Ingredients:-
- Orange 1.
- Cucumber 1.
- Mint leaves few.
- Lemon 1.
- Cinnamon stick 1.
- Ginger 3cm.
- Water1 jug.
How to make:-
- Cut the cucumber,lemon orange in slices.
- Mix all ingredients in a jug of water and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Drink it morning time before breakfast and before lunch and dinner.
