Pizza Chicken Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS;-


  • Bread 10-12 piece.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet.
  • Shredded chicken 3 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.


HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add shredded chicken,salt,chines salt,black pepper,green chili in it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Take a bread piece on a board.
  4. Paste 1 table spoon on it.
  5. Cover with cheese.
  6. Make all pieces same.
  7. Bake it in oven at low degree for 2-3 minutes.
Delicious pizza bread is ready serve with tomato sauce;-

Mango Banana Muffin Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
  • Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup.
  • Oat flour 1 cup.
  • Whole grain oats 2/4 cup.
  • Oat bran 4 table spoon.
  •  Wheat germ 4 table spoon.
  • Cannamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Wheat bran 4 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Grape seed oil 4 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 2/4 cup.
  • Apple sauce 2/4 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Raw honey 6 table spoon.
  • Mashed banana 4.
  • Frozen mango in cubes 2 cup.
  • Carob chips 2 cup.
HOW TO COOK!

  1. Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and banana.
  2. In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
  3. Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then stir in the carob chips.
  5. Fill the mixture in muffin tin.
  6. Heat the oven at 400 degree and bake for 20 minutes.
YOUR CAKE IS READY!

CHOCOLATE CAKE at tea time

INGREDIENTS;-


  • 1 cup Hershey's cocoa.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • Boiling water 1 cup.
  • Margarine 1/2 cup.
  • Hershey's cocoa. 
  • Sugar powder 3 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup.
  • Additional milk 1 tea spoon.



HOW TO MAKE;-


  1. Mix sugar,flour,cocoa,baking powder,baking soda salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs,milk,oil and vanilla,beat on mixer 2 minutes.
  3. Add boiling water pour butter in it.
  4. Heat oven to 350 f, 
  5. Grease the baking pan.
  6. Spread it on the cake . 
  7. Stir the mixture in the pan and baked for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cool 10 minutes ,remove from the pan to wire rack,cool completely.
  9. Melt margarine,stir in cocoa,add sugar powder and milk .
  10. Beat it well,add additional milk and vanilla extract .
  11. Spread it on the cake.

BUTTER CUP CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS;-


  • Refine flour 2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract.


HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add the flour,baking powder and salt in the bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs, vanilla and add to the bowl.
  4. Beat all the mixture until combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 c.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
  7. Put one spoon of mixture in each paper cases.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes .
  9. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes .
  10. Transfer to a rack to cook completely.
  11. You can add a filling to the cupcake by cutting a cone from the middle of each cake with knife..
  12. Fill the hole with jam,lemon,curd,cream and chocolate and pine apple,which you like.
SERVE  WITH TEA OR JUICE;-

CHICKEN FAJITTA

INGREDIENTS;-
  • Boneless chicken 2 (8 once).
  • Chopped small sprigs fresh rosemary 4.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Corn oil 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 4 .
  • Onion 2.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Chopped fresh parsley 2 table spoon.
HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Cut chicken in 4-6 pieces long.
  2. Mix garlic paste,rosemary,vinegar,oil,salt,black pepper in the chicken and put in a shopper bag.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side.

Topping option;

  1. While the chicken cooks, fry peppers and onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken and top each piece with an equal amount of crushed tomato fry peppers and onion,cheese and parsley.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When cheese is starting to melt ,it cooked.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY HOT;-

SHREDDED CHICKEN WITH SESAME SEEDS

INGREDIENTS;-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg,cut in long pieces.
  • Egg without yolk 1.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon,
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Soy 2 table spoon.
  • White oil 1 table spoon.
  • SUGAR 1 TEA SPOON.
  • Green onion 2 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry 1/2 kg.

WORK;-



  1. Mix egg,cornflour,salt in chicken pieces and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil and shallow fry chicken pieces.
  3. Take a pan, heat oil.
  4. Fry sugar,green onion,sesame seed for 2-3 minutes and add soy sauce,chili sauce.
  5. Spread chicken pieces on it.
  6. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Chicken Spring Roll

These rolls are good at tea time and give much taste with ketchup.These will be ready in 30 minutes and can eat 5 person.


Ingredients:-


Refined flour 4 cup.
Egg 1.
Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
 Chines salt 1/4 tea spoon.
Oil 1 table spoon.
Water 2 glass.

How to make:-


Mix salt,chines salt,egg,oil in refined flour and grind it with little water.
Mold it in 6 inches round cahpatis.

Ingredients for filling:-



  • Mince 1/4 kg.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green onion 1/4 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry 1 kg.



How to make:-

  1. Heat 2 table spoon oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic paste .
  2. Add onion fry it for 2 minutes and add mince salt, black pepper,
  3. Cook it till it tender,dry it.
  4. Add mushroom if you like.
  5. Take a roti on a board .
  6. Put 1 table spoon at one corner of it and roll it.
  7. Close the sides with flour paste.
  8. Deep fry it.


Serve with ketchup:-

CHICKEN FAJITA

INGREDIENTS;-


  • Oil 4 table spoon.
  • Lemon 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg  4 inches long.
  • Chili 4.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1 in long size.
  • Chopped green onion 4 in long size.
  • Salsa 1 cut in long 2 inches pieces.
  • Shredded chedder cheese.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet red pepper 1/2.
  • Vinegar 2 tea spoon.


HOW TO MAKE;-

  1. Mix 2 tea spoon oil'lemon juice'vinegar in the chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry onion .
  3. Add garlic paste'salt'chili' red pepper'chopped green onion'sweet red pepper in it.
  4. Add salsa'chicken and cook it for 10 minutes.


SERVE WITH CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM;-

CHICKEN PALLAO;-

INGREDIENTS;-



  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Onion 2.
  • Salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 4.
  • Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Tomato 2.
  • Fresh mint 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.


HOW TO MAKE;-

  1. Dip rice in water for 1/2 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry crushed onion.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste'tomato paste'salt'green chili and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add red pepper'fresh mint and coriander and garam masala in it .
  6. Fry for 5 minutes and add some water.
  7. When chicken tender add 6 glass of water.
  8. When water boil add rice
  9. When water dry.put rice on low heat for 3-5 minutes.

SERVE WITH MINT YOGURT;-

CHICKEN HOT SHOTS;-

INGREDIENTS;



  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg in i/2 inch pieces.
  • Egg 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon 1 tea spoon.
  • Flour 2 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1 cup.
  • Red chili 1.2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup.
  • Oil for deep fry.



HOW TO COOK;-


  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients list above 'except bread crumbs'
  2. Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  4. Fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.



SERVE WITH CHILI GARLIC SAUCE.

CHICKEN BEANS CORN SOUP ;-

INGREDIENTS;-


  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Corns beans 1 cup.
  • Chines salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 8.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Onion 1 .
  • Potato 3.
  • Cauliflower 1/8.
  • Egg 4.
  • Carrot 1.

HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Take a big pan 'put chicken'salt' chines salt'onion'green chili in it.
  2. Add 12-15 glass of water in it.
  3. When chicken tender'shed the chicken from the bones.
  4. In a pan boil corn well.
  5. Cut potato in small pieces and boil them.
  6. Stain the chicken soup in a big pan.
  7. Add shed chicken 'corn beans'chopped carrot'potato'black pepper and cauliflower in it.
  8. Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat.
  9. Now mix beaten egg.
  10. Mix corn flour in half glass of water and and add in the soup.
SERVE WITH RED CHILI SOUS.-

CEEMA BREAD SANDWICH AT TEA TIME

INGREDIENTS:-



  • Minced 1/2 kg.
  • Bread 12-15 pieces.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup.
  • Fresh mint 1 cup.
  • Egg 2-3 for fry.
  • Oil for fry 1/2 kg.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.



HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Take the minced'salt'black and red pepper'coriander seed in a pan.
  2. Add 2 glass of water in it and cook till it tender.
  3. Dry it and mix cornflour'fresh mint and coriander in it and mix well.
  4. Paste the mixture on the bread pieces one side.
  5. Put it in freezer for 1 hour.
  6. Beat eggs in a pot.
  7. Heat the oil in pan'dip bread pieces in egg and fry on low heat

    Shahi Beef Haleem

    INGREDIENTS;'


    • Beef 1 kg.
    • Dal moong 1/8 kg.
    • Dal chana 1/2 kg.
    • Dal msoor 1/8 kg.
    • Dal mash 1/8 kg.
    • Grain 1/4 kg.
    • Oil 1 kg.
    • Chopped onion 2.
    • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
    • Salt 3 tea spoon.
    • Red pepper 3 tea spoon.
    • Mustard powder 1 teaspoon.
    • Coriander seeds 1 table spoon.
    • Chopped green chili 8.
    • Garam masala 1 table spoon.


    HOW TO MAKE:'


    1. Soak the pulses for 5-6 hours.
    2. Soak grain separate
    3. Take a big pan & heat 1/2 oil,add meat,chopped ginger,garlic paste and chopped onion.
    4. Add salt,red pepper,mustard powder and coriander seed.
    5. Fry for few minutes .
    6. Add 12-15 glass of water.
    7. Cover and cook it on low heat
    8. When meat is tender,remove the bones.
    9.  Boil all pulses for 3-4 hours.
    10. In another pan boil grain.
    11. Blend the mixture to a coarse paste with a wooden spoon.
    12. Add cooked meat and boiled grain in the pulses.
    13. In remaining oil fry onion and stir in it.


    SERVE WITH NAN!

    Spicy Brain Masala

    INGREDIENTS:-


    • Lamb brain 4.
    • Oil 2 cup.
    • Chopped onion 1 cup.
    • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
    • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
    • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
    • Garam masala 1 tea spoon. 
    • Green chili 2.
    • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
    • Fresh coriander  1 cup  

    • HOW TO COOK-

    1. Wash the brain well.
    2. Take a pan and put 1 cup oil in it
    3. Add chopped onion and fry it till brown.
    4. Add garlic and ginger paste and mix it for 1 minutes.
    5. Add tomato paste in it .
    6. After 1 minutes add salt'red pepper'  musted powder' 
    7. Cook it and put inside.
    8. Take a pan and put in 1 cup oil.
    9. Fry the brain in it for 4-5 minutes.
    10. Mix it in paste which you made before.
    11. Garnish with mint' coriander'green chili and garam masala.


    IT IS READY TO SERVE!

    Chicken Egg Roll

    INGREDIENTS


    • 4 EGG
    • Refined flour 2 cup
    • Water 2 cup
    • Salt 1/4 tea spoon
    • chines salt 1/4 tea spoon


    HOW TO MAKE


    1. Beats egg well.
    2. Add one cup of water and beat again.
    3. Mix refined flour in it.
    4. Mix salt and chines salt in it.
    5. Take nonstick fry pan.
    6. Grease it with oil.
    7. Take one table spoon of mixture and put in fry pan.
    8. Make a pan cake of it and cook it from two sides.
    9. Make all pan cakes with the mixture made.


    INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING


    • Mince 1/2 kg
    • Salt 1 tea spoon.
    • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
    • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
    • Soy sauce 2 spoon.
    • Carrot 2
    • Cabbage 2 cup.


    HOW TO MAKE


    1. Add salt;ginger and garlic paste'black pepper'soy sauce'water in mince and cook it.
    2. After it dry keep it aside from the stove.
    3. Mix chopped carrot and cabbage in it.
    4. Take a pancake on a board.
    5. Put one table spoon of mixture of one side of pan cake.
    6. Fold it and close the corner with flour.
    7. Deep fry the rolls and cut them from mid into two pieces.


    SERVE ROLL WITH ANY SAUCE YOU LIKE.

    SEEKH KABAB

    INGREDIENTS


    • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
    • Chopped ginger 2 table spoon
    • Chopped onion 2
    • Chopped green chili 4 
    • Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup
    • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
    • Red pepper 1 tea spoon
    • Salt 1 tea spoon
    • Garam masala
    • Powder of coriander
    • 2 table spoon of oil


    HOW TO MAKE


    • Mix all the ingredients together with mince.
    • Leave it for 2-3 hours.
    • Now put the mince on Bar B Q sticks.
    • Cook on the Bar B Q grill.
    • Grease them with the brush while grilling.
    You can serve it with any sauce you like.

    CHICKEN BREAD AT TEA TIME.-

    INGREDIENTS :-

    • 12-14 bread pieces.
    • 2 breast chicken.
    • 2 cup water.
    • 2 egg beaten.
    • 1 tea spoon ginger'garlic paste.
    • Oil for oiling.
    • Black pepper to taste.
    • Salt to taste.


    METHOD :-

    1. Boil chicken in water by adding salt' black pepper'and garlic'ginger paste.
    2. When chicken is boil shred it.
    3. Beat egg and some cornflour'salt and black pepper in it and beat well.
    4. add shredded chicken in beats egg mixture.
    5. spread it on the bread pieces.
    6. Take non stick pan'put some oil.
    7. Fry the bread pieces.


    Now delicious chicken bread is ready to serve.

    Delicious Fruit Trifle!

    INGREDIENTS FOR PLANE CAKE:


    • 3 eggs
    • baking powder 1 tea spoon
    • Sugar 3/4 cup
    • Refined flour 3/4 cup


    HOW TO COOK:


    1. Take a bowl and beat the sugar and egg very well till it thick.
    2. Add backing powder and refined flour in it .
    3. Mix it very well.
    4. Put it in oven bowl and cook 40 degree for 15-20 minutes.
    5. Then it ready and cool cut it in pieces.


    INGREDIENTS FOR JELLY:


    • Jelly one packet
    • Water 2 cup


    HOW TO MAKE:


    1. Boil water mix jelly shake well .
    2. Put it in freezer for freeze.
    3. FRUITS
    4. Mango 2
    5. Banana 4
    6. Apple 2
    7. Cut them in pieces


    INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD:


    • Milk 2 litter
    • Custard powder  8 table spoon.
    • Sugar 2 cup.


    HOW TO COOK:


    1. Boil milk add sugar .
    2. Mix custard powder another bowl in some normal milk no hot.
    3. Add it in boiled milk and shake it till thick.
    4. Off the stove.
    5. Take a glass dish and spread cake pieces then put custard .
    6. Spread jelly pieces and fruits .
    7. Again put custard and put in refrigerator for cool.


    Delicious trifle is ready.. Serve cold & enjoy!

    BEEF AND CHEESE LASAGNA

    Ingredients


    • Lasagna strips boiled 1 packet
    • Minced beef 1 kg
    • Garlic cloves minced 4
    • Medium onion chopped 1
    • Tomato paste 2 cup
    • Chili sauce 2 cup
    • Green chili 4 chopped
    • Red chili flakes
    • Black pepper 1/4 tea spoon
    • Mozzarella cheese shredded 2 cup
    • Salt to taste


    How to cook

    1. Take a big pan add beef minced,onion,garlic,salt 
    2. Cook it for 30 minutes then add tomato paste,chili sauce 
    3. red chili,and pepper.
    4. Cook it till it dry.
    5. Spread boiled  lasagna sheets in a glass dish .
    6. Spread 1 cup minced and 1 cup cheese.
    7. Spread lasagna sheet,top with remaining minced and cheese.
    8. Bake at 375 degree for 25- 30 minutes
    9. Your delicious lasagna is ready. eat with red chili sauce.

    Easy Chococlate Cake Recipe

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 3 Egg
    • Sugar 3/4
    • Refined flour 1 cup
    • Coco powder  2 teaspoon

    • Beat three eggs without yolk. 
    • Add yolk and beat again.
    • Add sugar and beat well.

    • Orange Juice or Squash 1/4
    The Way To Cook:
    1. Beat sugar and butter well together

    3. Mix refined flour,orange juice and baking powder into the paste.
