Fruit Custard with Chocolate and Almonds

  Fruit: Eating a diet rich in fruit may reduce risk for stroke, other cardiovascular diseases and type-2 diabetes. A fruit containing eating pattern is part of an overall healthy diet and may protect against certain cancers.This sweet dish will be ready in 1 hour and is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-

  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Hot milk 2 cup.
  • Cold milk 1/4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Custard powder 2 table spoon.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Apple slices 1 cup.
  • Grapes 1 cup.
  • Strawberries 1 cup.
  • Egg yolk 1.
  • Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon.
  • Almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add the brown sugar until it golden brown.
  2. Add hot milk in it.
  3. Mix custard powder in cold milk and mix in hot milk.
  4. Stir it until it thick.
  5. Turn of the stove.
  6. Beat the egg yolk and add in the custard.
  7. Put the 1/2 of all fruits in the bowl.
  8. Pour the 1/2 of custard,then spread the remaining fruits.
  9. Pour the remaining custard and garnish with crushed almond and chocolate.
  10. You can decorate with fruit and jelly which you like.

Pineapple Almond Cake

 Pineapple is an excellent source of Vitamin C and manganese. It also contains good amounts of vitamin B1, B6, niacin, folates, copper and dietary fiber in the form of pectin. It contains bromelain, the sulphur containing enzyme that digests protein.This cake is likes most in children and they want to eat again and again.This recipe is for8 serving and make in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • All-purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Kosher salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter milk 1 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1 pound.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
For topping:-
  • Fresh pineapple 10 rings.
  • Unsalted butter 4 table spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Heavy whipping cream 2/4 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon.1tea spoon.
  • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make;
  1. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat on 350 degree.
  2. Brush the pineapple rings with the butter.
  3. Grill the pineapple over direct medium heat with the lid open for 6-8 minutes,turning once.
  4. Remove from the grill and leave for cool.
  5. Leave 1 pineapple ring whole and cut the others into halves.
  6. Take a skillet over direct heat  and mix the brown sugar,cream,cinnamon and any melted butter which remaining .
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it start to bubble around.
  8.  Remove the skillet and then arrange the pineapple halves around it,set aside.
  9. Take a large bowl mix the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
  10. Take another bowl and whisk the buttermilk,eggs,and vanilla.
  11. With an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar on medium-high speed in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
  12. Add the buttermilk mixture and mix with low mixer and the flour mixture until smooth.
  13. Spread the butter evenly over the pineapple slices in the skillet.
  14. Top with almonds.
  15. Bake the cake over indirect medium heat with the lid closed until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted into the grill and let cool at room temperature for 10-12 minutes.
  16. Remove the cake from the skillet very carefully.
  17. Replace any pineapple that has stuch to the bottom of the skillet.
  18. Let the cake cool.
  19. Briefly before slicing in to wedges and serving.
Serve at room temperature:-

  • Preserves strawberries 1/4 cup.
  • Whole strawberries 1 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Whole almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Dates 4.

How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and beat cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice and yogurt with mixer until smooth.
  2. Take another bowl and combine preserves,banana slices, strawberries and strawberries.
  3. Make crumbs of almonds and dates.
  4. Add 1/2 cheese cake and yogurt batter to serving bowl,spoon 1/2 strawberries mixture,then again cheese cake and again strawberry mixture.
  5. Top with the layer of dates and almonds crumb.

Maple Coffe Ice Cream

Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
  •  Instant coffee 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients well until dissolved every thing.
  2. Chill well before churning.
  3. Churn well according to the instructions.
  4. Transfer in the freezer container and freeze.

Ingredients:-
  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg whites 5.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/4 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Cherry extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Cherry juice 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped cherries 1 cup.
  • Chopped strawberries 1 cup.
For the frosting:-
  • Egg whites 4.
  • Corn syrup 2/3cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
 How to make:-

  1. Take a bowl and sift flour,salt and baking powder.
  2.  Take another bowl and whisk the milk and egg whites.
  3. In the mixer bowl beat the butter and sugar for 3 minutes until very light and fluffy.
  4. Add cherry juice, cherry extract,chopped strawberries and beat.
  5. Add the third of the flour mixture and beat on medium speed.
  6. Beat in the half of the milk and egg whites mixture.
  7. Add half of the dry ingredients and beat.
  8. Add the remaining milk and egg mixture,then add the remaining flour mixture well.
  9. Fold in the cherries.
  10. Take the two 9 inch round cake pan and spray them with oil and lined with parchment.
  11. Divide the mixture in two pans.
  12. Bake them on 350 degree for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  13. Leave it for cool for 10 minutes ,then remove from the pan and leave for completely cool.
For the fluffy frosting:-
  1.  Beat the egg whites until become form stiff peaks.
  2. Heat the sugar and corn syrup until comes a full boil,then remove from the heat.
  3. Slowly pure the egg whites in hot sugar mixture.
  4. Beat the frosting until it forms a shiny.
  5. Beat in vanilla extract.
  6. Frost the cake and sprinkle red sugar sprinkles on the top.

Chicken Pickle Saffron Bryani

 This delicious bryani is so tasty and will be ready in 1 hour.
It is for 6-8 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Potato 2.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Onion in slices 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Mix pickle 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 10.
  • Cinnamon 4 piece of 1 inch.
  • Cardamoms 4.
  • Cloves 4.
  • Oil 1cup.
  • Bay leaves 4.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Saffron strands  5.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes into 6 pieces each.
  2. Sprinkle salt over them.
  3. Fry them in deep oil.
  4.  Washed the rice and soaked for 1/2 hour before cook.
  5. Dissolved the saffron in 1/4 cup warm milk.
  6. Take a skillet and heat the 1 cup oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes until brown.
  7. Remove the onion from the skillet and set aside.
  8. Add cinnamon,cloves,garlic and ginger,cardamoms,bay leaves,peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
  9. Cook in the chicken until chicken gives out its own juices.
  10. Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Add the green chilies,cinnamon powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Stir in the yogurt and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  13. Cook until the oil separates from the meat.
  14. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  15. Cook until the chicken tender.Take a pan and parboil the rice until the grains are half cooked.
  16.  Strain the rice.
  17. Sprinkle the rice over the mutton,
  18. Add fried potato and mix pickle over the rice.
  19. Sprinkle saffron milk over the rice.
  20. Cover the skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Serve with mint yogurt and salad :-.

  • Golden apple 4.
  • Ripe Banana 4.
  • Chopped almond 1/2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 1 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • Sugar   3 cup.
  • Corn syrup 3/4 cup.
 For the batter:-
  • All purpose flour 3 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Orange juice 1/3 cup.
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Unsalted butter1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
How to make:-
  1. For make the caramel take a saucepan cook the sugar and corn syrup on medium-high heat.
  2. Stir it until the sugar dissolved about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat add and stir in the cream and 4 table spoon butter and cool for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave it for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the 1-1/2 cup caramel into a glass measuring cup and set aside.
  6. Take a 3 by 9 inch round cake pan and lined with butter.
  7. Pour the remaining caramel in it and set aside for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut the 3 apples in long pieces about 8 piece each apple.
  9. Cut the 3 banana into half,then in long slices.
  10. Chopped the 1 banana.
  11. Chopped the 1 apple .
  12. Arrange the apple and banana pieces in the pan.
  13. For make the batter take a bowl and whisk the flour,baking powder and baking soda,cinnamon and salt.
  14. Take another bowl and whisk orange juice,vanilla and sour cream.
  15. Beat the sugar and butter in the mixer for 5 minutes until fluffy.
  16. Add eggs one by one and beat each time until mixture is pale.
  17. Beat more 5 minutes.
  18. Pour it in the bowl.
  19. Beat half of the sour cream and half of the flour.
  20. Again beat remaining sour cream and remaining flour.
  21. Turn off the mixture and scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  22. Finish combining the batter by hands.
  23.  Spread the batter over the apples in the pan.
  24. Topped with chopped apple and banana.
  25. Sprinkle over the chopped almonds..
  26. Bake it for 60-80 minutes on 350 degree.
  27. Transfer it on the rack for cool.
  28. Run a sharp knife around the pan and bring it steam for 10 minutes on the steamer.
  29. Invert the cake in the plate.
  30. Soften the remaining caramel in the microwave and drizzle over the cake,
Slice the cake and serve:-

Sweet Roast Chicken with Sesame Seed

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped rosemary 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped fresh thyme 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon.
For the honey glaze:-
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Orange juice 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped cilantro 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined the garlic paste,rosemary,thyme,cilantro,1/2 cup olive oil,salt and black pepper,cumin,lemon juice.
  2. Marinade the chicken with this mixture well.
  3. Leave the chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Take a large ovenproof pan and heat the remaining oil and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Take a baking dish and lined it with oil spray.
  6. Pour the chicken in it and bake for 30 minutes on 175 degree.
  7. Take a small bowl and whisk the honey,garlic paste,orange juice and cilantro.
  8. Place the chicken in the dish and brush the chicken with this glaze.
  9. Sprinkle over the sesame seed.
Serve and enjoy:-

Almond Milk With Chocolate

  Chocolate is made from tropical Theobroma cacao tree seeds.Almonds are a good source of trace minerals, including magnesium and phosphorus, which is a crucial nutrient for building and maintaining strong teeth and bones.This milk will be ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Almond milk 4 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1 table spoon for garnish.
  • Cinnamon sticks 2 (cut in long split size).
  •  Cocoa powder 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped dark chocolate 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk and cinnamon.
  2. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cinnamon sticks and wash them and set aside.
  4. Stir in chocolate,sugar,salt,cocoa and whisk until mixture is foamy about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and chopped almonds.

Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce

This sweet and sour dish will be ready in 40 minutes and can eat 3 person.

Ingredients:-


  • Boneless chicken 1 pound.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Coconut oil 1 tea spoon.
  • Water 2 table spoon.

For chicken breading:-

  • Refined flour 1 cup.
  • Cornflour 2 table spoon.
  • Paprika 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 table spoon.

For honey lemon ginger sauce:-

  • Ginger paste 3 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce to taste.

How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and whisk 2 eggs,2 table spoon of water.
  2. Mix chicken breading ingredients in freezer bag.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in egg.
  4. Coated the chicken with flour mixture.
  5. Lined the baking try and place the chicken in it and bake it for 375 degree for 10 minutes..
  6. Change the side of the chicken and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Take a saucepan and heat the coconut oil and fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  8. Add the ingredients of honey lemon ginger sauce.
  9. Bring sauce to boil,then low the heat and cook until it thick.
  10. Remove it from heat.
  11. Take a large bowl and toss baked chicken with honey lemon ginger sauce well until cover the chicken.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

Mandiran Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg in cubes.
  • Broccoli florets 1 cup.
  • Green onion in sliced 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup.
  • Mushrooms sliced 1 cup.
  • Water 2/3 cup.
  • Orange juice 1/3 cup.
  • Mandarin orange segments,drained 1 can.
How to make:-
  1. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  2. Leave it for cool and set aside.
  3. Take a skillet and heat the butter and fry the chicken cubes until browned,transfer from the skillet in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Fry mushrooms in skillet for 1 minute and set aside.
  5. Add flour,water,orange juice
  6. Saute mushrooms in skillet for 1 minute; remove from skillet and set aside. Stir in flour, water, orange juice concentrate and seasoning. 
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring. Simmer, stirring, for 4 minutes. Return chicken and mushrooms to skillet; stir in orange segments, green onion and broccoli.
  8.  Heat through and serve.

Mustard Chicken with Pasta

This dish is give taste any time.At the lunch time when you have no time to make food you can make this easy and soon.This will be ready in 30 minutes and can use for 6 serving.


 Ingredients:-

  • Boiled pasta 1 packet.
  • Thin sliced chicken cutlet 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 1/4 cup.
  • Sour cream 1/4 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh sage 3 table spoon.
  • Shallot 1 large finely chopped.
How to cook:-
  1. Sprinkle the 1/2 tea spoon salt and garlic powder on the chicken.
  2. Pour flour in a bowl and roll the chicken in it.
  3. Heat the 2 table spoon olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken each side until it brown.
  4. Transfer in a plat.
  5. Add the 1 table spoon in skillet and cook shallot,stirring until it brown.
  6. Mix 2 table spoon flour in the water and add in skillet and stir for 1 minute until it thick.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Stir in 1/2 tea spoon salt,black pepper,2 table spoon sage,sour cream and mustard.
  9. Add the chicken and turn to coat with sauce.
  10. Take the serving dish and top the pasta with half the sauce,then chicken ,then the remaining sauce.
  11. Garnish with more sage.
Serve with ketchup:-

Chicken Curry

 This is so tasty dish and eat with nan or rice.This dish will be ready in 40 minutes and can use for 6 serving.


Ingredients:-

  • Onion 1
  • Salt 1 tea spoon..
  • Stalk lemongrass 1.
  • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
  • Red thai curry paste 3 table spoon.
  • Boneless chicken 4.
  • Fish sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Dried kaffir lime leaves 4.
  • Coconut milk 1 can.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken and onion into cubes.
  2. Cut the lemongrass into slices.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil and add the onions and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the curry paste in it and cook for 1 minutes,stirring all the time.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and stir for 3 minutes ,then add the lemongrass,fish sauce,salt,sugar,coconut milk,kaffir lime leaves .
  6. Cooked for 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
  7. Stir in chopped fresh coriander.
  8. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with thai basmati rice:-

Chicken Pasta with Sauce

This dish will be ready in 40 minutes and can use for 5 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet.
  • Boiled chicken into cubes 2 cup.
  • Olive oil.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
  • Orange juice 1 cup.
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped basil 1/4 cup.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat 2 table spoon olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minute,scrape the garlic out of the pan and blend in the blander and took aside.
  2. In the sauce pan add lemon and orange juice,honey and boil it for 10 minutes on low heat or until it thick.
  3. Blend the sauce in blender with the cooked garlic and 2 table spoon olive oil.
  4. Leave the mixture for cool for 5 minutes,then blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour the boiled pasta and chicken in the bowl,then add the sauce and basil to the pasta.

  2. Add yolk and beat again.
  3. Add sugar and beat well.
  4. Take another bowl ,add coco powder and mix the refined flour in it. 
  5. Add the mixture of eggs in it.
  6. Put it in oven for 25-30 Minutes. 
  7. Take the cake out and cut it in three pieces.
  8. Spread the sugar syrup and sliced banana on the cake.
  9. Decorate the cake with cream.

Vinegar 2 tea spoon.
Honey 2 table spoon.

How to cook:-

  1. Mix 2 tea spoon oil,lemon juice,vinegar in the chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry onion .
  3. Add garlic past,salt,chili, red pepper,chopped green onion,sweet red pepper in it.
  4. Add salsa and honey in the chicken and cook it for 10 minutes.

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Bread crumbs 3  pieces.
  • Coconut flour 1/4 -1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2 beaten.

  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to cook;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 1 egg,1/2 cup coconut flour,soy sauce,salt,black and white pepper powder,onion and garlic powder in the chicken minced.
  2. Make cutlet of the mixture.
  3. Pour egg in a bowl and mix red pepper in it.
  4.  Mix coconut flour and bread crumbs another bowl.
  5. Dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
  6. Again dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
  7. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
  8. Bake the cutlet for 15 minutes.
  9. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry cutlet for 3 minutes each side.

  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.

  • Green chili chopped 2 tea spoon.

  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 cup.
  • Fresh mint chopped 1 cup.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Tomato 2 cut in circle.

 How to make;-

  1. Chopped the onion and dry its water with hands.
  2. Add onion,ginger and garlic paste,red and green pepper,salt,germ masala,corn flour,egg,mint and coriander leaves in the minced.

Almond Coconut Swirl Roll

Ingredients:-

  • Raw almonds 2 cup.
  • Shredded coconut 1 cup.
  • Virgin coconut oil 2/3 cup.
  • Almond butter 1/2 cup.
  • Coconut flour 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup/
  • Blackstrap molasses 2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Blend the almonds i processor.
  2. Add shredded coconut,coconut oil,almond butter,coconut flour,vanilla extract,blackstrap and blend until it forms a textured paste.
  3. Take a baking pan and lined it with wax paper and pour the mixture in it.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate in microwave.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator again for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut it in pieces and store in a plastic container in the refrigerator.

  • Ripe pears 3.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Cake flour 1 cup.
  • Baking 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Almond paste 1 cup.
  • Butter into 2 inch cubes 1 cup.
  • Almond extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Confectioners sugar for dusting.
  • Eggs 6. 
 How to make:-
  1. Peel the pears and cut them in thin slices from stem to bottom.
  2. Take a 9 inch cake pan and butter it and lined with parchment paper.
  3. Dust the pan with flour too.
  4. Place the pear and banana slices  in tight concentric circles until covered the pan' bottom.
  5. Take a bowl and whisk 3/4 cup flour,salt and baking powder and set aside.
  6. Grand the sugar,almond paste,1/4 cup flour in food processor until combined well.
  7. Add the butter cubes one by one and grand well.
  8. Add the almond and vanilla extract and grand until batter is smooth and light.
  9. Add eggs one by one and beat each time.
  10. Add half of the dry ingredients and grand few seconds.
  11. Add the remaining dry ingredients and grand few seconds.
  12. Pour the batter over the pears in the pan.
  13. Bake it in the center of the oven for 50-70 minutes on 325 degree ,it depend on your oven.
  14. Run the knife around the perimeter of the pan and leave it for cool.
  15. Transfer it on cake rack and dust it with sugar.

Chicken Beans with Hot Sauce

This dish is so famous and delicious.This will be ready in 1 hour and is for 6 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Trimmed green beans 1/2 kg.
  • Onion in sliced 1.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 2 tea spoon.
  • Hot pepper sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Zest and lemon juice 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 3 table spoon olive oil,zest and lemon juice,garlic,sugar and hot sauce well.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup in the bowl and set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken in cubes.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and marinate in sauce for 30 minutes.
  5. Take a large saucepan and cook the beans in salted water until tender,drain.
  6. Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken for 5 minutes each side.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining marinade.
  8. Cover to keep warm.
  9. Heat the grill pan and grill the onion in 1 table spoon olive oil for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Transfer to the serving plate.
  12. Lightly toss the chicken with the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

Fry Chicken with Mushrooms

 mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron.This dish will be ready in 1 hour and for 6-8 serving.

Ingredients;-
 
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  •  Boneless skinless chicken breasts  1 kg. 
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.  
  •  Spring onions 3 cut in slice.
  •  Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Button mushrooms 350 gram.
  • Small bunch of parsley cut in slices.
  • Springs of thyme few.
  • Plain flour 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken stock 150 ml.
  • Cream 150 ml.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to cook;-
  1. Pre heat the oven to low to keep the chicken warm later.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Reduce the heat and cover the fry pan and cook chicken more for 8 minutes.
  6. When the juice of chicken dry,transfer it in a dish and keep warm.
  7. Fry the button mushrooms,onions.garlic paste on medium heat for 4 minutes until it softened.
  8. Stir the flour in the pan and cook for 1 minutes,add the stock and bring to boil,stirring constantly.
  9. Cook the mushroom sauce for 3 minutes,reduce the heat and add cream,parsley,thyme and mustard and stir well,add chicken breasts,and any juices to the pan and heat gently for 3 minutes.
  10.  Put the cooked breasts onto warmed plates and spoon over the mushroom.

  • Boneless chicken breast 4 cut in slices.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Olive oil for fry.
  • Cornflour 2 cup.
  • Carrot 1 cut in 2 inch slices.
  • Peas 2 cup.
  • Stalks of celery 2.
  • Onion 2 cut in long size.
  • Broccoli 1 cup.
For sauce;-
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Cider vinegar 3/4 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger powder 2 table spoon.
 How to make;-

Spray salt and black pepper on the chicken .
Dredge the chicken in beaten egg and then in cornflour.
Heat oil in fry pan and fry chicken until browned.
Place the chicken in baking sheet.
Mix sugar,ketchup,vinegar,soy sauce,garlic and ginger powder well.
Pour half of it over the chicken.
Bake it for 25 minutes at 325 degree.
Take a fry pan and heat 1 cup of oil and fry all vegetables.
When chicken is done,pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables and mix them in the chicken.

Serve with rice;-

How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and heat the lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar and stir until it dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the almond extract.
  4. Cut the fruit cake in 1 inches pieces.
  5.  Cover the each side of cake pieces with the lemon,sugar mixture with the brush.
  6. Cut the each slice of cake into 1 inches cubes.
  7. If remain the lemon juice keep it aside.
  8. Beat the cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until it smooth.
  9. Add the heavy cream and still continuing the mixer until the mixture is smooth.
  10. Take a glass bowl and layer the 1/3 of the cake cubes in the bottom of the bowl.
  11. Sprinkle with a layer of  the 1/3 of the mango cubes,then 1/3 of the cream.
  12. Layer the 1/3 of the peach cubes.
  13. Again layer the 1/3 of the cake,then 1/3 of the mangoes,then 1/3 the cream.
  14. Layer the peach cubes.
  15. If you had lemon juice,drizzle on this layer.
  16. Repeat the layer of remaining cake,then mango,then cream,spread it out evenly.
  17. Top the last layer of peach cubes,then cover with the cream.
  18. Cover with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hour.

  3. Cook on medium heat until all liquid dry.
  4. Remove from heat and leave for cool.
  5. Take a large skillet,heat oils on medium heat.
  6. Add carrots, peas,potato,green onion tomato past,garlic and ginger paste,black and red pepper and cover it.
  7. After 3 minutes add chicken.
  8. After 3-5 minutes add eggs and scramble.
  9. Stir to combine scramble eggs with chicken.
  10. Add soy sauce,green chili and cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped mint and coriander leaves.

For peanut sauce;-
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.

  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
  2. Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
  1. Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.
  3. In the last spread roasted peanut .
  4. Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 10 minutes on 250 degree.

Ingredients:-

  • Diced ripe firm oranges 4 cup.
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar 4 cup.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large kettle and combined the oranges with lemon juice and 2 cup of sugar.
  2. Cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Fill a caner half-full of water,add the empty canning jars and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat.
  5. Bring a saucepan of water just to a boil
  6. Reduce the heat and add the jars lids.
  7. Do not boil the lids.
  8. To the oranges add the remaining sugar,cinnamon,nutmeg and butter.
  9. Heat uncovered over medium heat,stirring often,un till sugar is dissolved.
  10. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes,stirring frequently.
  11. Increase the heat to medium-high.
  12. Stirring constantly,bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.
  13. Remove from the heat and skim excess foam from the mixture.
  14. Stir in vanilla and leave the fruit mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  15. Stirring occasionally.
  16. Remove jars from the hot water,draining well.
  17. Fill them with hot fruit mixture,leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  18. Fit seals on tops of the jars.
  19. Screw on the lids firmly.
  20. Lower the jars into the water and add more very hot water so the water is 1-2 inches above the jars.
  21. Bring to a boil.
  22. Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
  23. Remove the jars from the hot water and leave for cool on a rack.

  3. In a bowl mix flour and baking soda.
  4. Stir in the yeast,salt,and 1/2 cup cold,cut butter.
  5. In a large bowl beat together the browned butter with the sugars.
  6. Beat eggs and vanilla in the sugar mixture.
  7. On low speed mix dry ingredients into the wet.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  9. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Grease the cooking sheet and drop 1/4 cup mounds of dough onto the sheet..

  12. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden on 375 degree.

  • Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili sauce 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1 cup.
  • Red chili 1.2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to cook:-
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl and mix in the corn flour,flour,garlic paste,baking powder,vinegar,chili sauce,mustard powder,soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,red chili.
  2. Marinate the chicken in this mixture well and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  5. Fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.

  • Butter 3/4 cup.
  • Refined flour 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almond 1 table spoon.
  • Peanut 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 tea spoon.
  • Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
How to cook;-        

  1. Beat sugar and butter well.
  2. Add one by one egg and beat each for 5 minutes.
  3. Add refined flour,salt,baking powder,peanut,almond,milk and yellow food color in it.
  4. Stir it in baking bowl.
  5. Bake it in oven at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
Your cake is ready;-
