Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Chopped onion 2.
- Cream 1cup.
- Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
- Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Garam masala 2 table spoon.
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch.
- Mint leaves few.
- Cut the chicken into 2 inches cubes.
- Marinate the chicken with vinegar and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
- Add chicken with vinegar and cook on high heat.
- Add tomatos cream,,red chili,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,ginger paste and cook on high heat.
- When it dry put it in the serving dish and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
