Chocolate Almond Pudding

Most mornings I add a handful to my breakfast, since they are tasty and nutritious.chocolate is especially heart-healthy is its inflammation-fighting properties, which reduce cardiovascular riskThis pudding is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • Refined flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 3 table spoon.
  • Melted butter 1 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Caster sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
 For sauce:-

  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 3 table spoon.
  • Boiling water 2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combine the flour,sugar,cocoa powder well.
  2. Take a jug and combine the milk,butter and egg well.
  3. Add the flour mixture in it and stir until well combined.
  4. Grease the baking dish and pour the mixture in it.
  5. For make the sauce sift the sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  6. Add boiling water gently.
  7. Sprinkle over the pudding in the dish.
  8. Top with crushed almonds and bake for 45-50 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Leave it for 10 minutes for cool.
Serve with cream and cool and enjoy:-

Sweet Honey Butter Peanut Bread

Peanuts are rich in essential nutrients like fiber, protein, minerals, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids .Honey contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease.This sweet bread will be ready in 1-1/2 hour .
 
 Ingredients:-
  •  Wheat flour 2 cup.
  • Honey 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Skim milk 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and pour flour,salt,milk,honey,butter,baking soda and beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg and add in the batter and beat for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the peanut and stir it.
  4. Grease the baking loaf pan and pour the batter in it and bake for 50-60 minutes on 320 degree.
  5. Transfer it on rack for cool.
  6. Cut its slices and serve.
 

Chicken PizzaRoll

 This pizza is so easy to make and will be ready only in 40 minutes.
Ingredients:-
  •  Refrigerated pizza crust.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Dried basil 1 tea spoon.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Boiled and fried chicken cubes 2 cup.
  • Chopped pepperoni 1/2 cup.Pizza sauce 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Press pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic,salt,basil,pepperoni, chicken, over the dough.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Roll the dough up tightly to form a log.
  5. Cut the roll in equal slices of 1 inches.
  6. Grease the baking sheet and place the roll on it.
  7. Bake the rolls for 10-12 minutes on 450 degree.
Serve with pizza sauce:-

Baingan ka Bharata

  nutritional value and calories found in baingan.This dish is for 2 serving and will be ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  •  Bhartha baingan 1.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  •  Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon. Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped coriander leaves few.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Wash the baingan . Pat dry with a kitchen napkin.
  2.  Apply some oil all over and keep it for roasting on an open flame.
  3.  Keep the eggplant turning after a 2 to 3 minutes on the flame, so that its evenly cooked.
  4. Roast the aubergine till its completely cooked and tender. With a knife check the doneness. The knife should slid easily in aubergines without any resistance. Remove the baingan and immerse in a bowl of water till it cools down..
  5. Make small cuts on the baingan with a knife. Place the red hot charcoal in the same plate where the roasted aubergine is kept. Add a few drops of oil on the charcoal. The charcoal would begin to smoke.
  6. As soon as smoke begins to release from the charcoal, cover the entire plate tightly with a large bowl. Allow the charcoal smoke to get infused for 1 to 2 minutes. The more you do, the more smoky the baingan bharta will become. I just keep for a minute. Alternatively,
  7. Peel the skin from the roasted and smoked eggplant.
  8. Chop the cooked eggplant finely or you can even mash it.
  9.  Heat oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
  10. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  11. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  12. Now add the red chili powder. Stir and mix well.
  13. Add the chopped cooked baingan.
  14. Stir and mix the chopped baingan very well with the onion-tomato masala mixture.
  15. Season with salt. Stir and saute for some more 4 to 5 minutes more.
  16. Pour in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

 Ingredients:-
  • Boiled potatoes in slices 2 cup.
  • Carrot in slices 1 cup.
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Tomatoes in slices 1 cup.
  • Lettuce 4.
  • Onion in slices 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 2.
  • Garlic cloves5.
  •  Red chili paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup.
  •  Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1.  For dressing fry the garlic cloves1/2 cup ,onion,red chili paste,vinegar,ketchup  in olive oil and blend them in blender.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the boiled potatoes,boiled peas,carrot,lettuce leave,tomatoes,1/2 cup onion slices,salt and black pepper powder and dressing well.
  3. Cut the eggs in slices and garnish the salad.

Ingredients:-

  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 3 separate whites and yolk.
  • Red jam 1/3 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Almond and cherry for garnish.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the egg yolks.
  2. Add milk and blend for few seconds,then add sugar and bread crumbs and blend for few seconds.
  3. Grease the oven bowl and place in the mixture.
  4. Bake it for 20 minutes on 180 degree.
  5. Mix the jam and lemon juice and layer on the baked cake.
  6. Beat the sugar in the egg white well until it foaming.
  7. Layer the egg white on the layer of jam.
  8. Garnish with almond and cherry.
  9. Turn on the upper grill of the oven and bake the cake for few minutes until it look golden.

  • Flor 2 cup.
  • Yeast 2 tea spoon.
  • Lukewarm milk 3/4 cup.
  • Warm water 1/8 cup.
  • Cooking oil for deep fry.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
For filling:- 
  • Chocolate 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla 1 tea spoon.
  • Cram 1/4 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Dissolve the yeast in water.
  2. Add the salt,sugar,milk,egg 2 table spoon oil, 1 cup of flour and beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape the sides and beat again for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining flour and stir well and cover with cloth and keep aside for 1 hour.
  5. Turn the dough onto floured surface,roll the dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut round cookie butter.
  6. Take a baking sheet and sprinkle over the flour.
  7. Place the donuts and cover with cloth and leave for 40 minutes.
  8. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the donuts each side for 1 minute or until golden brown.
  9. Place the donuts in a dish,when they cool make a small hole with sharp knife,
  10. Mix the filling ingredients and fill with chocolate,vanilla,almond and cream filling.

Dil Gurda with Brain Masala

This is so famous dish in Pakistan.On the parties this dish must make.i like it so much but heart patient not eat it.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Dill 1 kg in small pieces.
  • Gurda 1/2 kg in small pieces.
  • Brain 3.
  • Chopped onion 4.
  •  Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato 5 in small pieces.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Lemon 2 in slices for garnish
  • Green chili 2 for garnish.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Take the half pan of water  and boil dill in it.
  2. Drain and wash the dill well.
  3. Take the water in the pan and boil the gurda in it.
  4. Drain and wash the gurda.
  5. Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add chopped green chili and tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add dill,salt and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  9. Add red pepper,mustard powder and cook until it leave oil.
  10. Add some water and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium to low heat.
  11. Add the gurda in it and cook for 20-25 minutes or until it tender.
  12. If you need you can add some more water.
  13. Wash the brain well and fry in 1/2 cup of olive oil for 5 minutes and add in the dill gurda .
  14. Add the butter and coriander powder and stir gently.
  15. Cook on high heat until it leave oil,then keep  for 5 minutes on low heat.
  16.  Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala.
  17. Garnish with coriander leaves,lemon and green chili.
Serve hot with nan and mint yogurt::-

Chicken Potato Sandwich with Cheese

 Chicken sandwiches are so famous in children.You can take it in any where. At the tea  time these sandwich give much taste.these sandwiches are easy to make and will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Bread 10-12 piece.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet.
  • Shredded chicken 3 cup.
  • Boiled and mashed potato 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.


HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add shredded chicken,salt,chines salt,black pepper,green chili in it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the mashed potato and stir it.
  4. Take a bread piece on a board.
  5. Paste 2 table spoon on it.
  6. Cover with cheese.
  7. Make all pieces same.
  8. Bake it in oven at low degree for 2-3 minutes.

Mshrooms Cheese Pizza

 mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron.This pizza will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

 Spinach 4 cup.Egg 1.
Mushrooms 2 cup.
  Onion sliced 1 cup.
Garlic cloves 2.
Marinara sauce 1 cup.
Fresh grated parmesan 1/4 cup.
Cheese 1 cup.
Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
Vinegar 2 table spoon.
Olive oil 1 table spoon.
Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
Salt 1/2 tea spoon .
Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
Red pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
Oregano leaves some.




How to make:-

  1. Set the mushrooms on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix olive oil,soy sauce,vinegar and drizzle over the mushroom.
  3. Put 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes,set aside.
  5. Place 1/4 of the spinach mixture over the each mushrooms.
  6. Layer the onion,marinara sauce,parmesan,salt,peppers and oregano.
  7. Fry the egg and set on the top.
  8. Bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Garnish with oregano leaves.

Paneer Palak Gosht

 This is so famous dish in Pakistan.This dish is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • Spinach 4 bunches.
  • Meat 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Cumin seed 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Salt 1 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Paneer 500 gram.
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Thickened cream 2 table spoon.
 How to cook:-

Wash the spinach well and boil in water for 30 minutes.
Then refresh in cold water.
Drain the extra water.
Make puree until smooth.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger paste,cumin seeds,onion until it golden brown.
Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes.
Add some water and cook until meat tender.
Stir in spinach puree and salt,green chili,red pepper,garam masala and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Add the fenugreek leaves and  paneer and cook  until it dry and leave the oil.
Pour in the serving bowl and enjoy.

  • Chilled unsalted butter 1/2 cup,cut into tiny pieces.
  • All purpose flour 4-1/2 cup.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Dry yeast 1 table spoon.
  • Sea salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
  • Dark chocolate chips 3 cup.
  • Toasted,chopped,walnuts 1 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Brown the 1 cup butter,melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. When little brown specks form immediately remove from the heat and pour in a bowl.
  3. In a bowl mix flour and baking soda.
  4. Stir in the yeast,salt,and 1/2 cup cold,cut butter.
  5. In a large bowl beat together the browned butter with the sugars.
  6. Beat eggs and vanilla in the sugar mixture.
  7. On low speed mix dry ingredients into the wet.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  9. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Grease the cooking sheet and drop 1/4 cup mounds of dough onto the sheet..
  11. Leaving plenty of space in between.
  12. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden on 375 degree.
  13. Allow to cool on the sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Serve with tea:-

  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.

  • Banana extract 1 table spoon.
  • Egg yolk 8.
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon cut in cubes.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Banana 4 cut in slices.
  • Apple 1 ct in slices.
  • Vanilla wafers 1 box.
  • Bourbon 1/3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Scaled milk in a large saucepan  with a pinch of sugar.
  2. Take a bowl and mix egg yolk,banana extract,bourbon and 2 cup sugar well until thick.
  3. Add cornstarch and mix again well.
  4. Very slowly pour in a some milk mixture.
  5. Once fully incorporated pour the entire mixture back into the saucepan and cook on medium heat.
  6. Stir constantly until it thick.
  7. Remove from the heat and add a pinch of the salt and vanilla extract,then add butter cubes and stir well.
  8. Transfer in a bowl and leave it for cool.
  9. In a bowl wipe the cream,1/4 cup sugar,vanilla extract with mixer until you have stiff peaks,then aside.
  10. Add banana apple slices in pastry cream.
  11. Line a 10 inch pie dish with vanilla wafers.
  12. Splash with more cream  ,then cover  pastry cream with banana and apple slices.
  13. Top with whipped cream and place in refrigerator for cool.

Chicken Egg Noodles

Noodles are famous in children and adults same.these tasty noodles are so easy to make and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  •  Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Carrot 1.
  • Capcicum 1.
  • Green onion 2.
  • Egg 1.
  • Egg noodles 1/2 packet.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Fry the egg noodles and then deep fry and put aside.
  2. Cut the chicken in strips and marinate with corn flour,salt,black pepper and egg and leave for1/2 hour.
  3. Fry the chicken in deep oil and put aside.
  4. Heat 2 table spoon oil in the pan and fry the garlic paste for 2 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice,chili sauce,carrot,capcicum,pepper,onion,brown suger and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the fry chicken and cook for 6 minutes
  7. Layer the noodles in a dish and then layer the chicken.
serve hot with any sauce:-

  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Red pepper 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Broth 3 cup.
  • Carrot 1 cut in 2 inches long pieces.
  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup.
  • Cabbage 1/4 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ketchup 3 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Mix egg,1/2 tea spoon salt,black pepper,green chili,mustered powder,corn flour,and bread crumbs in the meat.
  2. Make lemon size ball of all the mixture.
  3. Deep fry them and put in a dish.
  4. Heat 1 table spoon oil and fry the garlic.
  5. Add vegetables and fry them lightly.
  6. Add the broth,then ketchup,red pepper,vinegar,chines salt,soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Mix corn flour in some water and stir in broth.
  8. Add meat balls and fry vegetables in it and fry for 2 minutes.

  • Onion 1 cut in round shape.

How to cook:
  1. Mix yogurt,vinegar,red pepper powder,garam masala,chines salt,garlic and ginger powder in the meat and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in a pan and cook meat for 5-8 minutes,then add some water.
  3. Cook it until meat tender and dry.
  4. Heat the 1/2 cup oil and fry onion for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add vegetables and fry for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Add in the meat and stir gently.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat.

Ingredients:

  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Onion 2 chopped.
  • Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 6 chopped.
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup.
  • Corn oil 1 cup.
  • Baby onion 12 
  • Green chili 6 cut in sliced.
  • Cherry tomatoes 12.

How to cook:
  1. Take a bowl and mix onion,garam masala,garlic,ginger,chopped green chili,flour,fresh coriander in the minced very well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a food processor for about 1 minutes,to make the mixture even finer in texture.
  3. Put the mixture in a bowl.
  4. Break of small pieces,about two kabobs on each skewer.
  5. Once you have used up all the mixture,baste the kabobs with 1 table spoon of the oil and place under a preheated hot grill for 12-15 minutes,turning and basting occasionally,until they are evenly browned.
  6. Heat remaining oil in a deep round-bottomed frying pan.
  7. Add baby onion and fry till they look light brown,add green chilies and tomatoes.
  8. Remove the mini kabobs from their skewers and add them to the onion and tomato mixture.
  9. Stir gently for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander.

  • Pineapple juice 2 cup.
  • Cornstarch 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • White vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 3 table spoon.
  • Raw firm fish,such as salmon,cut in chunks 1/2 kg.
  • Fresh pineapple in chunks 4 cup.
  • Large onion cut in wedges.
How to cook:
  1.  Take a small pan and mix cornstarch in pineapple juice.
  2. Add soy sauce,vinegar,garlic and ginger paste.
  3. Simmer until slightly thickened,about 7 minutes,let cool.
  4. Add fish and pineapple to sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Thread fish,pineapple and onion on skewers.
  6. Place  on a hot grill until fish is done to your liking.
  7. Serve with rice.

How to make;-
  1. Wash the rice and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion golden brown.
  3. Add minced,garam masala,garlic and ginger powder,coriander,red pepper and turmeric powder.
  4. Add some water and cook it for 15 minutes.
  5. When its water dry,add  spinach,mathi,and some water and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. When its water dry add dal mash,rice,salt and 4 glass of water and cook it for 20 minutes.
  7. When it tender,mash it and cook again for 5 minutes till it dry.
  8. Put it in the serving dish and garnish with green chili and fresh coriander.

  5. Fry 1 onion for 3 minutes then add chicken,garlic and ginger paste,salt,red and black pepper,garam masala and cook it for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Low the heat and add chopped apricot and almond in it and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add dry apricot and 1 cup of warm water and cook it for 6-8 minutes.
  8. When it leave oil add fry chopped onion.green chili,lemon juice and saffron milk and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Add rose water and turn off the stove.
Serve with salad, nan and mint yogurt.

  • Egg 1.
  • Vanilla extract 1-1/2 table spoon.
  • Toffee bits 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Milk chocolate chips 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a mixing bowl and beat the peanut butter,egg,vanilla extract,brown sugar for 5 minutes .
  2. Add baking powder and beat until combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips and toffee.
  4. Using a medium/2 in,cookie scoop,scoop 2-3 table spoon.mounds of cookies dough and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Take the baking sheet and lined with parchment paper.
  7. Place chilled cookie dough mounds on sheet.
  8. Spacing at least 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes then transfer it on wire rack for completely cool.
  11. You can store the cookies in airtight jar for 1 week on room temperature.

    1. Mix chat masala,chopped onion,carrot,green chili,mint,coriander,salt in the mince.
    2. Mix stiffing ingredients .

    4. Pour 1 tea spoon of stiffing and close it in the shape of kebab.
    5. Make the kebab of all the mince same.
    6. Fry in deep oil.

  1. Mix flour,sugar,salt,eggs,baking powder and crushed pine apple with juice in a large bowl well.

  • Fresh pineapple 10 rings.
  • Strawberry 2 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 4 table spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Heavy whipping cream 2/4 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon.1tea spoon.


How to make;-
  1. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat on 350 degree.
  2. Brush the pineapple rings with the butter.
  3. Grill the pineapple over direct medium heat with the lid open for 6-8 minutes,turning once.
  4. Remove from the grill and leave for cool.
  5. Leave 1 pineapple ring whole and cut the others into halves.
  6. Take a skillet over direct heat  and mix the brown sugar,cream,cinnamon and any melted butter which remaining .
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it start to bubble around.
  8.  Remove the skillet and then arrange the pineapple halves around it,set aside.
  9. Take a large bowl mix the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
  10. Take another bowl and whisk the buttermilk,eggs,and vanilla.
  11. With an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar on medium-high speed in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
  12. Add the buttermilk mixture and mix with low mixer and the flour mixture until smooth.
  13. Spread the butter evenly over the pineapple slices in the skillet.
  14. Top with strawberries.
  15. Bake the cake over indirect medium heat with the lid closed until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted into the grill and let cool at room temperature for 10-12 minutes.
  16. Remove the cake from the skillet very carefully.
  17. Replace any pineapple that has stuch to the bottom of the skillet.
  18. Let the cake cool.
  19. Briefly before slicing in to wedges and serving.

  • Heavy whipping cream 2 table spoon.
 For the chocolate frosting:-
  • Butter 1/2 cup.

  • Sugar powder 2 cup.
  • Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cu.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combine the cake mix and mix in the eggs,sour cream,oil,milk and beat it for 2 minutes on low speed.
  2. Take the 2 baking medium pan and grease them,then pour the batter equal.
  3. Bake the cake for 25 minutes on 250 degree.
  4. Leave for 15 minutes for cool.
  5. Flip out on to a cooling rack and leave for cool.
  6. Take a bowl and beat the cream cheese until soft.
  7. Add 3/4 strawberry pie filling and beat for 1 minute.
  8. Fold in the cool whip gently.
  9. Place one layer of the cake in a plate.
  10. Spread strawberry mousse over the cake.
  11. Put over the second layer of the cake and place in the refrigerator.
  12. For making the frosting take a bowl and beat butter,vanilla,salt until creamy.
  13. Add sugar powder and whipping cream and beat for 2 minutes until fluffy.
  14. Take a bowl and beat cocoa powder,salt,whipping cream, butter for 2 minutes.
  15. Add sugar powder and beat until mix well.
  16. Spread the white frosting on the top of the cake.
  17. Spread the chocolate frosting evenly of the sides of the cake.
  18. Let the frosting for sit for 15 minutes.
  19. Gentle smooth the sides of the cake with paper towel.
  20. Make the circle of remaining white frosting with piping bag on the top and bottom of the cake.
  21. Decorate with strawberries.

  4. Add crushed spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes,set aside.
  5. Place 1/4 of the spinach mixture over the each mushrooms.
  6. Layer the onion,marinara sauce,parmesan,salt,peppers and oregano.
  7. Fry the egg and set on the top.
  8. Bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degree.

  • Tomato ketchup 1 table spoon.
  • Caster sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1cut in sliced.
  • Diced tomato 2.
How to make;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix rosemary,basil,black pepper,sugar and garlic salt.
  2. Let sit for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornflour then coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Set the chicken in a dish and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a bowl for make sauce and mix water,mustard ketchup,vinegar well.
  6. Heat the oil in large pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until it look light brown.
  7. Fry all the chicken same.
  8. Transfer it in a serving dish.
  9. Heat 1 table spoon oil in fry pan and fry onion with 1 tea spoon salt for 3-4 minutes.
  10.  Add tomatoes,sugar and sauce,mix well.
  11. Pure the sauce over the chicken.

  • Butter1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 6 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs whites 6.
  • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
  •  
How to make:-
  1. Take the 2 by 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
  3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Set the aside.
  5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  8. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  9. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
  10. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
For strawberry filling:-
  • Blueberries 2 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and cook the blueberries on medium heat.
  2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
For butter cream:-
  • Milk cup 1/2.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 4 cups.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:- 
  1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
  2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes. 
Decorate the cake with blueberry filling and top with butter cream:-

Mango Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients:-

For the ice cream:-
  • Whole milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Egg yolk 5.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  •  Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
For the blueberry bits:-
  • Fresh mango slices 2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to make:-

  1. Take a pan and heat the whole milk,maple syrup and sugar on medium-low heat.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk the egg yolks until become light and pale yellow color.
  3. Add 1/4 cup warm milk and stir.
  4. Add it into the milk pan and stir for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in heavy cream,salt and butter.
  6. Transfer it in a freezer box and keep it in fridge for 12 hours.
  7. Before churning the ice cream make the blueberry swirl.
  8. Take a small pan and heat the blueberry,sugar and lemon juice on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  10. Transfer it in your ice cream maker and churn according to the  instructions.
  11. Once the ice cream is done churning,scoop half of the ice cream into a container.
  12. Pour half of the mango slices over the ice cream.
  13. Again pour the remaining ice cream,then remaining blueberries over the ice cream.
  14. Gently swirl the remaining mango slices in the ice cream with the wooden spoon.
  15. Keep it in freezer for 12 hours.

  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Hang 1 pinch.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Boiled eggs 6.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Grated lemon 1.
  • Lemon zest of 1 lemon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Asian sauce 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a saucepan and  cook the honey,sugar,soy sauce,asian sauce,fish sauce,garlic paste,lemon juice,lemon zest in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Take a nonstick fry pan and cook the chicken with 2 table spoon of water on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Stir it in the mixture and cook for 12-15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.

HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add the flour,baking powder and salt in the bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs, vanilla and add to the bowl.
  4. Beat all the mixture until combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 c.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
  7. Put one spoon of mixture in each paper cases.

  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes .
  10. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes .
  11. Transfer to a rack to cook completely.

  4. Take another bowl and mix eggs,buttermilk,zest and juice of lemon and vanilla extract well. 
  5. Take another bowl and beat the sugar and unsalted butter until fluffy. 
  6. Alternatively beat in the dry and wet ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture,about three sets,finishing with the wet ingredients. 
  7. Scrape 1/2 of the butter into prepared flan pan. 
  8. Lightly spoon out of all the cream cheese mixture over the butter. 
  9. Spoon over the remaining bundt cake batter. 
  10. Bake it for 1 hour on 350 degree. 
  11. Leave it for 20 minute for cool.

How to cook:-
  1. For make the kofta mix all kofta ingredients except egg in the lamb minced.
  2. Divide it in 6 place.
  3. Covered the boiled eggs with the mixture well.
  4. Make smooth ovel shape.
  5. Dip in the  beaten egg and fry.
  6. Leave it for cool in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut them into two pieces with sharp knife and set aside.
  8. For make gravy fry the onion in 1 cup oil.
  9. Remove the onion from the oil and set a side.

  11. Add red chili,salt,turmeric powder,mace and nutmeg,tomato paste,beaten yogurt and cook until it thick

Chicken Noodles

 Ingredients:-

  • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
  • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
 How to cook:-
  1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
  3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
  5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
  7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
  8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
  10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.
Serve hot:-

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger,rice wine,soy sauce,and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut onion and hot peppers into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Mix chicken broth,vinegar,sugar,salt,anise pepper powder.
  4. Take a work and heat the oil.
  5. Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces with marinate and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken broth mixture and mix well.
  8. Cook on low heat until chicken tender.
  9. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the chicken.
  10. Stir it  for 30 second and remove from the heat.
  11. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves.
  12. Sprinkle over the chopped green chili and ginger.
  13. Decorate with lemon slices.

Butter Chicken with Cheese


 Cheese contains a host of nutrients like calcium, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B12. Calcium is one of the nutrients most likely to be lacking in the American diet.This recipe is for 4 serving and make in 45 minutes.

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Tandoori masala 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam maala 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Onion 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped cheese 1 cup. 
How to make:-
 
  1. Take a large bowl and mix yogurt and tandoori masala well.
  2. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Drain the extra water of the marinate chicken.
  4. Blend the onion,ginger and garlic in water in the blender.
  5. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in large skillet on medium heat and fry the chicken until lightly browned on all sides.
  6. Took the chicken aside.
  7. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in the skillet and fry the onion paste for 3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the garam masala,red pepper and salt in the mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add tomato sauce  and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  10. Add the chicken and butter and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  11. Top with cheese and cover for 1 minute,then remove from the heat.

  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Cream 1/3 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/3 cup.
  • White sugar 1/3 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Mashed strawberries 2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla yogurt 1/3 cup.
  • Soy milk 3 table spoon.
  • Chopped mini cup reese's butter cups 8.
 How to make:-
  1. Mix refined flour,cocoa and baking powder,cinnamon and salt.
  2. In other bowl mix cream,butter and peanut butter with mixer until combined.
  3. Add brown and white sugar and beat again.
  4. Add egg,vanilla extract, mashed strawberries and yogurt.
  5. Add in refined flour,cocoa and baking powder,cinnamon and salt.
  6. Add the soy milk.
  7. Fold in chopped reese's.
  8. Bake it for 45 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Leave it for cool for 20 minutes.

  • Whole strawberries 1 cup.
  • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Dates 4.

How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and beat cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice and yogurt with mixer until smooth.
  2. Take another bowl and combine preserves strawberries and strawberries.
  3. Make crumbs of almonds and dates.
  4. Add 1/2 cheese cake and yogurt batter to serving bowl,spoon 1/2 strawberries mixture,then again cheese cake and again strawberry mixture.
  5. Top with the layer of dates and almonds crumb.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
