Instant dry yeast 2 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
    • Milk 1/2 cup.
    For filling:-
    • Strawberry jam 1 cup.
    • Unsalted butter 1/3 cup.
    For the cream cheese glaze:-
    • Cream cheese 1/2 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a large bowl and mix flour,sugar,salt,egg yeast and knead by hands or electric mixer well and set aside.
    2. Warm the milk and pour over the dry ingredients  and knead for 7 minutes on mixer.
    3. After 5 minutes add 1/4 cup flour in three time until the dough clears the sides of the bowl.
    4. After kneading turn the dough in large bowl.cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for 2 hours in warm place.
    5. After the dough has double,punch it down,turn it on the floured or silpat and knead it for 3-4 minutes.
    6. With a rolling pin roll dough into approximately an 18 inch-by 12 inch rectangle,just eyeball it.
    7. Add the butter and spread evenly over the surface.
    8. Add the jam and spread evenly,leaving a small margin near edges.
    9. Starting with a long side roll a form a tight cylinder.
    10. Slice the cylinder into 2 inches pieces.
    11. Take the baking pan and grease them with oil and arrange the rolls in it and covered with plastic wrap.
    12. Place them in warm place for 60-75 minutes.
    13. Put the rolls in refrigerator for 15 hours.
    14. Preheat the oven on350 degree.
    15. Bake the roll for 25-30 minutes.
    16. While the roll bake,make the cheese glaze by combing all ingredients in a small bowl and beat until soft.
    17. After baking the rolls drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
    Serve fresh and enjoy:-

    Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

    Ingredients:-

    • All purpose flour 2 cup.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
    • Baling soda 1-1/2 tea spoon.
    • Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup.
    • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
    • Smooth butter 3/4 cup.
    • Egg 2.
    • Unwrapped chocolate cookies 30.
    • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a large bowl and sift together the flour,salt and baking soda.
    2. Take another bowl and pour in the 3/4 cup sugar.
    3. Combined the remaining sugar,brown sugar,peanut butter and butter in stand mixer bowl and beat for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
    4. Add eggs one by one and beat.
    5. Add vanilla extract and beat for 1 minute.
    6. Stir in flour mixture and just combined.
    7. Roll the dough into walnut-size balls.
    8. Roll the balls in sugar and arrange on the 2 baking sheets.
    9. Leave about 2 inches between cookies.
    10. Bake them between the upper and lower racks about halfway through baking until just starting to brown about 8-10 minutes.
    11. Remove the cookies from the oven and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each.
    12. Cool the cookies on baking sheets for 10 minutes,then transfer on wire rack for cool.
    You con store in airtight jar for 3 days;-

    Cherry Almonds Muffins

    Ingredients:-

    • All purpose flour 2 cup.
    • Milk 1/2 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
    • Butter 1/2 cup.
    • Eggs 3.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
    • Chopped and drained cherries 2 cup.
    • Almond extract 1 tea spoon.
    • Toasted almonds 1 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup for sprinkle over the muffins.
    How to make:-
    1. Beat butter and sugar well.
    2. Add eggs one by one and beat every time.
    3. Sift dry ingredients with milk and stir in butter and sugar mixture.
    4. Stir in almonds extract and gently fold in cherries and almonds.
    5. Take the muffins cup and grease them.
    6. Pour the batter in the cups and sprinkle granulated sugar over the batter.
    7. Bake them for 30 minutes on 375 degree.
    8. Leave them for cool.
    Serve with tea or coffee and enjoy:-

    Honey Sesame Chicken

    Ingredients:-
    • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
    • All purpose flour 1/4 cup.
    • Crushed red pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Toasted sesame oil 1/2 cup.
    • Honey 1/3 cup.
    • Sesame seeds 2 table spoon.
    • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
    • Ketchup 2 table spoon.
    • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
    • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Cut the chicken into the cubes.
    2. Take a skillet and heat the toast sesame seeds until golden.
    3. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
    4. Take another bowl and mix honey,soy sauce,ketchup,pepper,sesame oil.
    5. Sprinkle chicken with salt.
    6. Pour flour in a bowl.
    7. Roll chicken in flour well and layer in the plate.
    8. Take a skillet and warm the oil and cook chicken until through,then turn and cook again 5-7 minutes.
    9. Remove from the heat and transfer into a plate.
    10. Add garlic in the skillet and fry for 1 minute.
    11. Stir in honey mixture and stir for 1 minute.
    12. Remove from the heat and add chicken with any juices and coat the chicken with mixture well.
    13. If it thick add 2 table spoon of water.
    14. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

    Banana Foster Ice Cream

    Ingredients:-

    • Brown sugar 1/3 cup.
    • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Salted butter 3 table spoon.
    • Coconut juice 3 table spoon.
    • Heavy cream 2 table spoon.
    • Banana sliced 3 cup.
    For ice cream:-
    • Milk 1 cup.
    • Heavy cream 2 cup.
    • Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    • Sugar 3/4 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a skillet and heat the butter.
    2. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon until sugar dissolved.
    3. Stir in coconut juice and cook for 1 minute.
    4. Add banana slices and cook for 2 minutes.
    5. Coating banana with sauce,then stream in heavy cream and stir until combined.
    6. Remove from the heat and leave for cool.
    7. Transfer in a bowl and keep in refrigerator.
    8. Take a bowl and whisk together sugar,milk,salt,vanilla extract,cream well.
    9. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
    10. Pour mixture into ice maker and churn according to manufacturer's direction.When ice cream has finished churning,layer the ice cream and about 1/2-3/4 cup of the cooled bananas foster mixture in a freezer-safe container.Cover and freezer until firm.

    Chinese Chicken Egg Fried Rice

    Ingredients:-

    • Cooked white salted rice 2 cup.
    • Cooked chicken meat 1 cup.
    • Soy sauce 1/4 cup.
    • Ground black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
    • Water 1 table spoon.
    • Egg 1.
    • Chopped onion 1.
    • Butter 1 table spoon.
    How to make:-

    1. Take a bowl and beat water and egg.
    2. Take a skillet and melt the butter on low heat.
    3. Add egg and leave flat for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove the egg from the skillet and shredded it.
    5. Heat oil in the skillet and fry onion until soft.
    6. Add rice,soy sauce,pepper and chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
    7. Stir in eggs and remove from the heat.








    Serve hot with any sauce:-

    Blueberry Bread Pudding

    Ingredients:-

    • White bread 4 slice.
    • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
    • Egg 2.
    • Buttermilk 3 cup.
    • Blueberries 2 cup.
    How to make:- 

    1. Blend white bread,vanilla extract,sugar,eggs and buttermilk in blender.
    2. Pour it in baking dish.
    3. Stir in blueberries.
    4. Bake it for 1 hour on 350 degree.
    5. Cool it.
    6. Cover it with ice cream or whipped cream.

    Blueberry Butter Milk Bread

    Ingredients:-

    • All purpose flour 2 cup.
    • Ground nutmeg 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
    • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
    • Brown sugar 3/4 cup.
    • Egg 2.
    • Butter 1/2 cup.
    • Buttermilk 3/4 cup.
    • Blueberries 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and mix flour,salt,nutmeg,baking powder and baking soda well.
    2. Take a large mixer bowl and beat sugar and butter well.
    3. Add egg one by one and beat.
    4. Add flour mixture and buttermilk and beat again.
    5. Stiff in butter and stir in blueberries.
    6. Take a loaf pan and greased it.
    7. Pour batter in it and bake it for 50-60 minutes on 350 degree.
    8. Cool pan on wire rack for 20 minutes,then remove from the pan and leave for cool.

    Peanut Butter Banana Wrap

    Ingredients:-

    • Regular flour tortillas 8 inches.
    • Creamy peanut butter 2 cup.
    • Honey 3 table spoon.
    • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
    • Banana in sliced 1 cup.
    • Orange juice 1/2 cup.
    • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
    How to make:-

    1. Dip the banana slices in orange and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
    2. Spread 2 table spoon peanut butter over each tortilla.
    3. Drizzle 1 table spoon honet over the peanut butter.
    4. Top with banana slices and chocolate chips.
    5. Roll up tortillas and close with toothpicks.


    Serve and enjoy:-



    Iced Green Tea Lette

    Ingredients:-

    • Low fat milk 3/4 cup.
    • Water 1 table spoon.
    • Ground green tea powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Vanilla flavored liquid coffee creamer 2 table spoon.
    • Almonds 6-8.
    • Ice cubes.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a cocktail shaker and mix green tea powder and water and stir until the powder has dissolved.
    2. Add ice cubes in cocktail shaker until it is halfway full.
    3. Pour the coffee,almond and milk in it.
    4. Place the lid on top of the shaker and shake well until fully blended.
    5. Stain it and pour in the glass pre-filled with ice cubes.

    Chocolate Mint Cake

    Ingredients:-

    • Cake flour 1-1/2 cup.
    • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
    • Cocoa powder 2 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Sugar 2 cup.
    • Butter 3/4 cup.
    • Egg 3.
    • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
    • Buttermilk 1-1/2 cup.
    • Mint whipped cream.
    • Fresh mint sprigs.
    • Chocolate curls.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and sift flour,baking soda and baking powder,salt and cocoa powder.
    2. Take another bowl and beat sugar and butter with electric mixer.
    3. Add eggs one by one and beat every time.
    4. Mix in vanilla extract.
    5. Add dry ingredients  with buttermilk in three addition and beat until blended.
    6. Preheat the oven to 350 degree and lined the three 9 inches bake pan with parchment paper.
    7.  Divide batter among pans.
    8. Baked them for 25-30 minutes.
    9. Cool cakes in pan for 15 minutes then turn out on racks,peel of paper and cool completely.
    10. Place 1 cake on plater,spread 1-1 /4 cup mint whipped cream over the cake.
    11. Place second cake on it and top with 1-1/4 cup mint whipped cream.
    12. Place third cake on it and top with 1-1/4 cup mint whipped cream over top and sides of the cake.
    13. Keep it in refrigerator for 3-5 hour.
    14. Pile chocolate curls center of the cake.
    Garnish with mint sprigs:- 







    Black Forest Cake with Icebox

    Ingredients:-

    For the cake:-

    • Sugar 2 table spoon.
    • Vanilla 2 tea spoon.
    • Whipping cream 2 cup.
    • Chocolate wafer cookies 1 box.
    For the filling:-
    • Sweet cherries in heavy syrup 1 can.
    • Cornstarch 3 table spoon.
    • Sugar 3 table spoon.
    For the ganache:-
    • Chopped milk chocolate 1 cup.
    • Heavy cream 1 cup.
    Cherries and chocolate sprinkles for dressing:-

    How to make:-
    1. Cut the cherries in 4 pieces.
    2. Take a saucepan and cook cherries,sugar and cornstarch until dissolved.
    3. When it thick remove from the heat.
    4. Leave it for cool.
    5. Take a large bowl and pour in whipping cream,vanilla,sugar and beat it until stiff peaks form.
    6. Take a loaf pan  and lined it with plastic wrap.
    7. Spread some of the whipped cream in the bottom of the pan.
    8. Place a row of graham crackers over the whipped cream.
    9. Spread the layer of the cherries.
    10. Layer the graham crackers,then whipped cream on the top.
    11. Again layer the cherries filling ,then whipped cream until saucepan covered.
    12. At the end cover with whipped cream.
    13. Keep it in refrigerator overnight.
    14. Take a bowl and pour in the chopped chocolate.
    15. Take a saucepan and heat the cream until boiling,stirring it until a skin from forming.
    16. Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave it for few minutes.
    17. Stir it until the chocolate melted.
    18. Invert the loaf pan over a serving dish to release the cake.
    19. Frost the sides with remaining cream.
    20. Decorate with sprinkles and pour 1/2-2/3 of the ganache on the top.
    21. Leave the remaining ganache for cool.
    22. Whip them with electric beater.
    23. Pipe the whipped ganache on top of the cake in rosettes.
    24. Top with more cherries.
    Serve chilled and enjoy with delicious cake:-

    Almonds Coconut Bars

    Ingredients:-

    • Raw almonds 2 cup.
    • Shredded coconut 1 cup.
    • Virgin coconut oil 2/3 cup.
    • Almond butter 1/2 cup.
    • Coconut flour 1 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
    • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup/
    • Blackstrap molasses 2 tea spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Blend the almonds i processor.
    2. Add shredded coconut,coconut oil,almond butter,coconut flour,vanilla extract,blackstrap and blend until it forms a textured paste.
    3. Take a baking pan and lined it with wax paper and pour the mixture in it.
    4. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    5. Melt chocolate in microwave.
    6. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake.
    7.  
    8. Keep it in refrigerator again for 10 minutes.
    9. Cut it in pieces and store in a plastic container in the refrigerator.
