Apple Banana Chocolate Honey Smoothie

  Bananas help you reach your weight-loss goals, keep your bowels healthy, provide nutrients that regulate heart rhythm and have vitamin compounds for eye health.Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiberchocolate is especially heart-healthy is its inflammation-fighting properties, which reduce cardiovascular.This is for 2 serving.

Ingredients;-

  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 cup.
  • Unsweetened coco powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Apple mini cubes 2 cup.
  • Chocolate 1/2 cup.
  • Frozen banana 2.
  • Almond extract 1/4 cup.
  • Honey 2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend un till smooth.
  2. Add some ice.
Serve immediately and do not drink fast;-
