- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in small cubes).
- Peanut 1/2 cup (roasted and crushed).
- Honey 1 table spoon.
- Red chili 1 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Bread 8 slice.
- Oil 2 table spoon.
For peanut sauce;-
- Peanut 1/2 cup.
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
- Water 1/2 cup.
- Cooking oil 1 table spoon.
- Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
- Honey 2 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
- Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
- Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
- Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
- Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
- Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.
- In the last spread roasted peanut .
- Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 20 minutes on 250 degree.
Serve hot with tea;-
