Banana Bread

 A banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry, produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains,

Ingredients;-

  • Mashed ripe bananas 6.
  • Bread 12-14 slice.
  • Fat free milk 1/2 cup.
  • Butter softened 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Fat free sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Egg whites 3.
  • All- purpose flour 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cooking spray 1 cup.
  • Chocolate finely chopped.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Beat with a mixer at medium speed un till well blended.
  4. Add banana,milk,sour cream and egg whites.
  5. Lightly spoon flour in to dry measuring cups,level with knife.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  7. Stirring with a whisk.
  8. Add flour mixture with banana mixture.
  9. Beat just un till blended (do not over beat).
  10. Spoon batter in to a 45 inch metal loaf pan,coated with cooking spray.
  11. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour un till a wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  13. Remove from pan,cool on rack.
  14. Place half and half and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  15. Microwave at high for 1 minutes .
  16. Stirring every 20 seconds.
  17. Cool slightly and drizzle over bread.
