  1. Cut the cucumber,lemon orange in slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a jug of water and place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Drink it morning time before breakfast and before lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:-

  • Potato 1/4 kg.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 4.
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup.
  • Tomato 2.
  • Carrot 1.
  • Cucumber 1.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chatt masala 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes,carrot cucumber,tomato into long pieces.
  2. Boiled the potato and carrot and drain.
  3. Take a big bowl and combined the boiled potato and carrot,salt and black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,vinegar,chat masala,cucumber,tomato.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan and fry the shredded chicken for 3 minutes and add in the bowl.
  5. Stir it and top with boiled egg slices.

Diet Grapes Salad

Ingredients:-


  • White grapes 12.
  • Shallot 1/2.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
  2. If you like add 1 cherry tomato.

Diet Beans


Ingredients:-
  • Cannellini white beans 1 can.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic clove 1.
  • Sage leave 3.
  • Tomato puree 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/8 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a frypan and heat olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Add crushed garlic,and sage leaves.
  3. Fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the beans,salt and pepper and stir.
  5. After 2 minutes add tomato puree and 1 cup of water and cook it on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

Diet Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:-
  • None dairy milk 1 cup.
  • Honey 1 tea spoon.
  • Chia seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Raw coco powder 2 table spoon.
  • Grated nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Grand the chia seeds.
  2. Take a pan and heat the milk.
  3. Add honey,cocoa,nutmeg and chia seeds.
  4. Bring to boil stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  5. Leave for cool for 5 minutes.

Diet Tangerine Chicken

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Potato 1.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Shallot 1.
  • Rosemary 1.
  • Tangerines 2.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
How to make:-
  1. Peel the tomato and cut it in slice.
  2. Cut te shallots in slice.
  3. Grate the peel of one the tangerines and juice them both.
  4. Take a skillet and heat the oil and add shallot.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes and ad chicken and fry for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Add salt,rosemary,potato and cook for 5 minutes .
  7. Bake it for 30 minutes on 200 degree.

Diet Dried tomato pesto


Ingredients:-
  • Brown rice noodles 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1/4 cup.
  • Pine nuts 1/4 cup.
  • Dried tomatoes 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Rosemary 3 cm.
  • Garlic clove 1.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Cook noodles for 6-8 minutes in boiling water with salt.
  2. Blend all ingredients except noodles well.
  3. Mix noodles in the blended ingredients.
Garnish with rosemary and enjoy your diet meal:-

Salmon And Orange Diet Fish Packet

Ingredients:-

  • Salmon sticks 2.
  • Bay leaves 2.
  • Black olive 15.
  • Bush of chard 1/2.
  • Orange 1.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Parchment.
How to make:-
  1. Clean and slice the orange and chard.
  2. Cut out a big rectangular of parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon and half of ingredients on the center.
  4. Fold over the ingredients and seal the paper.
  5. Repeat the other steak.
  6. Place the fish packets in the baking try and bake for15-20 minutes.
  7. Transfer each packet in the plates and use scissors to cut a small window on the top of each one.
