Mango Apple Muffins

Fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A.These muffins can eat every place and any time when you feel hungry.These muffins will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup.
  • Oat flour 1 cup.
  • Whole grain oats 2/4 cup.
  • Oat bran 4 table spoon.
  •  Wheat germ 4 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Wheat bran 4 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Grape seed oil 4 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 2/4 cup.
  • Apple sauce 2/4 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Raw honey 6 table spoon.
  • Apple into cubes 2 cup.
  • Frozen mango into cubes 2 cup.
  • Carob chips 2 cup.
HOW TO COOK!

  1. Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and apple in a bowl.
  2. In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
  3. Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then stir in the carob chips.
  5. Grease the muffins cup and fill in the batter.
  6. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes on 350 degree.
  7. Transfer them on wire rack for cool.

Sweet Shredded Chicken Vegetable with Sesame Seed

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg,cut in long pieces.
  • Egg without yolk 1.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon,
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Carrot into long 2 inch pieces 1 cup.
  • Potato into 2 inch long pieces 1 cup.
  • Capcicum into 2 inch long pieces 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Soy 2 table spoon.
  • White oil 1 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 tea spoon.
  • Green onion 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Chili sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
 How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and combine chicken,egg,cornflour,salt,black pepper powder, and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat of the the oil in the fry pan and fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil and fry sugar,onion,sesame seed for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chopped green chili and chopped tomato,soy sauce,chili sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread chicken pieces on it and cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Pour in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

Chicken Potato Bread Slice

These tasty bread slices are easy to make and like by every one.y in 40 minutes.Kids like them any time.

Ingredients:-
  • Bread pieces 14.
  • Cooked and shredded chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Boiled and mashed potato 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for oiling.
  • Black pepper1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/4 bunch.
  • Fresh and chopped mint leaves 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the egg one by one.
  2. Add salt,black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,coriander and mint leaves,garlic and ginger paste,chicken,potato and mix well.
  3. Paste the chicken mixture on each bread slice.
  4. Heat some oil in a fry pan and fry the bread slices for 3-5 minutes or until it brown.

Chicken Corn Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Corns beans 1 cup.
  • Chines salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Green chili 8.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon..
  • Potato1 into small cubes.
  • Chopped cauliflower 1 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Chopped carrot 1.

How to make"-
  1. Take a big pan and cook chicken,chines salt,green chili in it.
  2. Add 12-15 glass of water in it.
  3. When chicken tander'shred the chicken from the bones.
  4. In a pan boil corn well.
  5. Cut potato in small pieces and boil them.
  6. Stain the chicken soup in a big pan.
  7. Add shred chicken 'corn beans'chopped carrot'potato'black pepper and cauliflower in it.
  8. Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat.
  9. Beat the egg and add in the soup and stir it after 30 seconds.
  10. Mix corn flour in water and stir in the soup until thick.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

This triffle is so much tasty and delicious.My all family like this so much.This pretty custard will be ready in 1 hour.fruit are vital for health and maintenance of your body. The potassium in fruit can reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.

INGREDIENTS FOR PLANE CAKE:

  • Egg 3.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Refined flour 3/4 cup
HOW TO COOK:

  1. Take a bowl and beat the sugar and egg one by one very well till it thick.
  2. Add backing powder and refined flour in it and beat again.
  3. Put it in oven bowl and cook 40 degree for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Then it ready and cool cut it in pieces.
INGREDIENTS FOR JELLY:

Jelly one packet
Water 2 cup

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Boil water mix jelly shake well .
  2. Put it in freezer for freeze.
Fruits:-
  1. Mango 2 into cubes.
  2. Banana 4 into cubes.
  3. Apple 2 into cubes.

INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD:

  • Milk 2 litter
  • Custard powder  8 table spoon.
  • Sugar 2 cup.

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Boil milk add sugar .
  2. Mix custard powder another bowl in some normal milk no hot.
  3. Add it in boiled milk and shake it till thick.
  4. Off the stove.
  5. Take a glass dish and spread half of cake pieces then put 1/3 custard .
  6. Spread half jelly pieces and half fruits,then half of remaining custard.
  7. Spread remaining cake, fruits and jelly ,then custard.
  8. Put it in fridge for cool.

Delicious trifle is ready.. Serve cold & enjoy!

  • Cream for topping 1 cup.
  • Sliced banana 1 cup.
  • Strawberries into 2 peace.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-

Take a bowl and beat  eggs  one by one.
Add sugar and beat well.
 Mix the refined flour and baking powder,cocoa powder in another bowl.
Add the mixture of eggs in it.
Grease the oven try and pure the mixture in it.
Bake it in oven for 25-30 Minutes.
Take the cake out and cut it in three pieces.
Spread the strawberry and  banana sliced  on the cake piece.
Put second cake piece over it .
Spread the strawberry and banana  slices on it,
Put the third piece of cake over it.
Cover the cake all side with cream and almonds and place in fridge for cool.

Creamy Orange Cake with Jelly



As the tea refreshes the mood and relieves you of stress,the same way light cakes along with tea makes a perfect match and a healthy tea time.Oranges are always refreshing and tasty and the same way orange cake is a perfect match for a lighter tea.This delicious cake will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Refined Flour 1 cup.
  • Sugar 3/4 cup.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Baking powder half a teaspoon.
  • Butter 3/4 cup.
  • Orange Juice or Squash 1/4.
  • Crushed almonds 1/4 cup.
  • Heavy cream 1 cup.
  • Ready jelly some cubes.
The Way To Cook:
  1. Beat sugar and butter well together.
  2. Add the eggs to the butter and sugar paste and beat it.
  3. Mix refined flour,orange juice,almonds and baking powder into the paste.
  4. Grease the oil in the baking bowl you want to make cake in.
  5. Put this paste into the baking bowl.
  6. Oven it for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Transfer on the wire rack and leave for cool for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the  bowl and place on the serving dish and decorate with cream and jelly.

  • Chopped carrot 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled and mash potato 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the refined flour,water,salt,chines salt,black pepper powder.
  2. Add egg one by one and beat each time.
  3. Heat the fry pan and grease it with 1 table spoon of oil.
  4. Pour the 2 table spoon of mixture in the fry pan and make pan cake into round shape.
  5. Cook the pan cake each side.
  6. Make all cake pan same.
  7. Take the bowl and combined the chicken,salt,black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,chopped green chili,chopped carrot,onion slice,boiled mash potato.
  8. Take a pan cake and place 1 table spoon of chicken mixture on its side and roll it.
  9. Close it with toothpick.

  1.  Take a bowl and combine the mushrooms,salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic and ginger powder,1/2 of sesame oil well.

  3. Bake them for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a fry pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add all vegetables and cook for 3  minutes.
  5. Add chopped green chili.
  6. Add roasted mushrooms and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle over the mint and coriander leaves.

Chicken Nuggets with Sesame Seed

My all family like these nuggets every time.You can give your children at school lunch time.With sesame these nuggets become crispy and tasty.These nuggets are for 4 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Bread 1 slice.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs for coating.
  • Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix soy sauce,salt,black pepper,bread 1 slice and marinate the minced.
  2. Make the shape of nuggets of all the minced.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix in the sesame seed.
  4. Dip the nuggets in the egg,then roll in the bread crumbs.
  5. Heat the oil and fry them golden each side.

Chocolate Lemon Biscuits with Almond

 chocolate has been on the end of a lot of bad press because of its fat content, and its consumption has been associated with acne, obesity, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and diabetes.these cookies make in 40 minutes and for 24 cookies.

Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 1/2 kg.
  • Caster sugar 1 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Lemon oil 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder  1 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate 2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and beat the butter and sugar well.
  2. Add lemon oil and beat again for 30 seconds.
  3. Add egg and beat for 20 seconds.
  4. Take another bowl and mix flour,almond and baking powder.
  5. Mix it in the butter mixture and some milk and make the dough.
  6. Roll the dough on surface place about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Cut the dough into 2 inch round shape.
  8. Lined the 2 baking try with parchment and place the cut dough in it.
  9. Bake it for 15-20 minutes on 350 degree.
  10.  Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
  11. When cool,melt the chocolate in microwave and half dip the biscuits into chocolate and leave to set in the baking try in a cool place.
Serve with tea or drink:-

Sweet Rice with Almonds and Pistachio

 These sweet rice are so tasty and eat after lunch or dinner as a sweet dish.These rice will be ready in 30 minutes.These are for 5 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Rice 1/2 kg.
  • Water 1/2 kg.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Cardamom 5.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachio 1/4 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the water in a pan.
  3. Add the half butter and cardamom.
  4. Add rice and stir to combine.
  5. Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and remaining butter and stir it.
  7. Pour in a bowl and add milk and sprinkle over the almonds and pistachio.
Serve hot and enjoy;-

  • Sweet potatoes 1 kg.
  • Cornstarch 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice of 1.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes into finger chips shape.
  2. Wash the potatoes and drain its water.
  3. Pour the potatoes in a large bowl and marinate with salt,black pepper powder,cornstarch,half of olive oil well.
  4. Grease the baking try and bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes on 400 degree.
  5. If you want more crispy bake them more.
  6. Pour the chips in a serving dish and sprinkle over the lemon juice and chat masala.

Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

 So tasty and delicious cake.


Ingredients for cake:-
  • Duncan hines dark chocolate fudge cake mix 1 box.
  • Jell-o instant chocolate pudding medium package.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Sour cream 1 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Sweet chocolate chips 10.
 For frosting:-
  •  Butter 1 cup.
  • Peanut butter 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 3-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all cake ingredients well .
  2. Grease the 12x18 jelly roll pan and bake for 25 minutes on 350 degree.
  3. Remove from oven and leave for cool.
  4. Cut your  cake into 3 pieces  with round cookies cutter.
  5. For make the frosting cream the butter and add vanilla extract,peanut butter and beat well.
  6. Add sugar one by one 1 cup and eat each time.
  7. Cover with frosting all layer of the cake .

Curry with Mutton Kofta

 It is  so famous in Pakistan and like by every body.In my home it eat with rice.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Mutton minced 1/2 kg.
  • Gram flour1/2 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
For Curry:-
  • Onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cardamom 5.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  •  Fresh and chopped soriander leaves.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Mix egg,chopped ginger,chopped green chili,garam flour,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,1 tea spoon garam masala,chopped coriander leaves in the minced well.
  2. Make kofta all of the mixture.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in the pan and cook kofta in it for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Leave from the heat and drain its water and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes or until brown,then remove the onion from the oil and set aside.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste in the oil and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomato paste,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,mustard powder,cinnamon and cumin powder,cardamoms,and butter and fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until it leaves oil.
  9. Grand the fry onion and add in it.
  10. Add in the kofta and  cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Add 2 glass of water and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it tender.
  12. Add coriander leaves and garam masala and pour in a serving bowl.
Serve with nan or  rice and enjoy:-






Creamy Chicken with Vegetables

I like this dish so much.I make this dish on my parties and every body like this.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Mushrooms 1/4 kg.
  • Onion slice 1 cup.
  • Sweet red pepper in cubes 1 cup.
  • Green pepper in cubes 1 cup.
  • Broccoli in cubes 1 cup.
  • Sour cream 1 cup.
  • Peas 1 cup.
  • Carrot into cubes 1/2 cup.
  • Potato into cubes 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spon.
  • Tomato into cubes 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  •  Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tea spoon of  salt and 1/2 cup of vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes each side and set aside.
  4. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in other skillet and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add peas and carrot and some water and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add potato,broccoli ,tomato,green and red pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken cubes,salt,red pepper powder,black pepper powder,mustard powder and cook until all things tender.
  8. If need add some water.
  9. Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes .
  10. Add sour cream ,butter,coriander powder,garam masala  and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  11. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
