Spicy Zinger Burger

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg.
  • Eggs 3.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 2 table spoon.
  • Rice flour 1-1/4 cup.
  • Corn flour 1 cup.
  • White flour 1/2 cup.
  • White vinegar 3 cup.
  • Garlic powder 1 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1/2 table spoon.
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  • Buns 6.
  • Ice burg as required.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken in burger slices.
  2. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken slices with white vinegar,1 tea spoon salt,1 table spoon mustard powder,red chili,and garlic powder.
  3. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Take a large bowl and mix rice flour,corn flour,white flour,chicken powder,black and white pepper powder,baking powder,1/2 tea spoon garlic powder and 1/2 tea spoon salt.
  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  6. Coat the marinate chicken in dry mixture and then in eggs and again in dry mixture and then in eggs.
  7. Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil.
  8. Take 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 table spoon mustard paste and mix them well.
  9. Spread sauce on the chicken bun and then chicken slice,again spread the sauce and put ice burg over it and place the other half of the bun. 
Serve hot with ketchup:-

Orange Jam

You're sure to spot a jar of this orange preservative on many breakfast tables. It is a fruit preserve made from the Seville orange.Orange jam or marmalade is delicious on toast or on top of a yogurt parfait

Ingredients:-

  • Diced ripe firm oranges 4 cup.
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar 4 cup.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large kettle and combined the oranges with lemon juice and 2 cup of sugar.
  2. Cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Fill a canner half-full of water,add the empty canning jars and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat.
  5. Bring a saucepan of water just to a boil
  6. Reduce the heat and add the jars lids.
  7. Do not boil the lids.
  8. To the oranges add the remaining sugar,cinnamon,nutmeg and butter.
  9. Heat uncovered over medium heat,stirring often,until sugar is dissolved.
  10. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes,stirring frequently.
  11. Increase the heat to medium-high.
  12. Stirring constantly,bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.
  13. Remove from the heat and skim excess foam from the mixture.
  14. Stir in vanilla and leave the fruit mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  15. Stirring occasionally.
  16. Remove jars from the hot water,draining well.
  17. Fill them with hot fruit mixture,leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  18. Fit seals on tops of the jars.
  19. Screw on the lids firmly.
  20. Lower the jars into the water and add more very hot water so the water is 1-2 inches above the jars.
  21. Bring to a boil.
  22. Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
  23. Remove the jars from the hot water and leave for cool on a rack.
Make about 5 half-pint jars:-

Chicken Kabab

 These kababs are different in taste.with vegetables and mint they become pretty and delicious.
This recipe is  for 8-10 serving and make in 30 minutes.


Ingredients:-

  • Chicken mince 1 kg.
  • Chat masala 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Chopped mint 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
For stiffing:-
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup.
  • Chopped carrot 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1/4 cup.
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix chat masala,chopped onion,carrot,green chili,mint,coriander,salt in the mince.
  2. Mix stiffing ingredients .
  3. Take 2 table spoon mince in hand.
  4. Pour 1 tea spoon o stiffing and close it in the shape of kebab.
  5. Make the kebab of all the mince same.
  6. Fry in deep oil.
Serve with chutni and salad:-

  1. Set aside few banana for garnish.

  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1 pound.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
For topping:-
  • Fresh pineapple 10 rings.
  • Unsalted butter 4 table spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Heavy whipping cream 2/4 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon.1tea spoon.
How to make;

  1. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat on 350 degree.
  2. Brush the pineapple rings with the butter.
  3. Grill the pineapple over direct medium heat with the lid open for 6-8 minutes,turning once.
  4. Remove from the grill and leave for cool.
  5. Leave 1 pineapple ring whole and cut the others into halves.
  6. Take a skillet over direct heat  and mix the brown sugar,cream,cinnamon and any melted butter which remaining .
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it start to bubble around.
  8.  Remove the skillet and then arrange the pineapple halves around it,set aside.
  9. Take a large bowl mix the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
  10. Take another bowl and whisk the buttermilk,eggs,and vanilla.
  11. With an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar on medium-high speed in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
  12. Add the buttermilk mixture and mix with low mixer and the flour mixture until smooth.
  13. Spread the butter evenly over the pineapple slices in the skillet.
  14. Bake the cake over indirect medium heat with the lid closed until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted into the grill and let cool at room temperature for 10-12 minutes.
  15. Remove the cake from the skillet very carefully.
  16. Replace any pineapple that has stuch to the bottom of the skillet.
  17. Let the cake cool.
  18. Briefly before slicing in to wedges and serving.
Serve at room temperature:-

Mango Banana Triffle

Ingredients:-

  • Banana into slices 3 cup.
  • Mango into slices 3 cup.
  • Cream cheese 4 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Food cake 1.
  • Crushed almond 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup-2/3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and heat the lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar and stir until it dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the almond extract.
  4. Cut the fruit cake in 1 inches pieces.
  5.  Cover the each side of cake pieces with the lemon,sugar mixture with the brush.
  6. Cut the each slice of cake into 1 inches cubes.
  7. If remain the lemon juice keep it aside.
  8. Beat the cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until it smooth.
  9. Add the heavy cream and still continuing the mixer until the mixture is smooth.
  10. Take a glass bowl and layer the 1/3 of the cake cubes in the bottom of the bowl.
  11. Sprinkle with a layer of  the 1/3 of the mango cubes,then 1/3 of the cream.
  12. Layer the 1/3 of the banana cubes.
  13. Again layer the 1/3 of the cake,then 1/3 of the mangoes,then 1/3 the cream.
  14. Layer the banana cubes.
  15. If you had lemon juice,drizzle on this layer.
  16. Repeat the layer of remaining cake,then mango,then cream,spread it out evenly.
  17. Top the last layer of banana cubes,then cover with the cream.
  18. Cover with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hour.
Serve cool:-

  5. When it boiled,mix corn flour in some water and add in the mixture and stir.

For sauce:-
  • Milk 1 cup.

 How to make sauce:-
  1.  Boiled the milk and set a side.
  2.  Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the refined flour for 3 minutes.
  3. Add black pepper and salt and stir for 5 seconds.
  4. Remove from the heat and mix in the boiled milk.

How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken cubes,salt,red pepper,soy sauce.oyster sauce and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and carrot slices and cook again for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the boiled pasta in a bowl ,then pour the chicken mixture.
  6. Mix in the sauce well.

Grilled Mango with Ice Cream

Ingredients:-

  • Mango 2.
  • Ice cream 2 scope.
  • Olive oil 2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Peel the mango and cut in long slices.
  2. Mix lemon juice ,olive oil,sugar and pour in the mango and mix well.
  3. Grilled them on low heat for 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.

Custrad with Almond and Chocolate

Ingredients:-

  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Hot milk 2 cup.
  • Cold milk 1/4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Custrad powder 2 table spoon.
  • Egg yolk 1.
  • Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon.
  • Almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add the brown sugar un till it golden brown.
  2. Add hot milk in it.
  3. Mix custrad powder in cold milk and mix in hot milk.
  4. Stir it until it thick.
  5. Turn of the stove.
  6. Beat the egg yolk and add in the custrad.
  7. Put in the bowl and garnish with crushed almond and chocolate.
  8. You can decorate with fruit and jelly which you like.

  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.

  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Ketchup 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 4.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in cubes and marinate with salt,red pepper,egg and corn flour and deep fry them.
  2. Fry garlic paste in 2 table spoon oil,then add all ingredients of sauce and and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add sweet corn and boiled macaroni and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix corn flour in milk and water and add in broth,stir until it thick.

Chicken Karahi with Almond

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Onion 3.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 inches piece cut in long pieces.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • White pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon
  • Green chili 6 cut in pieces.
  • Lemon 4.
  • Yogurt 3 table spoon.
  • Cream small packet.
  • Almond 15-20.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Almond,fresh coriander,green chili,lemon for garnish,cut it.
How to cook:-
  1. Take the pan and heat the oil and fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes .
  2. Add salt and garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and cook 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper,white pepper,chines salt and stir .
  5. Beat the yogurt and add in chicken and cook un till it dry.
  6. Add milk and cook un till it dry.
  7. Add lemon juice and cream.
  8. Took it aside.
  9. Garnish with coriander,green chili and lemon.
Serve hot with nan or paratha:-

Apple Coconut Cake

a medium-sized apple contains about 4 grams of fibre. Pectin is classed as a soluble, fermentable and viscous fibre, a combination that gives it a huge list of health benefits.
Better health could be as easy as reaching for the fruit bowl for some apples next time you need a snack.
Ingredients:-

  •  Softened butter 110 gram.
  •  Caster sugar 220 gram.
  •  Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  •  Plain (all purpose) flour 200 gram.
  •  Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  •  Coconut milk 165 ml.
  •  Diced apple 2.
  •  Shredded coconut 1/2 cup.

  • LIME ICING:-

  •  Icing sugar 1 cup.
  •  Melted butter 1 table spoon.
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime.

Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 160 celsius (325 Fahrenheit) and grease a 20 cm (8 inch) spring form tin.
  2. Place the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and beat until light and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the eggs and beat well between each addition.
  4. Fold through the flour, coconut, baking powder, vanilla extract and coconut milk until combined.
  5. Scatter the apple through the cake mixture and fold through. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer. Let the cake rest in the tin for 10 minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
  6. When the cake is cool make the icing. Combine the icing sugar, melted butter and juice and zest of the lime until combined and you have a spreadable mixture, without being too runny. Spread over the top of the cake and top with slivers of apple and toasted coconut.

How to make:-
  1. Add salt and red pepper in the dal and cook it until it tender.
  2. When it cook,leave it for 30 minutes for cool.
  3. Cut the potato,onion and tomato in slices.
  4. Add chana ,potato,tomato,fresh mint and coriander, onion,sugar,juice of imli and chat masala.
  5. If you like spicy add green chili.

Chicken Rice with Spinach

 Spinach is a super food loaded with tons of nutrients in a low calorie package. Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin and hair, bone health, and provide protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.This recipe is for 4 serving and make in about 1 hour.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Rice 300 gram.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Spinach 1 bunch.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1.
  • Green chili 4.
  • Tomato 2.
  • Water 2 glass.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chicken cubes 2.
How to cook:
  1. Cut the spinach and wash well.
  2. Boiled the spinach for 10 minutes and stain it.
  3. Cut the tomato in long size.
  4. Sock the rice in water.
  5. Heat the oil in the pan and fry garlic and ginger.
  6. Add chicken and cook until its color change.
  7. Add onion,green chili,salt,red pepper,black pepper,garam masala and stir it.
  8. After 2 minutes add water. 
  9. When water boiled add the rice.
  10. When dry the water add tomato and spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
Mix the rice and serve:

  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.

  • Lemon juice 3 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken and leave for 1 hour.

  • Onion cut in small size.
  • Chopped green chili 4.

Easy Rasmalai

Rasmalai is a lovable dessert that is famous equally in Pakistan and India. Good thing about Rasmali is that it is a delicious source of calcium as it is full of milk. Those women whose kids don’t like milk can give them in the form of rasmalai. This recipe is for 8-10 serving and make in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Powder milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • All purpose flour 1-1/2 table spoon leveled.
  • Egg2.
  • Baking powder1 table spoon.
  • Clarified butter2 table spoon.
For rabri:-
  • Fresh milk 1-1/2 kg.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • White cardamoms 4.
  • Pistachios 3 tea spoon (sliced)
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl ans mix egg, baking powder, and butter all together and form into a dough.
  2. Rub it very well.
  3. Make 18 balls and slightly flatten it.

    For rabri:-

  1. Boil milk, sugar, white cardamoms and pistachios till it gets slightly thick.
  2. Then add your rasmalai to it.
  3. Cover and simmer on low flame for about 5 – 8 minutes or until they swell.
  4. Then remove, cool and transfer into a serving platter.

How to make;-
  1. Soak the dry apricot for 2 hours.
  2. Mix saffron in milk.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry 2 onion,then put it on paper towel and dry.
  4. Add butter in remaining oil.
  5. Fry 1 onion for 3 minutes then add chicken,garlic and ginger paste,salt,red and black pepper,garam masala and cook it for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Low the heat and add chopped pineapple and almond in it and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add dry apricot and 1 cup of warm water and cook it for 6-8 minutes.
  8. When it leave oil add fry chopped onion.green chili,lemon juice and saffron milk and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Add rose water and turn off the stove.
Serve with salad, nan and mint yogurt.

  • Corn 1 cup.
  • Cheddar cheese 4 table spoon.
  • Red chili flex 1 tea spoon.
  • Rosemary 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Mozzarella  cheese 1 cup in cubes.
  • Bread crumbs 5-6 pieces.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Boil the potato and mash them.
  2. Boil the corn.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan.
  4. Add 1 table spoon refined flour and stir it.
  5. Add milk and stir till it thick.
  6. Put it in a bowl.
  7. Mix potato,corn,red chili flex,ginger and garlic paste,rosemary,salt,white pepper and cheddar cheese and add in mixture.
  8. Make lemon size balls all of the mixture.
  9. Take a ball in hand,press it in center with thumb and put a cube of mozzarella cheese and make again shape of ball.
  10. Ready all balls same and keep them in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  11. Mix 2 table spoon refined flour in some water and make soft paste.
  12. Dip the balls in it ,then roll in bread crumbs and again keep them in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  13. Heat the oil and deep fry balls on medium heat.

Ingredients;-

  • Chicken legs 8.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 cup.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Garm masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander  1 table spoon.
  • Yellow color 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon 
  .How to cook;-
  • All ingredients except chicken  mix in Yogurt well.
  • Add chicken and leave it for 4-5 hours.
  • Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the chicken.
  • Take water half in the pan and heat it.
  • Put a big stainer on it.
  • Cover the chicken in cooking cloth and took on the stainer.
  • Cover the pan with heavy cover and cook it for 1 hour on low heat.
  • After cooked pour it in dish and garnish with fresh coriander and ginger and green chili slices.

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Bread crumbs 3  pieces.
  • Coconut flour 1/4 -1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to cook;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 1 egg,1/2 cup coconut flour,soy sauce,salt,onion and garlic powder in the chicken minced.
  2. Make nuggets of mixture.
  3. Pour egg in a bowl and mix red pepper in it.
  4.  Mix coconut flour and bread crumbs another bowl.
  5. Dip the nuggets in egg,then in crumbs.
  6. Again dip the nuggets in egg,then in crumbs.
  7. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
  8. Bake the nuggets for 15 minutes.
  9. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry nuggets for 3 minutes each side.

Spicy Chicken Wings



Ingredients;-

  • Chicken wings 1 kg.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 10.
  • Onion paste 3 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Juice of lemon 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander 1 plate(chopped).
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2  cup.
  • Cream 1/2 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Prepare green chatni with garlic,fresh coriander,lemon juice,green chili in grander.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry wings and ginger paste light.
  3. Add salt ,yogurt and onion paste and cook for 5 minutes till it mix.
  4. Add cream and green chatni and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • Button mushrooms 350 gram.
  • Small bunch of parsley cut in slices.
  • Springs of thyme few.
  • Plain flour 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken stock 150 ml.
  • Cream 150 ml.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to cook;-

  1. Pre heat the oven to low to keep the chicken warm later.
  2. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Reduce the heat and cover the fry pan and cook chicken more for 8 minutes.
  5. When the juice of chicken dry,transfer it in a dish and keep warm.
  6. Fry the button mushrooms,onions.garlic paste on medium heat for 4 minutes un till it softened.
  7. Stir the flour in the pan and cook for 1 minutes,add the stock and bring to boil,stirring constantly.
  8. Cook the mushroom sauce for 3 minutes,reduce the heat and add cream,parsley,thyme and mustard and stir well,add chicken breasts,and any juices to the pan and heat gently for 3 minutes.
  9.  Put the cooked breasts onto warmed plates and spoon over the mushroom.

  • Philadelphia cream cheese 1 -1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 stick.
  • Vanilla 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 3 cup. 
 How to make;-

  1.  Mix well all things and pour over warm cake.
  2. Keep it in freezer and serve cool.

Chicken Soup

 Soup is a great nutritious meal option with certain types of soup even proven to help support weight loss. homemade soups are the best option. This way you can control the type and amounts of vegetables that you use to make your soup as well as choosing to use salt-reduced stocks and few other additives.It make in about 1 hour.


Ingredients;-

  • Organic chicken 2 kg.
  • Tamarind 200 grams (broken up).
  • Ginger 2 inches piece (cut in slice).
  • Onion 1 (cut in sliced).
  • Red chilies 2 chopped.
  • Red chilies 2 in sliced.
  • Lemon grass sticks 2,bashed,bruised and chopped.
  • Garlic cloves 10 cut in 1/2.
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch.
  • Coconut milk 1/2 kg.
  • Rice noodles 1/4 kg.
  • Thai fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Drizzle olive oil.(found in asian markets).

  • How to make;-
    1. Take a large saucepan and place the chicken in it.
    2. Add the tamarind,ginger,chopped chilies,onion,lemongrass and garlic.
    3. Finely slice the coriander stalks and add the pan.
    4. Cover with water to the top and weight the chicken down with a heavy lid.
    5. Cook it for 60-80 minutes.
    6. When it tender ,remove the chicken with fork.
    7. Mash up the sauce and add coconut milk and a lug of fish sauce.
    8. Put the rice noodles in a bowl,pour over boiling water and leave for 3 minutes.
    9. Mix the fresh coriander leaves with the sliced chile.
    10. Drain the noodles,place some in the bottom of each serving bowl,and dress with soy sauce to season.
    11. Pile the chicken on the top,then pour over the strained sauce.
    12. Pile the chili and coriander mix on top and drizzle with olive oil.
    Serve hot;-

Sweet Chicken Bread with Peanut Sauce

 Peanuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, the type of fat that is emphasized in the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet. Studies of diets with a special emphasis on peanuts have shown that this little legume is a big ally for a healthy heart. In one such randomized, double-blind, cross-over study involving 22 subjects, a high monounsaturated diet that emphasized peanuts .

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in small cubes).
  • Peanut 1/2 cup (roasted and crushed).
  • Honey 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread 8 slice.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
For peanut sauce;-
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
  2. Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
  1. Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.
  3. In the last spread roasted peanut .
  4. Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 10 minutes on 250 degree.
Serve hot with tea;-

Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cut in 1 inches cube  1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 10-12 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 cup.
  • Crushed carrot 1.
  • Crushed cabbage 1 cup.
  • Eggs white 4.
How to cook;-

  1. Spray 2 table spoon vinegar on chicken cubes and leave for 1/2 hour.
  2. Boil the broth and add chicken,carrot,cabbage,salt and chines salt in it.
  3.  cook it for 20 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add black pepper,soy sauce and vinegar in it.
  5. Beat eggs white well and mix corn flour in 2 cup water.
  6. At the serving time full boil the broth and add eggs white,while stir it.
  7. Add corn flour while stirring un till thick.

Sweet and Sour Chicken with Vegetable


 Tomatoes,  carrots, and vegetables and are much better for you when consumed cooked.And chicken make them so delicious and tasty.This recipe is for 4 serving and make in 1 hour.

Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken breast 4 cut in slices.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Olive oil for fry.
  • Cornflour 2 cup.
  • Carrot 1 cut in 2 inch slices.
  • Peas 2 cup.
  • Stalks of celery 2.
  • Onion 2 cut in long size.
  • Broccoli 1 cup.
For sauce;-
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Cider vinegar 3/4 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger powder 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Spray salt and black pepper on the chicken .
  2. Dredge the chicken in beaten egg and then in cornflour.
  3. Heat oil in fry pan and fry chicken until  browned.
  4. Place the chicken in baking sheet.
  5. Mix sugar,ketchup,vinegar,soy sauce,garlic and ginger powder well.
  6. Pour half of it over the chicken.
  7. Bake it for 25 minutes at 325 degree.
  8. Take a fry pan and heat 1 cup of oil and fry all vegetables.
  9. When chicken is done,pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables and mix them in the chicken. 

Serve with rice;-

Fried Egg with Chicken

 Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Egg yolks contain more calories and fat. They are the source of cholesterol, fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin.

Ingredients;-

  • Dried rosemary 1 table spoon.
  • Dried basil 1 table spoon.
  • Boneless chicken thigh fillets 6.
  • Caster sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic salt 2 table spoon.
  • Bread crumbs of 4 pieces.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Cornflour 3/4 cup.
Ingredients for sauce;-
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1 table spoon.
  • Caster sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1cut in sliced.
  • Diced tomato 2.
How to make;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix rosemary,basil,black pepper,sugar and garlic salt.
  2. Let sit for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornflour then coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Set the chicken in a dish and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a bowl for make sauce and mix water,mustard ketchup,vinegar well.
  6. Heat the oil in large pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes un till it look light brown.
  7. Fry all the chicken same.
  8. Transfer it in a serving dish.
  9. Heat 1 table spoon oil in fry pan and fry onion with 1 tea spoon salt for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add tomatoes,sugar and sauce,mix well.
  11. Pure the sauce over the chicken.
Serve with rice or as you wish;-

Pine Apple Cake Pie

 The pineapple is a tropical plant with edible multiple fruit consisting of coalesced berries, and the most economically significant plant in the Bromeliaceae family.It provides vitamin a and c and calcium.

Ingredients;-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vegetable oil 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup   1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Pine apple pie filling small can (for the filling).
For topping;-
  • Cream cheese 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sour cream 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon.

How to make;-
  1. Preheat the oven 350 degree.
  2. Spray the pan with baking spray.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix all the cake ingredients.
  4. Beat well until well combined,no over beat.
  5. Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. When lightly pressed on top and a toothpick inserted in in the center might be a little moist.
  7. While the cake is baking make the cheese topping Beat the cream cheese un till it is smooth.
  8. Add sugar and beat again.
  9. Add egg,sour cream and lemon juice and beat well.
  10. Set a side until cake is ready.
  11. When the cake is ready,remove it from the oven.
  12. Add the pineapple filling even it out as much as possible.
  13. Dollop on the cheese topping and smooth the top.
  14. Return the cake to the oven and bake at 350 degree until the cheese mixture just set.
  15. Let the cake in its pan,cool the cake on a rack,then refrigerate. 
Serve with tea or cold drink:-

Apple Cheddar Fritters

Ingredients;-

  • Apple 1 kg (shredded).
  • Aged cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup.
  • Cooked and crumbled strips bacon 5 strips.
  • Rice flour 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Digon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Squeeze as much excess liquid from the shredded apples.
  2. Mix every ingredients except oil.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat.
  4. Add heaping table spoon of the apple mixture forming patties and fry per side for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make patties all of the apple mixture and fry light brown.
  6. Add 1 chopped chipotle chili pepper in adobo for some heat.
Serve topped with caramel sauce.
