Ingredients:-
- Rice 1/2 kg.
- Water 1/2 kg.
- Butter 1/2 cup.
- Milk 1/2 cup.
- Sugar 1/2 cup.
- Cardamom 5.
- Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
- Crushed pistachio 1/4 cup.
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- Boil the water in a pan.
- Add the half butter and cardamom.
- Add rice and stir to combine.
- Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and remaining butter and stir it.
- Pour in a bowl and add milk and sprinkle over the almonds and pistachio.
