Sweet Mushrooms and Chicken Bites with Vegetables.

 Mushrooms produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron. Plus, they're low in calories.Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C. Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.Honey helps prevent cancer and heart disease.This healthy dish is for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients


  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup.
  • Ketchup 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Honey 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic pasta 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Pineapple pieces 1 cup.
  • Capcicum 1 cut in cubes.
  • Onion 1 cup cut in cubes.
  • Tomato 1 cup cut in cubes.
  • Green chili 6 cut in pieces.
  • Mushrooms 1 cup cut in cubes.
How to cook:
  1. Marinate the chicken and mushrooms with  soy,ketchup,salt,chili sauce,honey,black pepper,ginger and garlic paste,chines salt  and leave for 1 hour.
  2. On the wood stick hang 1 piece of onion,then 1 piece of chicken,then 1 piece of capcicum,then 1 piece of mushroom,tomato,then 1 piece of pineapple, green chili,rpeate it again and full the stick.
  3. Make all the stick same method and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes on 250 degree.
