Mango Banana Cake

 This banana and mango cake is so pretty and yummy.it is easy to make and get ready in 3 hours.
 Fruits are very important in our life on this way we eat fruit with taste.
 Ingredients:-

For cake:-
  • Banana pulp 4 cups.
  • Cream 2-1/2 cups.
  • Milk 2cups.
  •  Butter 1 cup.
  • China grass 1/4 cup.
  • Icing sugar 2-1/2 cup.
For cake base:-
  • Biscuits crumbs 2 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
For topping:-
  • Mangoes 2 cup.
  • China grass 1/8 cup.
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Mix the biscuit,1 cup of butter and blend together well.
  2. For cake cook the china grass,milk,cream,icing sugar,banana until thick.
  3. Grease the cake mold with butter and the mixture set in it and leave it for cool.
  4. When it cool keep it in fridge .
  5. For topping take 10 gram china grass and dissolve in water.
  6. Add icing sugar,2 cup of mango cubes and mix well.
  7. Take out the cake from the mold and add the topping and again put in the fridge for cool.
Serve cool and enjoy:-

Chicken Sticks with almond

 This chicken sticks are give taste at a tea time.its easy to make and take time to get ready only 30 minutes.you can store them and fry any time.when my children come from play ground or as a lunch time at school i give them these delicious and healthy chicken sticks.these sticks are for 4 serving.


 Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • B.B.Q Sticks.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in to long slices and sprinkle the salt and vinegar over it and set aside.
  2.  Chop the refined flour,salt,almond,2 table spoon oil,ginger paste,black pepper powder,sugar,soy sauce and make the paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken in it.
  4. Skewer the chicken in the b.b.q sticks.
  5. Take a fry pan and heat the oil and fry the chicken sticks in it until brown.
Serve hot with any sauce:-

Kofta Briyani



This recipe is for 4 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.You can make kofta  of beaf or meat which you like.

Ingredients:-

For kofta:-
  •  Chicken minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Peanut 2 table spoon.
  • Cumin seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Egg  1.
Ingredients for rice:-
  •  Boiled rice 1/2 kg.
  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg.
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch.
  • Onions 2.
  • Green chili 4.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Fry the sesame seeds,cumin seeds peanut in 1tea spoon of oil for 3 minutes and then grand it in a chopper.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger paste, salt,garam masala,red chili powder and egg and chop again for some seconds.
  3. Make kofta balls of it.
  4. Heat oil and fry the koftas
For pulao:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes,then add chicken,garam masala,ginger and garlic paste and fry well.
  3. Add salt,and chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes on low heat,
  4. Add the boiled rice,green chilies,mint leaves and cook until it dry,then simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Add koftas in the rice and remove from the flame.
Serve hot with raita:-

Mutton Biryani with almond.

 This meat biryani with vegetable is very tasty and delicious.it is so easy cook and its taste is so nice.it will take time for ready 1 hour and it is for 6-8 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Tomatoes slices 2 cup.
  • Potatoes 4.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Lemon slices of 2.
  • Milk 1/4 cup.
  • Yellow food color 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Fried almond 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Marinate the meat with coriander powder,red chili1 tea spoon salt,yogurt,garam masala,garlic and ginger paste,vinegar,coriander powder and set aside.
  2. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes until brown.
  3. Remove the onion on a paper and sprinkle a pinch of salt over it .
  4. When it cool ,take half of it and crushed it and add in the marinated meat.
  5. Now add the mutton in oil and cook until it tender.
  6. Cut the tomatoes and potatoes in long slices and fry them.
  7. Add the fried tomato,fried potato,green chili and lemon juice in the meat and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Boiled the rice with coriander and mint leaves,green chilies,2 tea spoon salt.
  9. Take a big pan and grease it and spread a layer of half of the rice then layer the meat,then layer the remaining rice with crushed onion,fried almonds and simmer it on medium heat.
  10. After 5 minutes low the heat.
  11. After 5 minutes remove from the heat and mix with soccer well.
  12. Mix the food color in the milk.
  13. Sprinkle the food color over it.
Serve hot with raita:-

Tawa Malai Chicken Boti

 This recipe is so yummy and tasty ,try it must then tell me you like it or no.it will take time to get ready 30-40 minutes.it is for 4-6 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Cream 1cup.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Garam masala 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch.
  • Mint leaves few.
How to make.
  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
  4. Add chicken with vinegar and cook on high heat.
  5. Add tomatos cream,,red chili,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,ginger paste and cook on high heat.
  6. When it dry put it in the serving dish and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

Crispy Chicken Kebab

These kebab are supper tasty and pretty.these are great to serve in a get together.serve them with ketchup.it will take time to ready 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken i/2 kg.
  • Potato 2.
  • Carrot 2.
  • Peas 1/2 cup.
  • Macaroni 1/2 cup.
  • Capsicum 1
  • Chopped green chili.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make:-
  1. Boiled the chicken ,potato,peas,carrot,macaroni and chop them in chopper.
  2. Add cheese ,cumin powder,black and white pepper powder,salt,green chili and chopped again.
  3. Add 1 beaten egg,coriander and mint leaves and chop for mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a fry pan.
  5. Make balls of the mixture and dip into beaten egg,then roll into bread crumbs and deep fry until golden.
Serve them with any sauce and salad:-


Apricot Burfi

 This delicious burfi is make in 30 minutes,but it will take time for cool.


Ingredients:-
  • Chopped apricot 3 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
  • Castor sugar 5 cup.
  • Chopped almond 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped pista 1 table spoon.
  • Water 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coconut 3 cup.
  • Oil 1-1/2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a pan and cook sugar,coconut and water on low heat until the sugar disolves.
  2. Add chopped apricot and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Grease the baking tin and fill with apricot mixture .
  4. Press with the spoon.
  5. Garnish with pista and almond.
  6. Keep it in fridge for 4 hours.
  7.  Cut into pieces.
Serve it after lunch or diner:-

  • Corn flour 1 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 3.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flakes 1 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with refined flour,cornflour,baking powder,eggs,vinegar,salt,peppers,coriander powder,ginger and garlic paste .
  3. Leave it for 1 hour.
  4.  Take a fry pan and heat the oil for deep fry.
  5. Roll the chicken pieces in the corn flakes and fry until golden.
  6. Put them in serving dish and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.

Chicken Paratha Roll

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mayonnaise 2 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Dawn pratha 6-8.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,salt,red pepper,garam masala,baking powder .
  2. Take a fry pan and fry onion for 3 minutes then add garlic paste and fry 3 minutes then add tomato and chicken and cook the chicken until tender.
  3. Make prathas of the ready flour.
  4. Brush the mayonnaise on the prathas,then put over the chicken,then chili sauce and roll the prathas.

Chicken Sandwich

 At a tea time these sandwich give taste much.With the use of cheese sandwich becomes healthy and pretty.These sandwiches are ready in 30 minutes and for 3-4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  •  Boneless chicken cooked and shredded 2 cup.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Chopped carrot 2.
  • Mayonnaise 2 cup.
  • Cheese 1 small packet.
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 2 into sliced.
  • Bread  slices 8.
  • Butter 1 cup.
How to make:--
  1. Take a bowl and mix chicken,tomato,coriander,carrot,mayonnaise,lemon juice,black and red pepper,and salt.
  2. Heat the butter in a fry pan and stir fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Apply butter out side of the bread slices.
  4. Spread filling on other side of bread,then onion,then cheese and cover with other slice of bread slice.
  5. Press down to close the sandwich.
  6. Heat the fry pan and toast the sandwich both sides until golden brown and cheese melt.
Cut sandwiches in the center and serve with any sauce:-

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Fat 1 cup.
  • Chopped pomegranate 1.
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 6.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato 3.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix chopped onion,eggs,corn flour.
  2. Add minced,fat,red pepper powder,salt,coriander powder,chopped pomegranate,pomegranate seeds,chopped green chili,garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Make balls with hand and press them with hand.
  4. Cut the tomato in round pieces and put one slice on every kabab and press.
  5. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.

  2. Take a bowl and mix the chicken,bason,baking powder,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,salt,green chili and mint and coriander leaves with some water.

For Kofta:-
  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Hard boiled eggs 6.
  • Chopped green chilies 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Oil for fry.
For Gravy:-
  •  Onions 4.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Tumreric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mace and nutmeg powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Tumreric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mace and nutmeg powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
For Garnish:-
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
  • Green chilies.
  • Tomato 1.
How to cook:-
  1. For make the kofta mix all kofta ingredients except egg in the lamb minced.
  2. Divide it in 6 place.
  3. Covered the boiled eggs with the mixture well.
  4. Make smooth ovel shape.
  5. Dip in the  beaten egg and fry.
  6. Leave it for cool in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut them into two pieces with sharp knife and set aside.
  8. For make gravy fry the onion in 1 cup oil.
  9. Remove the onion from the oil and set a side.
  10. Fry ginger paste for 2 minutes.
  11. Add red chili,salt,turmeric powder,mace and nutmeg,tomato paste,beaten yogurt and cook until it thick
  12. Grand the fried onion and add in the gravy.
  13. Put the kofta in the gravy and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  14. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,green chilies and tomato slices.
Serve hot with nan or rice:-

Chicken Lasagna Roll

This is so delicious dish and make in 1 hour.It is for 4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
  • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
  3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
  5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
  7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
  8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
  10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.

Fruit Triffle

People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.Fruit are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate (folic acid).This recipe is for 4 serving and will take time for ready 3 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Peeled and chopped peaches 2 cup.
  • Fresh blueberries 2 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Apple slices.
  • Condensed milk 2 cup.
  • Grated lemon peel 2 tea spoon.
  • Cold water 1-1/2 cup.
  • Instant vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup.
  • Pound cake into 3 inch cubes.
  • Heavy whipping whipped cream 2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the milk,water and lemon peel.
  2. Whisk in pudding mix.
  3. Chill it for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Take a glass bowl and pour in 2 cup of pudding mixture.
  6. Pour half of the cake cubes over the pudding.
  7. Layer all the peaches,bananas and apple slices,then half of the remaining pudding,then cake cubes .
  8. Top with blueberries.
  9. Spread the remaining pudding over the blueberries.
Chill it full,eat and enjoy:-

Birthday Cake with Chocolate

 This cake is so yummy and pretty.I make it every week for my children.It will take time for ready 4-5 hours.

Ingredients:-
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda  1 table spoon.
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 3.
  • Cold butter milk 1 cup.
  •  Brewed good quality hot coffee 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
For cream cheese frosting:-
  • Unsifted confectioners sugar 3 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 2 sticks.
  • Cream cheese 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the 1-3/4 cup flour,2 cup sugar,salt,cocoa powder and baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Take a another bowl and combined the 1/2 cup vegetable oil,eggs,vanilla extract.
  3. Shake the buttermilk well and add in the bowl and combined well.
  4. With the electric mixer mix first bowl ingredients in the second bowl well.
  5. Add the coffee and beat well until it thick.
  6.  Take the 2  8 inch round cake pan and lined with butter.
  7. Pour the batter in the pans and bake for 35 minutes on 350 degree.
  8. Transfer them on wire rack for cool.
  9. Sift the sugar in the siffter and pour in a large bowl and set aside.
  10. Blend the cheese and butter well.
  11. Add the vanilla and sugar slowly and beat.
  12. Place the cake on the cake pedestal and top the cake with the cream frosting with the help of knife,then on the sides.
  13. Place the second cake on the first cake and top with cream frosting,then on the sides.
  14. Keep it in refrigerator for cool for 3-4 hour.
Serve with cold  milk and enjoy:-

Fried Chicken


Ingredients:-


  • Cornish game hens 2.
  • Fish sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Nutmeg 1-1/2 table spoon.
  • Cooking wine 3 table spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Water 4 glass.
  • Cooking oil 5 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a big bowl and combined cooking wine,fish and soy sauce,sugar,nutmeg,garlic powder,black  pepper and salt well.
  2. Coat the chicken in the mixture well and pour in the freezer bag.
  3. Keep it in refrigerator for 6 hours.
  4.  Steam the chicken for 50 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the steamer and place on the plate.
  6. Leave it for dry for 2 hours.
  7. Take a skillet and heat the oil and fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with salad.
Serve and enjoy:-

Chocolata Cookies

  you eat a piece of chocolate, you may not have to feel overly guilty about it. Despite its bad reputation for causing weight gain, These cookies are really good and tasty and makes in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baling soda 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • Smooth butter 3/4 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Unwrapped chocolate cookies 30.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and sift together the flour,salt and baking soda.
  2. Take another bowl and pour in the 3/4 cup sugar.
  3. Combined the remaining sugar,brown sugar,peanut butter and butter in stand mixer bowl and beat for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat.
  5. Add vanilla extract and beat for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in flour mixture and just combined.
  7. Roll the dough into walnut-size balls.
  8. Roll the balls in sugar and arrange on the 2 baking sheets.
  9. Leave about 2 inches between cookies.
  10. Bake them between the upper and lower racks about halfway through baking until just starting to brown about 8-10 minutes.
  11. Remove the cookies from the oven and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each.
  12. Cool the cookies on baking sheets for 10 minutes,then transfer on wire rack for cool.
You con store in airtight jar for 3 days;-

Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:-

  • Cooked white salted rice 2 cup.
  • Cooked chicken meat 1 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup.
  • Ground black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
  • Water 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and beat water and egg.
  2. Take a skillet and melt the butter on low heat.
  3. Add egg and leave flat for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the egg from the skillet and shredded it.
  5. Heat oil in the skillet and fry onion until soft.
  6. Add rice,soy sauce,pepper and chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in eggs and remove from the heat.
Serve and enjoy:-

Black Forest Cake with Chocolate Wafer and Cherries

  Cherries are one of the very low calorie fruits. they are rich source of phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals.chocolate sweet, rich, and delicious is good for more than curing a broken heart. The secret behind its powerful punch is cacao, also the source of the sweet's distinct taste.This recipe will take time 1 hour but it will take 24 hours for freeze.

Ingredients:-

For the cake:-

  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Vanilla 2 tea spoon.
  • Whipping cream 2 cup.
  • Chocolate wafer cookies 1 box.
For the filling:-
  • Sweet cherries in heavy syrup 1 can.
  • Cornstarch 3 table spoon.
  • Sugar 3 table spoon.
For the ganache:-
  • Chopped milk chocolate 1 cup.
  • Heavy cream 1 cup.
Cherries and chocolate sprinkles for dressing:-

How to make:-
  1. Cut the cherries in 4 pieces.
  2. Take a saucepan and cook cherries,sugar and cornstarch until dissolved.
  3. When it thick remove from the heat.
  4. Leave it for cool.
  5. Take a large bowl and pour in whipping cream,vanilla,sugar and beat it until stiff peaks form.
  6. Take a loaf pan  and lined it with plastic wrap.
  7. Spread some of the whipped cream in the bottom of the pan.
  8. Place a row of graham crackers over the whipped cream.
  9. Spread the layer of the cherries.
  10. Layer the graham crackers,then whipped cream on the top.
  11. Again layer the cherries filling ,then whipped cream until saucepan covered.
  12. At the end cover with whipped cream.
  13. Keep it in refrigerator overnight.
  14. Take a bowl and pour in the chopped chocolate.
  15. Take a saucepan and heat the cream until boiling,stirring it until a skin from forming.
  16. Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave it for few minutes.
  17. Stir it until the chocolate melted.
  18. Invert the loaf pan over a serving dish to release the cake.
  19. Frost the sides with remaining cream.
  20. Decorate with sprinkles and pour 1/2-2/3 of the ganache on the top.
  21. Leave the remaining ganache for cool.
  22. Whip them with electric beater.
  23. Pipe the whipped ganache on top of the cake in rosettes.
  24. Top with more cherries.
Serve chill and enjoy:-

Butter Cookies with Peanut

  • Creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Vanilla extract 1-1/2 table spoon.
  • Toffee bits 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Milk chocolate chips 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a mixing bowl and beat the peanut butter,egg,vanilla extract,brown sugar for 5 minutes .
  2. Add baking powder and beat until combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips and toffee.
  4. Using a medium/2 in,cookie scoop,scoop 2-3 table spoon.mounds of cookies dough and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Take the baking sheet and lined with parchment paper.
  7. Place chilled cookie dough mounds on sheet.
  8. Spacing at least 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes then transfer it on wire rack for completely cool.
  11. You can store the cookies in airtight jar for 1 week on room temperature.

Ingredients:-
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg whites 5.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/4 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Cherry extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Cherry juice 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped cherries 1 cup.
For the frosting:-
  • Egg whites 4.
  • Corn syrup 2/3cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and sift flour,salt and baking powder.
  2.  Take another bowl and whisk the milk and egg whites.
  3. In the mixer bowl beat the butter and sugar for 3 minutes until very light and fluffy.
  4. Add cherry juice and cherry extract and beat.
  5. Add the third of the flour mixture and beat on medium speed.
  6. Beat in the half of the milk and egg whites mixture.
  7. Add half of the dry ingredients and beat.
  8. Add the remaining milk and egg mixture,then add the remaining flour mixture well.
  9. Fold in the cherries.
  10. Take the two 9 inch round cake pan and spray them with oil and lined with parchment.
  11. Divide the mixture in two pans.
  12. Bake them on 350 degree for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  13. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes ,then remove from the pan and leave for completely cool.
For the fluffy frosting:-
  1.  Beat the egg whites until become form stiff peaks.
  2. Heat the sugar and corn syrup until comes a full boil,then remove from the heat.
  3. Slowly pure the egg whites in hot sugar mixture.
  4. Beat the frosting until it forms a shiny.
  5. Beat in vanilla extract.
  6. Frost the cake and sprinkle red sugar sprinkles on the top.

    Bread Pudding with Apple

    Ingredients:-

    For bread pudding:-
    • Bread cubes into 2 inch 5 cup.
    • Almond breeze almond milk 2 cup.
    • Apple sauce 1 cup.
    • Whole almond 1/2 cup.
    • Red apple 2 diced.
    • Beaten egg 2.
    • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
    For sauce:-
    • Brown sugar 1 cup.
    • Apple juice 2 cup.
    • Butter 1 cup.
    • Almond breeze almond milk 3/4 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and mix eggs,almond milk,cinnamon and apple juice.
    2. Stir it until combined.
    3. Mix in diced apple,bread cubes,and almond.
    4. Pour it in baking dish and place in fridge for 1 hour.
    5. Bake it for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
    6. For sauce pour apple juice in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until cook down about 1/4 cup.
    7. Add sugar but do not stir only swirl the pan.
    8. Cook for 5 minutes then add the butter and cook until butter melt.
    9. Remove from the heat and stir in almond milk.
    10. Scoop the pudding into bowls and top with the desired amount of syrup:-

    Baked Chicken with Ginger

    Ingredients:-
    • Chicken 1 kg.
    • Olive oil 1 cup.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Ginger sliced 1 table spoon.
    • Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
    • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
    • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
    2. Lightly spray the rack with oil.
    3. Season the chicken with1/2 tea spoon salt and pepper and place it on baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
    4. Turning one time.
    5. Meanwhile mix olive oil,crushed pepper,1/2 tea spoon salt,in small saucepan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium -low heat until thick.
    6. Let cool for 20 minutes then add lemon juice and mix combined and stir..
    7. Brush the mixture on the chicken and roast for 5 minutes.
    8. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

    Almond Cake with Chocolate

    This cake is wonderful and likes by every body.It takes time 2 hour for ready.
     
    Ingredients:-
    • Milk 1 litter.
    • Sugar 2/3 cup.
    • Salt 1 pinch.
    • Almonds 1 cup.
    • Butter 1/4 cup.
    • Lemon zest of 1 .\
    • Eggs 4.
    • Chopped chocolate 1 cup.
    • Almonds sliced 1/2 cup.
    • Semolina 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk with lemon zest,stirring frequently to the pan.
    2. Reduce the heat and stir semolina and cook for 6 minutes,whisking frequently.
    3. Stir in almond,egg white and sugar while whisking and cook for 1 minute.
    4. Remove from the heat and stir in butter cubes.
    5. Leave it for cool.
    6. Take a spring form pan and lined it with parchment and put half of the butter in it. 
    7. Pour white chocolate over the batter.
    8. Add remaining of the batter with spoon.
    9. Top cake evenly with almond sliced.
    10. Bake for 60 minutes on 350 degree.
    11. Leave the cake for cool,then unmold.

    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
    • Egg 3.
    • Creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 cup.
    • Sour cream 1/2 cup.
    • Roasted chopped peanut 1/2 cup.
    • Jam 1/2 cup which you like.
    For frosting:-
    • Cream cheese 1 cup.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Creamy peanut  butter 1 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Heavy cream 1/2 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl and whisk the flour,salt,baking soda and baking powder.
    2.  Cream butter and sugar with mixer until fluffy.
    3. Mix in peanut butter on low speed.
    4. Add eggs one by one.
    5. Mix in vanilla extract,sour cream and roasted peanut and beat just until combined.
    6. Take muffin pans and lined with paper.
    7. Transfer the batter in muffin cups.
    8. Bake for 20 minutes on 375 degree.
    9. Leave them for cool before removing cupcakes.
    10. For make the frosting beat cream cheese and confectioners,sugar until fluffy.
    11. Add salt,peanut butter and vanilla and beat until combined.
    12. In another bowl whisk cream until medium-stiff peaks form.
    13. Fold cream into peanut butter mixture,use immediately or refrigerate.
    14. Spread frosting over each cupcake with spatula.
    15. Dollop about 1 tea spoon jelly in to each well.
    16. You can keep it in refrigerator up to 1 day.

    Mushrooms Pizza with Egg

    Ingredients:-
    • Mushrooms 2 cup.
    • Spinach 4 cup.
    • Egg 1.
    • Onion sliced 1 cup.
    • Garlic cloves 2.
    • Marinara sauce 1 cup.
    • Fresh grated parmesan 1/4 cup.
    • Cheese 1 cup.
    • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
    • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
    • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
    • Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon .
    • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Red pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Oregano leaves some.
    How to make:-
    1. Set the mushrooms on the baking sheet.
    2. Mix olive oil,soy sauce,vinegar and drizzle over the mushrooms.
    3. Put 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
    4. Add crushed spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes,set aside.
    5. Place 1/4 of the spinach mixture over the each mushrooms.
    6. Layer the onion,marinara sauce,parmesan,salt,peppers and oregano.
    7. Fry the egg and set on the top.
    8. Bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
    9. Garnish with oregano leaves.

    • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup.
    • Slices of banana 1 cup.
    • Slices of mango 1 cup.
    • Grapes 1 cup.
    • Strawberries 1 cup.
    • Slices of apricot 1 cup.
    • Caster sugar 2 table spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Place the leaves on the plate.
    2. Place the cucumber,strawberries on the leaves.

    Strawberry Butter Milk Ice Cream

    Ingredients:-

    For the ice cream:-
    • Whole milk 2 cup.
    • Heavy cream 2 cup.
    • Egg yolk 5.
    • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
    •  Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Butter 2 table spoon.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
    For the blueberry bits:-
    • Fresh strawberries 2 cup.
    • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
    • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a pan and heat the whole milk,maple syrup and sugar on medium-low heat.
    2. Take a bowl and whisk the egg yolks until become light and pale yellow color.
    3. Add 1/4 cup warm milk and stir.
    4. Add it into the milk pan and stir for 5-7 minutes.
    5. Remove from the heat and stir in heavy cream,salt and butter.
    6. Transfer it in a freezer box and keep it in fridge for 12 hours.
    7. Before churning the ice cream make the blueberry swirl.
    8. Take a small pan and heat the blueberry,sugar and lemon juice on medium heat for 2 minutes.
    9. Remove from the heat and leave it for cool for 1 hour.
    10. Transfer it in your ice cream maker and churn according to the  instructions.
    11. Once the ice cream is done churning,scoop half of the ice cream into a container.
    12. Pour half of the blueberries over the ice cream.
    13. Again pour the remaining ice cream,then remaining blueberries over the ice cream.
    14. Gently swirl the blueberries in the ice cream with the wooden spoon.
    15. Keep it in freezer for 12 hours.
    Serve and enjoy with ice cream:-

    Wedding Cake with Blueberries

     This wedding cake is so delicious and tasty and look very pretty.This is for 12 serving and make in 2 hours.but it will take time to get cool.


    Ingredients:-

    For cake:-
    • Butter1-1/2 cup.
    • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
    • Sugar 6 table spoon.
    • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
    • Eggs whites 6.
    • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
    • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
    • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
    •  
    How to make:-
    1. Take the 2 by 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
    2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
    3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
    4. Set the aside.
    5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
    6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
    7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
    8. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
    9. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
    10. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
    For strawberry filling:-
    • Blueberries 2 cup.
    • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
    • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
    How to make:-
    1. Take a saucepan and cook the blueberries on medium heat.
    2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
    3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
    4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
    For butter cream:-
    • Milk cup 1/2.
    • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
    • Sugar powder 4 cups.
    • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
    How to make:- 
    1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
    2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
    3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes. 
    Decorate the cake with blueberry filling and top with butter cream:-

    • Mutton 1 kg.
    • Oil 2 cup.
    • Chopped onion 3.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
    • Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
    • Tomato paste 1 cup.
    • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
    • Yogurt 1 cup.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Green chili 6-8.
    • Red pepper 1 table spoon.
    • Dry coriander 2 table spoon.
    • Cloves 4.
    • Cumin seeds 1 table spoon.
    How to cook:-
    1. Take a pan and pour mutton in it.
    2. Add garlic paste,onion and salt and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
    3. Heat the oil in a skillet.
    4. Fry the mutton in it till it brown.
    5. Add ginger paste,chopped green chili, tomato paste,red pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
    6. Beat the yogurt with fork and add in the mutton and cook for6-8 minutes.
    7. Add garam masala,crushed ginger and green chili.
    8. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

    Apple Muffins with Butter

    1. Butter and lightly flour a bundt pan.
    2. Make the cheese cake filling according to instructions on package,do not bake,set aside.
    3. Take a bowl and mix refined flour,baking powder and baking soda,salt well.
    4. Take another bowl and mix eggs,buttermilk,zest and juice of lemon and vanilla extract well.
    5. Take another bowl and beat the sugar and unsalted butter until fluffy.
    6. Alternatively beat in the dry and wet ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture,about three sets,finishing with the wet ingredients.
    7. Scrape 1/2 of the butter into prepared flan pan.
    8. Lightly spoon out of all the cream cheese mixture over the butter.
    9. Spoon over the remaining bundt cake batter.
    10. Bake it for 1 hour on 350 degree.
    11. Leave it for 20 minute for cool.
    12. Combine all glaze ingredients and heat till melted,low the heat and cook until plums and berries are heated through.

    • Melted chocolate 1/2 cup.

    How to make:-
    1. Preheat the oven to 325 degree,put a kettle of water on heat for the water bath.
    2. Spray a small pan spring form pan with cooking spray.
    3. Wrap the outside bottom of the pan with a double thickness of foil.
    4. Mix coffee in hot water.
    5. Beat coffee,crumbs,sugar and oil in a bowl.
    6. Press them into the bottom of the pan.
    7. Blend the cheese in food processor until smooth.
    8. Add cream cheese,brown sugar,granulated sugar,cornstarch,cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
    9. Add egg whites,egg,salt,vanilla,coffee,chocolate and blend well.
    10. Pour into the crust lined pan.
    11. Place the cheese cake in a roasting pan and pour in enough water to come 1/2 inch up the side of the spring form pan.
    12. Bake the cheese cake  for 50 minutes.
    13. Spray the knife with cooking spray and run it around the edge of the pan,
    14. Let stand in the oven,with the door ajar for 1 hour.
    15. Transfer to a wire rack.
    16. Remove the foil and leave for cool for 2 hours.

    • Bread slices 8.
    • Honey 1 cup.

    • Butter 4 table spoon.

    Spicy Hareesa

    Ingredients F0r Hareesa Paste:-
    • Dried guajillo chileis,stemmed and seeded 1 table spoon.
    • Dried mexico chilies stemmed and seeds 1 table spoon.
    • Ciriander seeds 1 table spoon.
    • Caraway seeds 1 tea spoon.
    • Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon.
    • Mint leaves 1 table spoon.
    • Oil 1 cup.
    • Salt 1 table spoon.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
    How to make:-
    1. Take a bowl  and put chiles in it ,cover with boiling water and cover it for 20 minutes.
    2. Take a skillet and heat the caraway,coriander,cumin on medium heat.
    3. Swirling skillet constantly,until very fragrant.
    4. Grand them with the mint,Drain chilies and grand them well with the spices,olive oil,salt,garlic and ginger paste,lemon juice.
    5. Transfer to a sterilized glass jar and fill with oil.
    6. Refrigerate it and topping off with more oil after each use.
    7. This paste will keep for up to 3 weeks.

    • Beef sirloin steaks 1/2 kg.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Olive oil 1 cup.
    • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
    • Tomato 1/2 kg.
    • Sweet paprika 1/2 table spoon.
    • Flaked chili 1 table spoon.
    • Lemon 2 cut into thinly sliced.
    • Chopped parsley 1 cup.
    How to make:-
    1. Marinate the beef with harissa paste,salt and black pepper and leave for 1 hour.
    2. Cook the peppers under a hot grill for 25 minutes.
    3. Turning twice.
    4. Place in a bowl and leave for cool.
    5. Peel them and cut into long,thin strips.
    6. Discard the skin and seeds.

    8. Take a pan and fry the garlic paste for 1 minute on medium heat.

    How to make:-
    1. Beat the egg in a bowl well and mix 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper in it.
    2. Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.
    3. Heat the butter in the fry pan and fry mushrooms for 2 minutes.

    3. Drain the extra water of the marinate chicken.

    Pasta with Creamy Chicken

    Ingredients:-

    • Boiled pasta 1 packet.
    • Thin sliced chicken cutlet 4.
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
    • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
    • Refined flour 1/4 cup.
    • Sour cream 1/4 cup.
    • Water 1/2 cup.
    • Dijon mustrad 2 table spoon.
    • Chopped fresh sage 3 table spoon.
    • Shallot 1 large finely chopped.
    How to cook:-
    1. Sprinkle the 1/2 tea spoon salt and garlic powder on the chicken.
    2. Pour flour in a bowl and roll the chicken in it.
    3. Heat the 2 table spoon olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken each side until it brown.
    4. Transfer in a plat.
    5. Add the 1 table spoon in skillet and cook shallot,stirring until it brown.
    6. Mix 2 table spoon flour in the water and add in skillet and stir for 1 minute until it thick.
    7. Remove from the heat.
    8. Stir in 1/2 tea spoon salt,black pepper,2 table spoon sage,sour cream and mustrad.
    9. Add the chicken and turn to coat with sauce.
    10. Take the serving dish and top the pasta with half the sauce,then chicken ,then the remaining sauce.
    11. Garnish with more sage.

    • Cream cheese 1/2 cup.
    • Coconut palm sugar 2 table spoon.
    • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
    • Squeezed lemon juice 2 table spoon.
    • Preserves strawberries 1/4 cup.
    • Whole strawberries 1 cup.
    • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
    • Dates 4.

    How to make:-

    1. Take a bowl and beat cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice and yogurt with mixer until smooth.
    2. Take another bowl and combine preserves strawberries and strawberries.
    3. Make crumbs of almonds and dates.
    4. Add 1/2 cheese cake and yogurt batter to serving bowl,spoon 1/2 strawberries mixture,then again cheese cake and again strawberry mixture.
    5. Top with the layer of dates and almonds crumb.
    6. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
