Peanut Butter Apple Banana Wrap with Chocolate

Ingredients:-

  • Regular flour tortillas 8 inches.
  • Creamy peanut butter 2 cup.
  • Honey 3 table spoon.
  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Apple slices 1 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup. in sliced 1 cup.
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
How to make:-

  1. Dip the banana and apple slices in orange and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread 2 table spoon peanut butter over each tortilla.
  3. Drizzle 1 table spoon honey over the peanut butter.
  4. Top with banana and apple slices and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll up tortillas and close with toothpicks.

Chicken Roast with Cream

This chicken cook at dinner time almost and with sauce it become so great.iy will be ready in 2 hours and it is for 5-6 serving.



Ingredients:-

  • Salam chicken 1.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 4 table spoon.
  • Worsectershire sauce 3 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 3 table spoon.

How to cook:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Grease the oven try and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Ingredients for sauce:-
  • Cream 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Onion cut in small size.
  • Chopped green chili 4.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 3 table spoon.
  • Water which leave the chicken.
How to make:-
  1. Fry the onion in the oil.
  2. Add green chili,salt,black pepper,and water of chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and stir it for 1 minute.
  4. Sauce is ready.
  5. Layer the chicken in the dish and put the sauce on the top.

Ingredients:-

  • Mango 2.
  • Banana 2.
  • Ice cream 2 scope.
  • Olive oil 2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.

How to make:-
  1. Peel the mango and banana and cut in long slices.
  2. Mix lemon juice ,olive oil,sugar and pour in the mango and banana and mix well.
  3. Grilled them on low heat for 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.

Pineapple Vanilla Cream Cake

Ingredients:-

  • All-purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Kosher salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter milk 1 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1 pound.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
For topping:-
  • Fresh pineapple 10 rings.
  • Unsalted butter 4 table spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Heavy whipping cream 2/4 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon.1tea spoon.
 
  • How to make;-
    1. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat on 350 degree.
    2. Brush the pineapple rings with the butter.
    3. Grill the pineapple over direct medium heat with the lid open for 6-8 minutes,turning once.
    4. Remove from the grill and leave for cool.
    5. Leave 1 pineapple ring whole and cut the others into halves.
    6. Take a skillet over direct heat  and mix the brown sugar,cream,cinnamon and any melted butter which remaining .
    7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it start to bubble around.
    8.  Remove the skillet and then arrange the pineapple halves around it,set aside.
    9. Take a large bowl mix the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
    10. Take another bowl and whisk the buttermilk,eggs,and vanilla.
    11. With an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar on medium-high speed in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
    12. Add the buttermilk mixture and mix with low mixer and the flour mixture until smooth.
    13. Spread the butter evenly over the pineapple slices in the skillet.
    14. Top with almonds.
    15. Bake the cake over indirect medium heat with the lid closed until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted into the grill and let cool at room temperature for 10-12 minutes.
    16. Remove the cake from the skillet very carefully.
    17. Replace any pineapple that has stuch to the bottom of the skillet.
    18. Let the cake cool.
    19. Briefly before slicing in to wedges and serving.

Keema Pasta with Cheese

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled paste 2 cup.
  • Tomato 2.
  • Boiled keema 1 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoo.
  • Carrot 1 cut in small slices.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Cheese 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3 minutes.
  2. Add keema,salt,red pepper and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and carrot slices and cook again .
  4. When keema tender set aside it.
  5. Beat the egg and fry them in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  6. Pour the boiled pasta in a bowl ,then pour the keema and eggs pieces and stir.
  7. Top with cheese and heat the bowl in microwave for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with ketchup:-

Beef Lasagna

 This dish is so tasty and like by every one.This dish will be ready in 1 hour.This dish is for 8-10 serving.

Ingredients:-

  • Lasagna strips boiled 1 packet
  • Minced beef 1 kg
  • Garlic cloves minced 4
  • Medium onion chopped 1
  • Tomato paste 2 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 cup
  • Green chili 4 chopped
  • Red chili flakes
  • Black pepper 1/4 tea spoon
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded 2 cup
  • Salt to taste


How to cook

  1. Take a big pan add beef minced,onion,garlic,salt 
  2. Cook it for 30 minutes then add tomato paste,chili sauce 
  3. red chili,and pepper.
  4. Cook it till it dry.
  5. Spread boiled  lasagna sheets in a glass dish .
  6. Spread 1 cup minced and 1 cup cheese.
  7. Spread lasagna sheet,top with remaining minced and cheese.
  8. Bake at 375 degree for 25- 30 minutes
  9. Your delicious lasagna is ready. eat with red chili sauce.

Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Corns beans 1 cup.
  • Chines salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Green chili 8.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Onion 1 .
  • Potato 3.
  • Cauliflower 1/8.
  • Egg 4.
  • Carrot 1.

HOW TO MAKE;-
  1. Take a big pan and put chicken,salt, chines salt,onion,green chili in it.
  2. Add 12-15 glass of water in it.
  3. When chicken tender shed the chicken from the bones.
  4. In a pan boil corn well.
  5. Cut potato in small pieces and boil them.
  6. Stain the chicken soup in a big pan.
  7. Add shed chicken ,corn beans,chopped carrot ,potato,black pepper and cauliflower in it.
  8. Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat.
  9. Now mix beaten egg.
  10. Mix corn flour in half glass of water and and stir in the soup.

How to make;-

  1. Take a bowl and whisk together  refined flour,  baking powder and salt.
  2. In other bowl beat sugars and butter together with a hand mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs  one by one and beat well each.
  4. Add peanut butter,crushed almonds and vanilla and beat until it smooth
  5. Add refined mixture and beat until combined.
  6. Using a table spoon ,portion out dough and roll in to balls"place 2"apart on parchment paper lined  baking sheets.
  7. Using a fork,press tines over balls in across hatch pattern to flatten.
  8. Bake rotating baking sheets halfway through coking about 15 minutes on 350 degree.

Potato Cutlet

 One medium potato contains 164 calories, 0.2 grams of fat, 0 grams of cholesterol, 37 grams of carbohydrate, 4.7 grams of dietary fiber and 4.3 grams of protein. The same serving also meets 2% of daily calcium needs, 51% vitamin C, 9% iron, 30% vitamin B-6, 12% magnesium and 25% of potassium needs.Add potato in children food daily.These cutlet will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients;-
  • Boiled potato 4 cup.
  • Boiled green peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled carrots 1.
  • Chopped green chili 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs of 5-6 piece.
  • Cooking oil for fry.
  • Termeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Mix potatoes,green peas,carrots,ginger paste red chili,garam masala,termeric powder,corn flour and salt.
  2. Add fresh mint and coriander and kneed to make a smooth dough.
  3. Make any shape of cutlet of the potato mixture.
  4. Roll each cutlet piece in bread crumbs
  5. Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry cutlet each side golden brown.
 Serve hot with chana chat;-
 
Ingredients for chana chat;-

Kabuli chana 2 cup.
Dal masoor 1/2 cup.
Meetha soda 1 tea spoon.
Onion 1 cut in long slices.
Green chili 1 tea spoon.
Red chili 1 tea spoon.
Sugar 1 table spoon.
Salt 1 tea spoon.
Sonf 1 tea spoon.  

How to make;- 

Sock the chana for 3-4 hours.
Take a pan and boil 6 glass of water.
Stain the water of chana and cook chana and dal masoor in boiled water .
Add meetha soda.
When chana tender and look it like some grave,add red chili,salt,green chili
sugar and sonf .
Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Take a dish,place the chana chart and took cutlet on it.
At the last garnish with fresh mint and coriander.

  • Egg 3.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook;-
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Take a large covered sauce pot and put in 12 glass of water and salt and boiled it for boiled pasta.
  3. In a big nonstick skillet heat oil on medium heat.
  4. Add onions,garlic,sugar and 1 tea spoon salt.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes,stirring often .
  6. Take a bowl, combine crumbs,2 table spoon butter.
  7. In large bowl whisk eggs,milk,1/2 tea spoon salt and black pepper.
  8. Set a side.
  9. Cook it 4-5 minutes on medium heat,untill golden,add vinegar,1 table spoon butter and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Cook pasta for half the time label direct drain,return to pot,stir it in onion mixture and egg mixture.
  11. Transfer pasta to skillet top with crumbs,bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb brain 4.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.

  • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander  1 cup  
  HOW TO COOK-
  • Wash the brain well.
  • Take a pan and put 1 cup oil in it
  • Add chopped onion and fry it till brown.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste and mix it for 1 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste in it .
  • After 1 minutes add salt'red pepper'  musted powder' 
  • Cook it and put inside.
  • Take a pan and put in 1 cup oil.
  • Fry the brain in it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Mix it in paste which you made before.
  • Garnish with mint' coriander'green chili and garam masala.

  • Small cardamom 6.
  • Cassia bark 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chicken broth 4 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a big pan and cook in chicken with 6 cup of water,onion,salt and sabat garm masala for 30 minutes on low heat.
  2. Wash the rice in a bowl and drain the water.
  3. Mix sabat garam masala in the rice and mix it.
  4. Take a pan and heat the olive oil and butter and fry the onion.
  5. Ad tomato and cook for 3 minutes,then add 4 glass of broth and rice.
  6. When water dry put it on dum for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Fry the chicken pieces in the oil.
  8. Fry dry fruit in the butter for 1 minute.
  9. First layer the rice,then layer the chicken pieces then top with dry fruits.

  4. Mix coconut milk powder in water and stir in broth.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Add fry vegetables .
  7. Heat 2 table spoon oil in the fry pan and fry curry leave,sabet red pepper ,red pepper powder and stir in the mixture.

Banana Butter Cake with Blueberries

Ingredients:-

  • Plane flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Butter 1-1/2 cup.
  • Golden sugar 2 cup.
  • Plane yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Ground almonds1/3 cup.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Blueberries 2 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Flaked almonds 2 table spoon.
  • Icing sugar    for dusting.

How to make:-
  1. Beat the sugar and butter well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat well.
  3. Beat the lemon zest and juice and yogurt on low speed.
  4. Fold in flour,ground almonds,baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Take a tin and lined with buttered spring form.
  6. Transfer in batter.
  7. Sprinkle the blueberries and banana slices over the top and bake for 30 minutes on180 degree.
  8. Sprinkle the flaked almonds and bake again for 10 minutes.
  9. Leave it for cool for 15 minutes,then unclasp the tin carefully.
  10. Once it cool sift icing sugar over the top.

Boneless Chicken with Achari Green Chili


Ingredients :-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg. 
  • Green chili 1/4 kg.
  • Sour powder 4 table spoon.
  • Water 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Kalonji 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Rai 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Methi dana 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mastred powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  •  Oil 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Cook the chicken in some water with 1/2 tea spoon salt until it tender.
  3. For make the paste mix sour powder in the yogurt.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry zeera for 1 minute ,then add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add salt,mastred powder,red pepper,mathi dana, and kalonji and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add 1/4 cup water and cook untill dry.
  7. With knife cut in the center of green chilies.
  8. Full the chilies with the mixture and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  9. Add the chicken and stir it.

  • Carob chips 2 cup.
HOW TO COOK!

  1. Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and apple in a bowl.
  2. In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
  3. Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.

How to make:-

  • Refined flour 1/2 kg.
  • Caster sugar 1 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Lemon oil 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder  1 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate 2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and beat the butter and sugar well.
  2. Add lemon oil and beat again for 30 seconds.
  3. Add egg and beat for 20 seconds.
  4. Take another bowl and mix flour,almond and baking powder.
  5. Mix it in the butter mixture and some milk and make the dough.
  6. Roll the dough on surface place about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Cut the dough into 2 inch round shape.
  8. Lined the 2 baking try with parchment and place the cut dough in it.
  9. Bake it for 15-20 minutes on 350 degree.
  10.  Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
  11. When cool,melt the chocolate in microwave and half dip the biscuits into chocolate and leave to set in the baking try in a cool place.

  • Crushed pistachio 1/4 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the water in a pan.
  3. Add the half butter and cardamom.
  4. Add rice and stir to combine.
  5. Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and remaining butter and stir it.
  7. Pour in a bowl and add milk and sprinkle over the almonds and pistachio.

  2. Grease the 12x18 jelly roll pan and bake for 25 minutes on 350 degree.
  3. Remove from oven and leave for cool.
  4. Cut your  cake into 3 pieces  with round cookies cutter.
  5. For make the frosting cream the butter and add vanilla extract,peanut butter and beat well.
  6. Add sugar one by one 1 cup and eat each time.
  7. Cover with frosting all layer of the cake .

Curry with Mutton Kofta

 It is  so famous in Pakistan and like by every body.In my home it eat with rice.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Mutton minced 1/2 kg.
  • Gram flour1/2 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
For Curry:-
  • Onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cardamom 5.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  •  Fresh and chopped soriander leaves.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Mix egg,chopped ginger,chopped green chili,garam flour,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,1 tea spoon garam masala,chopped coriander leaves in the minced well.
  2. Make kofta all of the mixture.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in the pan and cook kofta in it for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Leave from the heat and drain its water and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes or until brown,then remove the onion from the oil and set aside.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste in the oil and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomato paste,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,mustard powder,cinnamon and cumin powder,cardamoms,and butter and fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until it leaves oil.
  9. Grand the fry onion and add in it.
  10. Add in the kofta and  cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Add 2 glass of water and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it tender.
  12. Add coriander leaves and garam masala and pour in a serving bowl.
Serve with nan or  rice and enjoy:-






Creamy Chicken with Vegetables

I like this dish so much.I make this dish on my parties and every body like this.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Mushrooms 1/4 kg.
  • Onion slice 1 cup.
  • Sweet red pepper in cubes 1 cup.
  • Green pepper in cubes 1 cup.
  • Broccoli in cubes 1 cup.
  • Sour cream 1 cup.
  • Peas 1 cup.
  • Carrot into cubes 1/2 cup.
  • Potato into cubes 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spon.
  • Tomato into cubes 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  •  Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tea spoon of  salt and 1/2 cup of vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes each side and set aside.
  4. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in other skillet and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add peas and carrot and some water and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add potato,broccoli ,tomato,green and red pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken cubes,salt,red pepper powder,black pepper powder,mustard powder and cook until all things tender.
  8. If need add some water.
  9. Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes .
  10. Add sour cream ,butter,coriander powder,garam masala  and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  11. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with nan;-

Chicken Dum Briyani

 I like this biryani so much.i also cook this dish on my parties.This dish is so tasty and will be ready in 3 hours.
This is for 8 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2 cup.
  •  Rice 1 kg.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 table spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Luke warm milk 1/2 cup.
  • Saffron 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/4 bunch.
  • Green chili 6.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Small cardamom 8.
  • Big cardamom 8.
  • Cinnamon sticks small 6.
  • Zeera 1 table spoon.
  • Cloves 5.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,garlic and ginger paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,coriander and mint leaves,1 tea spoon of salt.small and big half cardamoms,cinnamon sticks 3,zeera and lemon juice well and leave for 2 hours.
  2.  Soak the rice.
  3. Mix the saffron in luke warm water and set aside.
  4. Cooked the marinate chicken until tender.
  5. Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes ad keep aside.
  6. Boiled the rice with 3 tea spoon of salt,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves,and  cardamoms.
  7. When rice boiled ,drain its water and set aside.
  8. Heat 1/2 cup oil in a big pan  and spread the 1 third of boiled rice,then 1/2 of the cooked chicken,then sprinkle over the 1 table spoon of saffron and 1/3 of the fry onion.
  9. Layer the remaining 1/2 of boiled rice,then remaining cooked chicken,then sprinkle the 1 table spoon of saffron and remaining fried onion.
  10. Layer the remaining rice and sprinkle over the 1 table spoon saffron.
  11. Cover the lid place with a heavy weight and seal the edges with wheat dough.
  12. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes then put the pan on tawa and cook for 1 minute on high heat.then reduce the heat and cook the rice for  20-25 minutes on dum.
  13. After 20 minutes remove the lid and stir the rice.
Serve hot with mint sauce:-

Strawberry Apple Yogurt Honey Muffins

 These muffins are so tasty and delicious.i like it very much.I try they never finish in my chicken.Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.These muffins will be ready in 1 hour.

 Ingredients:-
  •  Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Vanilla yogurt 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Peanut oil 1/2 cup.
  •  Almond milk 1 cup.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Apple 2.
  • Strawberries 14.
 How to make:-
  1.  Whisk the refined flour,salt,baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Warm the almond milk and pour in a bowl.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract,vanilla yogurt.
  4. Slowly pour in the peanut oil and stir constantly until well incorporated.
  5. Ass flour mixture and mix well.
  6. Add the sugar and honey and mix again and leave for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut the apples into small chunks.
  8. Cut the strawberries into half.
  9. Lined the 20-24 muffins cup with oil spray and place the 2 apple chunks in the bottom of the cups.
  10. Fill the cups with batter and place a strawberry at the half of the top and press it down.
  11. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes on 400 degree.
  12. Transfer them on the wire rack for cool for  15 minutes.

Mutton Haleem with Nan

 This dish is so famous in Pakistan and eat with rice or nan.This is for 10-12 serving and will be ready in 3 hours.


Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Wheat porridge 1 cup.
  • Dal chana 2 cup.
  •  Dal masoor 1 cup.
  • Dal urad 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Cinnamon sticks 4.
  • Small cardamoms 6.
  • Big cardamoms 3.
  • Cloves 3.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Fresh and chopped mint leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Tomatoes slices 2 cup.
  • Chopped ginger and green chili for garnish.
  • Lemon 4.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the wheat and dals for 5-6 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add cardamoms,cinnamon,cloves and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the mutton and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes,red chili powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes,then add 2 glass of water and cook the mutton in pressure cooker for 10-13 minutes.
  7. Remove from the heat and leave for cool.
  8. Separate the mutton from the bones.
  9. Transfer the mutton again in the pressure cooker and add the 2 glass of water and cook for 15 minutes.
  10. In another pan cook the wheat and dals in 4 glass of water for 1 hour.
  11. Keep stirring after every 1 minute.
  12. When it tender,mash it with wooden blender well.
  13. Add in the meat mixture and beat well.
  14. Add garam masala,coriander and mint leaves and chopped green chili.
  15. When it thick remove from the heat.
  16. Pour in a bowl and garnish with chopped green chili and ginger.
Serve hot with lemon, nan or boiled rice:-

Crispy Chicken Spring Roll with Boiled Eggs

 These rolls are supper and tasty.I make these rolls at a tea party and for my children at school lunch.These rolls will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Cooked and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Shredded carrot 1 cup.
  • Shredded cabbage 1 cup,
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 2.
  •  Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup.
  • Peanut oil 1/2 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
  • Spring roll wrappers 15-20.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the carrot for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage,chicken,and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add black and white peppers,soy  sauce,and sesame oil.
  4. Add the boiled potatoes,eggs and peas.
  5. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the mixture and stir until it thick and dry.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Mix in fresh coriander and mint leaves and leave for cool.
  8. Mix 2 table spoon corn flour in little water to make the thin paste.
  9. Lay out the spring roll wrapper and put 1 table spoon of filling in side and roll it.
  10. Close the wrappers with cornflour filling.
  11. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
  12. Pour in a serving dish and serve hot with any sauce.

Multani Sohan Halwa

It is so sweet and delicious and make easy.
It is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.
 
  Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 litter.
  • Sugar 2 cup..
  • Wheat grains 1/2 cup.
  • White flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Small cardamoms 6.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachio 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Soak the wheat grains overnight.
  2. Drain the grains water and dry it,then  grind the grains.
  3. Mix the wheat grains and white flour in a bowl.
  4. Boiled the milk and stir in the wheat grain mixture and cook for a little time.
  5. Add in the  1 tea spoon of lemon salt and curdle the milk.
  6. Now the water and milk will separated.
  7. Do not mix much.
  8. When its color changed,add in the small cardamoms powder and sugar.
  9. Let cook stirring spoon.
  10. Add butter and cook until it leaves oil and its color become brown.
  11. Take a deep try and pure it in it and leave it for cool.
  12. When it cool cut it into pieces and garnish with almonds and pistachio.

Andoon Ka Halwa

 Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk.this recipe is for 4 serving and will be ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Eggs10.
  • Sugar 3 cup.
  • Milk 1 litter.
  • Butter 1 cup,
  • Small cardamoms 4-6.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachiou 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Beat the eggs well.
  2. Add in the sugar and beat again.
  3. Boiled the milk in a pan and add in the small cardamoms,and egg mixture.
  4. Stir it after every 2 minutes.
  5. When it leave water stir it and cook until it thick.
  6. Add crushed almonds and pistachiou.
Serve hot or cool:-

Sindhi biryani is a special meat and rice biryani dish originating from the Sindh province of Pakistan.It is so delicious and tasty,It is for 10 serving and will be ready in 90 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Chopped onion2.
  • Potato 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  •  Salt 4 ea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 3 able spoon.
  • Curry leaves 5.
  • Cinnamon sticks 4.
  • Small cardamoms 5.
  • Big cardamoms 3.
  • Cumin seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Food color 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Fresh and chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
 How to cook:-
  1. Soak the rice.
  2.  Cut the potatoes into chunks.
  3. Heat the oil in a bib pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato,2 tea spoon salt,red chili powder,cloves,cardamoms,cumin seed,black pepper powder and cook until it dry.
  6. Add the meat and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Add beaten yogurt and cook until it leaves oil.
  8. Add some water and cook until meat tender.
  9. On other side cook the potato half boiled.
  10. Add the half boiled potato,coriander and mint leaves,green chili in the meat and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  11. Remove from the heat.
  12. Boil the rice with 2 tea spoon salt until half done.
  13. Drain the water of rice.
  14. Layer the one third rice in a pan.
  15. Layer  the cooked 1/2 meat,then layer the half of remaining rice.
  16. Now again layer the remaining meat,then all remaining rice.
  17. Mix the food color 1n 1/4 cup of water.
  18. On the top sprinkle the food color.
  19. Cover the pan and cook on low heat until  rice cook about 10 minutes.
  20. Stir the rice and serve hot with yogurt.






  1. Boil the rice with salt, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks and black cardamom and drain the water off when the rice is half done.
  2. Layer the curry with the rice in a pot in one on one layers. Sprinkle the food color, fried onions, and chopped mint leaves on top of the last layer.

  4. Beat the yogurt and stir in the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add garam masala,black pepper powder.coriander leaves and stir it.
  6. Remove from the heat and pour  in a serving bowl and garnish with ginger and chopped green chili.

Dal Masoor Kofta with Almonds

  Masoor dal contains high levels of proteins, including the essential amino acids isoleucine and lysine It works amazing Health, Skin, Hair and Weight Loss.this recipe is for 4 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients for Kofta:-
  • Dal masoor 1 cup.
  • Grated ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Besan flour 1/2 cup.
  • Oil for deep fry.
For gravy:-
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Fried almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon chunks of 1 lemon.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the Dal for 4-5 hours.
  2. Then rains and drain its water.
  3. Blend the Dal in blender with little water.
  4. Heat the fry pan and stir in Dal for 2 minutes or until it dry.
  5. Remove from the heat and leave it for cool.
  6.  Add salt.green chili,grated ginger,red chili powder,besan flour in the Dal and mix well.
  7. Transfer the Dal paste in a bowl and kneed with hands well.
  8. Make 2 inches balls of this mixture.
  9. Heat the oil in a deep pan.
  10. Fry the balls in very warm oil,do not touch the balls with spatula.
  11. Fry the balls each side on medium heat until golden brown.
  12. Fry all the balls same and pour in a dish and set aside.
  13. For make the gravy heat the 1/2 cup oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes,then remove from the oil and pour in a plate.
  14. Add garlic and ginger paste in the oil and fry for 3 minutes,then add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  15. Add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder and cook for 3 minites.
  16. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  17. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 5 8  minutes.
  18. Add 3 cup of water .
  19. Blend the fried onion and add in the gravy.
  20. Cook for 10 minutes until it dry and leaves oil.
  21. Add 2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low heat.
  22. Add the dal masoor kofta in the gravy and simmer for 10 minutes.
  23. Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves fried almonds and lemon chunks.

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry onion for 5 minutes or until golden.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,salt,turmeric powder,chopped green chili,and stir for 1 minutes,then add 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Add minced and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add beans and cook for 5-10 minutes or until it leaves oil.
  7. Add 1 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes on medium to low heat or until minced tender.
  8. Cook it on high heat until it dry and leave oil.
  9. Sprinkle over the garam masala.
  10. Remove from the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with nan or pratha;-

  • Chopped nuts and almonds 2 table spoon.
  • Shredded cheese 1-1/2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  • Grated onion 3 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Tabasco 1/2 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Beat the cheese,cream cheese,onion,garlic powder,tabasco in processor until it form a ball.
  2. Wrap in plastic  wrap and place in refrigerator.
  3. When firm,roll  in nuts.

Butter Chicken with Pineapple and Almonds

 This dish is so famous in Pakistan and i must make it on my get together parties.with pineapple it give so taste.it is so easy to cook .it will be ready in 1 hour and it is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Pineapple slices 2 cup without juice.
  • Onion into diced 2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Tomato into diced 1 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Peeled and fried almonds 1 cup.
  • Lemon in to slices 2.
How to cook:-
  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt,salt,garam masala,red pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,cinnamon powder and put in the freezer for 12 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and melt in the butter.
  3. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low heat.
  6. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes .
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Add the pineapple slices, fried almonds,lemon sliced and fresh coriander leaves and cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Pour in the serving dish and serve with nan.

Sweet Potato Pineapple Cream Cake with Strawberries

 So delicious and tasty cream cake is ready to eat.it is easy to make.i love cream cake.it will be ready in 2 hour.
 Ingredients:-
  • Cooked and mashed sweet potato 3 cup.
  • Refined flour 3 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 table spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1 table spoon.
  • Margarine 2 cup.
  •  Eggs 4.
  • Crushed pineapple without juice 1 cup.
  • Raisins 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Chopped almonds and walnuts 1/2 cup for garnish.
  • Strawberries 1 cup for garnish.
For icing:-
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  •  Cream cheese 2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and mix the refined flour,salt,sugar,baking soda,baking powder,nutmeg and set aside.
  2. Beat the margarine,brown sugar until combined well.
  3. Add the mix ingredients and beat well.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat each time.
  5. Add vanilla extract,pineapple,raisins,sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup almonds and walnuts and blend again.
  6. Grease the 3 9 inch pans and pour the batter equal and surface with a metal spatula.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes on 350 degree.
  8. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes,then transfer it on the wire rack for cool for 20 minutes.
  9. To make the icing beat cheese and butter.
  10. Add vanilla and sugar and beat on low speed until smooth.
  11. Place the one cake on the platter and top with icing,then place the second cake and layer the icing,then place the third cake and top with icing.
  12. Icing the rounded sides.
  13. Garnish the cake with strawberries and chopped almonds and walnuts and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
 Serve cold with drink:-

Dhaka Chicken with Sesame Seeds

 I love dhaka chicken,when i hungry i like to eat this dish,my kids also like this.It is so easy to cook and will be ready only in 5 minutes if you prepare it already.You can freeze it and any time you can fry it.it is very funny at tea time and for school lunch.these are for 5-6 serving.


Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bason 1/2 cup.
  • Cornflour 2 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chat masala 1/4 tea spoon.
  •  Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to make:-
  1.  Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with vinegar,lemon juice and salt and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Take a bowl and mix bason,cornflour,black and white pepper powder,yellow food color,zeera,cumin powder,sesame seed,garlic and ginger powder in 1 cup of water.
  4. Drain the chicken and add in the mixture and mix well.
  5. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Pour in the dish and sprinkle over the chat masala.
Serve hot with ketchup or any sauce which you like:-



Tandoori Chicken Drum Sticks with Sesame Seed

These drum sticks are so tasty and delicious.these are make in 1 hour.

 Ingredients;-
  • Chicken drum sticks 12.
  • Ground onion 1.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Sweet paprika 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and set aside.
  2. Beat the yogurt and mix in the salt black and white pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,cumin powder,eggs,onion,garlic and ginger powder,sweet paprika,cumin powder,refined flour.
  3. Coat the chicken in the mixture well.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the oven racks and roast for 25 minutes on 250 degree each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour in the dish and sprinkle over the sesame seed.
  6. For make more crisp fry it in deep oil for 2 minutes.

mutton cheese kebab

 so tasty and delicious kebab,these kebab are for 6 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

 Ingredients:-
  • Mutton minced 1 kg.
  • Cottage cheese 1/4 kg.
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Paprika powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.(press it and drain its whole water.)
  • Tomato 1.
  •  Oil 1 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Grand the minced,Add eggs one by one,salt,red pepper,cumin powder,white pepper,garam masala,salt and 1/2 cup oil and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Grand the ginger,garlic,onion, tomato, cheese, coriander and mint leaves,paprika powder,cornflour with lemon juice.
  3. Mix this mixture in the minced well.
  4. Make the balls of the minced.
  5. Skewer the balls,wet your hands and spread the balls by pressing each along the lenght of the skewers to make it long kebabs and place them on the grill.
  6. Grille them for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree.
  7. Grease with butter in the half time.
Serve with any sauce:-

Mutton Tikka Masala

 These tikkas are so delicious and easy to make.it will be ready in 5 hours.

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless mutton 1 kg.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2  tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the meat into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Marinate the meat with the vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix the red pepper,black pepper,salt,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,green chili in the yogurt.
  4. Marinate the mutton with this mixture and put in a shopping bag and place in the freezer for 3-5 hours.
  5. Thread the mutton in the screws and cook for 30 minutes in the oven on 175 degree.
  6. After 15 minutes sprinkle the oil with brush on the mutton.
Pour in the dish and serve with any sauce:-

Beef Burger in 20 minutes

  These burger are ready only 20 minutes.
 
Ingredients:-
  • Beef chuck 1 kg.
  • Cheddar cheese 6 slice.
  • Burger bun 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato slices for topping.
How to make;-
  1.  Pour the beef  in a bowl and sprinkle over the salt,black and red pepper powder.
  2. Divide the meat into 4 parts and make their balls.
  3. Now press it in the shape of patties.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-10 minutes each side.
  5. Toast the burger bun lightly and place over the 4 buns cheese,then beef pattie and top with tomato slice and cucumber slice and lettuce.
  6. Cover with other pieces of burger bun.

Serve with ketchup and enjoy:-

Kashmeeri Tea with Almonds and Pistachious

It is very best for health.with almonds and pistachious it look pretty and tasty.i will be ready in 25 minutes and is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Water 6 cup.
  • Baking soda 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1 litter.
  • Kashmeeri tea leaves 1-1/2 table spoon.he milk
  •  Sugar 6 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachious 1/2 cup.
  • Small cardamoms 4.
How to make:-
  1. Pour water tea and small cardamoms in a pan and cook until 2 cup water  remain.
  2. Stir in baking soda and remove from the heat.
  3. Boiled the milk.
  4. Add in sugar and cook on medium to low heat until 4 cup remain.
  5. Stain the kehwa and add in the milk.
  6. Pour the tea in cups and top with crushed almonds and pistachious.
Serve hot:-

Chicken in Sweet and Sour Pineapple Sauce

 This simple pineapple sauce is so delicious and easy to make. pineapple. Pineapple is a source of important vitamins and minerals.with chicken it give so much taste.this recipe is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Pineapple slices 2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Onion into thin slices 1.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Spring onion 4 into small pieces.
  • Corn flour 1 cup spoon.
For sauce:-
  •  Pineapple juice 2 cup.
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Grated ginger 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. For making the sauce take a bowl and mix 1 table spoon cornflour in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
  2. In another bowl take the remaining pineapple juice and stir in garlic and ginger ,vinegar,soy sauce,sugar,ketchup,black pepper and set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken into cubes and coat in the cornflour and set aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a big fry pan and fry onion  for 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Add the pineapple and pineapple sauce and cook for 10 minutes .
  7. Sprinkle over the spring onion.
  8. Stir in the cornflour and pineapple mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the serving bowl and serve hot:-

Vegetable Peanut and Chicken Rice

 I love these peanut and vegetable rice.these are full of energy and give taste so much.peanut make these rice different.you can use also almonds in rice for a new flavor.these rice are for 10 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients;-
  • Boiled white rice 1 kg.
  • Boiled chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Chinese pea pods 3 cup.
  • Red bell pepper into strips 2 cup.
  • Carrot into strips 2 cup.
  • Onion into long slices 1.
  • Tomato into pieces 2.
  • Boiled peas 2 cup.
  • Boiled potato into strips 2 cup.
  • Cabbage 2 cup.
  • Green onion 2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • All spice masala 1 table spoon.
  • Creamy peanut butter 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Peanut 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Fresh mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
 How to cook:-
  1. Take a big pan and heat the oil.
  2. Fry onion for 3 minutes,then add tomato,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the boiled potato,carrot,cabbage,peas,red bell pepper,chinese pea pod and stir it.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes ,then add salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,chopped green chili,chopped mint and coriander leaves,soy sauce and vinegar.
  5. Add boiled chicken and chicken broth and remove from the heat.
  6. Grease a big pan and layer the 1 third of boiled rice,then layer the 1/2 of the batter.
  7. Again layer the rice ,then layer the remaining batter.
  8. Top with remaining rice and cover the pan.
  9. Sprinkle the peanut each layer.
  10. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  11. Remove from the heat and stir the rice.
  12. Pour in the serving dish and top with peanut butter.
Serve with mint yogurt:-

  • Potatoes 2.
  • Chopped onion 1.

  • Coriander seed 2 table spoon.
  • Pomegranate seed 2 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh mint and leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Almond 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-
  1. Boiled and shredded the chicken.
  2. Boiled and  mashed the potato.
  3. Take a bowl and mix chicken,potato,salt,black and red chili powder,coriander seed,pomegranate seed,zeera,coriander and mint leaves,ginger and garlic powder,onion.
  4. Make patties all the batter.
  5. Press 3 almond in each pattie.
  6. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. Beat the eggs.
  8. Heat the oil in a fry pan.
  9. Roll the patties in the bread crumbs,then dip in egg and fry until golden.
