Chicken with button mushroom


Ingredients;-
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  •  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 1 kg. 
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.  
  •  Spring onions 3 cut in slice.
  •  Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Button mushrooms 350 gram.
  • Small bunch of parsley cut in slices.
  • Springs of thyme few.
  • Plain flour 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken stock 150 ml.
  • Cream 150 ml.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to cook;-

  1. Pre heat the oven to low to keep the chicken warm later.
  2. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Reduce the heat and cover the fry pan and cook chicken more for 8 minutes.
  5. When the juice of chicken dry,transfer it in a dish and keep warm.
  6. Fry the button mushrooms,onions.garlic paste on medium heat for 4 minutes un till it softened.
  7. Stir the flour in the pan and cook for 1 minutes,add the stock and bring to boil,stirring constantly.
  8. Cook the mushroom sauce for 3 minutes,reduce the heat and add cream,parsley,thyme and mustard and stir well,add chicken breasts,and any juices to the pan and heat gently for 3 minutes.
  9.  Put the cooked breasts onto warmed plates and spoon over the mushroom.
Serve hot;-

Pine Apple Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients;-

  • Refined flour 3 cup.
  • Sugar 3 cup.
  • Egg 3 beaten.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Crushed pine apple can medium.
How to make;-
  1. Mix flour,sugar,salt,eggs,baking powder and crushed pine apple with juice in a large bowl well.
  2. Pour it in long baking dish and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
For frosting;-
  • Philadelphia cream cheese 1 -1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1 stick.
  • Vanilla 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar powder 3 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix well all things and pour over warm cake.
  2. Keep it in freezer and serve cool.

Prawns vegetable fooyong

Ingredients;-

  • Toasted sesame oil 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 8.
  • Cornflour 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh coriander 1 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
  • Dry sherry 2 table spoon.
  • Broccoli florets thinly sliced 2 cup.
  • Red pepper,deseeded and thinly sliced 2.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh ginger cut into thin strips 3 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion cut in sliced.
  • Peeled raw prawns 350 gram,thawed and drain if frozen.
  • Bean sprouts 200 gram.
How to cook;-
  1. Beat the eggs and add sesame oil and coriander.
  2. Mix the cornflour to a smooth paste with soy sauce and sherry and leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 table spoon vegetable oil in a large fry pan.
  4. Add the broccoli,pepper,garlic,ginger,spring onions and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the cornflour mixture and stir for 1 minutes.
  6. Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes or un till the prawns are pink.
  8. Transfer to a large bowl including all the juices and keep warm
  9. Wipe the pan with the piece of kitchen paper.
  10. Heat the 1 table spoon vegetable oil in a pan and pour just half of the egg mixture and swirl the pan to spread it out evenly.
  11. Stir once or twice .then let the egg set for 3 minutes.
  12. Loosen the omelette with a slice and transfer it to a serving dish.
  13. Quickly add the remaining egg mixture to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes un till just set.
  14. Turn out on to the board and cut  into ribbons.
  15. Over the top of the whole omelette.
  16. Scatter the omelette ribbons over the top and serve immediately.

Thai Chicken Soup


Ingredients;-

  • Organic chicken 2 kg.
  • Tamarind 200 grams (broken up).
  • Ginger 2 inches piece (cut in slice).
  • Onion 1 (cut in sliced).
  • Red chilies 2 chopped.
  • Red chilies 2 in sliced.
  • Lemon grass sticks 2,bashed,bruised and chopped.
  • Garlic cloves 10 cut in 1/2.
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch.
  • Coconut milk 1/2 kg.
  • Rice noodles 1/4 kg.
  • Thai fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Drizzle olive oil.(found in asian markets).
How to make;-
  1. Take a large saucepan and place the chicken in it.
  2. Add the tamarind,ginger,chopped chilies,onion,lemongrass and garlic.
  3. Finely slice the coriander stalks and add the pan.
  4. Cover with water to the top and weight the chicken down with a heavy lid.
  5. Cook it for 60-80 minutes.
  6. When it tender ,remove the chicken with fork.
  7. Mash up the sauce and add coconut milk and a lug of fish sauce.
  8. Put the rice noodles in a bowl,pour over boiling water and leave for 3 minutes.
  9. Mix the fresh coriander leaves with the sliced chile.
  10. Drain the noodles,place some in the bottom of each serving bowl,and dress with soy sauce to season.
  11. Pile the chicken on the top,then pour over the strained sauce.
  12. Pile the chili and coriander mix on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve hot;-

Chicken and vegetable stir fry

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg cut in cubes.
  • Vegetable broth,chicken broth 2,2 cup.
  • Carrot 1 cut in slices.
  • Peas 1 cup.
  • Potato 1 cut in small pieces.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed oil 1 table spoon.Diced carrot 1 cup.
  • Chopped green onion 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 2.
  • Frozen peas 1/2 cup.
  • Beaten egg 2.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Spray vinegar on the chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a sauce pan and add chicken and broth.
  3. Cook on medium heat un till all liquid dry.
  4. Remove from heat and leave for cool.
  5. Take a large skillet,heat oils on medium heat.
  6. Add carrots, peas,potato,green onion tomato past,garlic and ginger paste,black and red pepper and cover it.
  7. After 3 minutes add chicken.
  8. After 3-5 minutes add eggs and scramble.
  9. Stir to combine scramble eggs with chicken.
  10. Add soy sauce,green chili and cook for 2 minutes.

Sweet chicken Peanut Cheese Bread

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in small cubes).
  • Peanut 1/2 cup (roasted and crushed).
  • Honey 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread 8 slice.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
For peanut sauce;-
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
  2. Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
  1. Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.
  3. In the last spread roasted peanut .
  4. Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 10 minutes on 250 degree.

Hot and Sour Chicken Soup

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless chicken cut in 1 inches cube  1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 10-12 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 cup.
  • Crushed carrot 1.
  • Crushed cabbage 1 cup.
  • Eggs white 4.
How to cook;-

  1. Spray 2 table spoon vinegar on chicken cubes and leave for 1/2 hour.
  2. Boil the broth and add chicken,carrot,cabbage,salt and chines salt in it.
  3.  cook it for 20 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add black pepper,soy sauce and vinegar in it.
  5. Beat eggs white well and mix corn flour in 2 cup water.
  6. At the serving time full boil the broth and add eggs white,while stir it.
  7. Add corn flour while stirring un till thick.
Serve with cracker'-

  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Olive oil for fry.
  • Cornflour 2 cup.
  • Carrot 1 cut in 2 inch slices.
  • Peas 2 cup.
  • Stalks of celery 2.
  • Onion 2 cut in long size.
  • Broccoli 1 cup.
For sauce;-
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Cider vinegar 3/4 cup.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger powder 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Spray salt and black pepper on the chicken .
  2. Dredge the chicken in beaten egg and then in cornflour.
  3. Heat oil in fry pan and fry chicken un till browned.
  4. Place the chicken in baking sheet.
  5. Mix sugar,ketchup,vinegar,soy sauce,garlic and ginger powder well.
  6. Pour half of it over the chicken.
  7. Bake it for 25 minutes at 325 degree.
  8. Take a fry pan and heat 1 cup of oil and fry all vegetables.
  9. When chicken is done,pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables and mix them in the chicken.

Fried Egg With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients;-

  • Dried rosemary 1 table spoon.
  • Dried basil 1 table spoon.
  • Boneless chicken thigh fillets 6.
  • Caster sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic salt 2 table spoon.
  • Bread crumbs of 4 pieces.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Cornflour 3/4 cup.
Ingredients for sauce;-
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1 table spoon.
  • Caster suger 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1cut in sliced.
  • Diced tomato 2.
How to make;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix rosemary,basil,black pepper,sugar and garlic salt.
  2. Let sit for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornflour then coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Set the chicken in a dish and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a bowl for make sauce and mix water,mustard ketchup,vinegar well.
  6. Heat the oil in large pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes un till it look light brown.
  7. Fry all the chicken same.
  8. Transfer it in a serving dish.
  9. Heat 1 table spoon oil in fry pan and fry onion with 1 tea spoon salt for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add tomatoes,sugar and sauce,mix well.
  11. Pure the sauce over the chicken.
Serve with rice or as you wish;-

Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients;-

  • Chicken breast 2 (cut in strips).
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Pineapple 2 cup (slice).
  • Chili garlic 1/2 cup.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili crushed 1 tablespoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup.
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Heat oil and fry garlic paste for few seconds.
  2. Add in chicken and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  3. When its color change add pineapple and worcestershire sauce and reduce heat .
  4. After 10 minutes add chili garlic sauce and tomato ketchup.
  5. Add lemon juice,salt,crush red chili and black powder.
  6. Mix well and put it on low heat for few minutes.
  7. Mix cornflour in some water and immediately add while stirring.
Serve hot with rice;-

Turkey Apple Cheddar Fritters

Ingredients;-

  • Apple 1 kg (shredded).
  • Aged cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup.
  • Cooked and crumbled strips bacon 5 strips.
  • Rice flour 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Digon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Squeeze as much excess liquid from the shredded apples.
  2. Mix every ingredients except oil.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat.
  4. Add heaping table spoon of the apple mixture forming patties and fry per side for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make patties all of the apple mixture and fry light brown.
  6. Add 1 chopped chipotle chili pepper in adobo for some heat.
Serve topped with caramel sauce.

Blue Berry Cake Pie

Ingredients;-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vegetable oil 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup   1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Blue berry pie filling small can (for the filling).
For topping;-
  • Cream cheese 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sour cream 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Preheat the oven 350 degree.
  2. Spray the pan with baking spray.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix all the cake ingredients.
  4. Beat well un till well combined,no over beat.
  5. Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. When lightly pressed on top and a toothpick inserted in in the center might be a little moist.
  7. While the cake is baking make the cheese topping Beat the cream cheese un till it is smooth.
  8. Add sugar and beat again.
  9. Add egg,sour cream and lemon juice and beat well.
  10. Set a side un till cake is ready.
  11. When the cake is ready,remove it from the oven.
  12. Add the blueberry filling even it out as much as possible.
  13. Dollop on the cheese topping and smooth the top.
  14. Return the cake to the oven and bake at 350 degree un till the cheese mixture just set.
  15. Let the cake in its pan,cool the cake on a rack,then refrigerate.

Banana Bread With Chocolate

Ingredients;-

  • Mashed ripe bananas 6.
  • Bread 12-14 slice.
  • Fat free milk 1/2 cup.
  • Butter softened 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Fat free sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Egg whites 3.
  • All- purpose flour 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cooking spray 1 cup.
  • Chocolate finely chopped.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.


How to make;-

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Beat with a mixer at medium speed un till well blended.
  4. Add banana,milk,sour cream and egg whites.
  5. Lightly spoon flour in to dry measuring cups,level with knife.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  7. Stirring with a whisk.
  8. Add flour mixture with banana mixture.
  9. Beat just un till blended (do not over beat).
  10. Spoon batter in to a 45 inch metal loaf pan,coated with cooking spray.
  11. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour un till a wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  13. Remove from pan,cool on rack.
  14. Place half and half and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  15. Microwave at high for 1 minutes .
  16. Stirring every 20 seconds.
  17. Cool slightly and drizzle over bread.

Chocolate Banana Cherry Almond Smoothi

Ingredients;-

  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 cup.
  • Unsweetened coco powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Pitted frozen cherries 1 cup.
  • Frozen banana 2.
  • Almond extract 1/4 cup.
  • Honey 2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend un till smooth.
  2. Add some ice.
Serve immediately and do not drink fast;-

Chocolate Banana Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients;-

  • Very ripe banana  4 (cut chunks and freeze).
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/3 cup.
  • Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to make;-
  1. Place the bananas almond and butter in to blender container.
  2. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high.
  3. Once every thing is slightly combined,stop the machine.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Turn on machine and again quickly increase speed to high for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Scoop in to bowls,top with chopped almonds and chocolate.
  7. freeze mixture to get a harder ice cream.
Serve cold and enjoy:-

Easy Pasta Skillet

Ingredients;-

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg.
  • Water 3 cup.
  • Mostaccioli,un cooked.
  • Spaghetti sauce 1 cup.
  • Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese,1 and 1/2 cup.
  • Kraft grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Brown meat large skillet.
  2. Drain stir in water.
  3. Bring to boil;reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Stir in pasta and cover it.
  5. When pasta is tender add spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup or mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Your pasta is ready;-

Chines Dry Beef Chilli

Ingredients;-

  • Beef under cut 1 kg   cut into large pieces.
  • Green chili 20     cut in lenght wise.
  • Crushed garlic 2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed white pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 2 tea spoon.
  • White flour 2 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 tea spoon.
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed oil few drops.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Cut meat into thin slice.
  2. Marinate the meat in a mixture of all ingredients except oil and green chillies.
  3. Leave it for 2 hour.
  4. Just before serving heat oil in a wok till very heat and stir fry the meat.
  5. In a other pan stir fry the green chillies and add to meat.
  6. Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.

Chicken Burger

Ingredients;-
  • Shredded chicken 3 cup.
  • Margarine 1 cup.
  • Bun 4.
  • Ketchup 1 cup.
  • Bread crumb 1 cup.
  • Onion 2 table spoon.
  • Carrot 1.
  • Cabbage 2 cup.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Take a bowl ,mix chicken,salt,black and white pepper,egg and chopped onion.
  2. Mix well and shape cutlet and fry it in deep oil.
  3. Take a sliced bun and spread some margarine on both the bun .
  4. Add a lettuce leaf,some sliced of carrots and finally a burger cutlet.
  5. Covered with the other bun slice.
Serve with ketchup;-

Hunter Beef

Ingredients;-

  • Beef 2 k.g (whole piece of undercut)
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • White vinegar 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 1o.
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 3 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. With a small knife make small cut on meat.
  2. Put a garlic cloves in each cut.
  3. Mix lemon juice,vinegar,black pepper,salt,brown sugar and apply this mixture on the meat.
  4. Cover with plastic sheet and leave for 12 hours.
  5. Steam it in steamer for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Pre heat the oven,apply butter and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with any sauce;-

Potato Cutlet with Chana Chat

Ingredients;-
  • Boiled potato 4 cup.
  • Boiled green peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled carrots 1.
  • Chopped green chili 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread crumbs of 5-6 piece.
  • Cooking oil for fry.
  • Termeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander 1 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Mix potatoes,green peas,carrots,ginger paste red chili,garam masala,termeric powder,corn flour and salt.
  2. Add fresh mint and coriander and kneed to make a smooth dough.
  3. Make any shape of cutlet of the potato mixture.
  4. Roll each cutlet piece in bread crumbs
  5. Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry cutlet each side golden brown.
Serve hot with chana chat;-

Ingredients for chana chat;-
  • Kabuli chana 2 cup.
  • Dal masoor 1/2 cup.
  • Meetha soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1 cut in long slices.
  • Green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sonf 1 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Sock the chana for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take a pan and boil 6 glass of water.
  3. Stain the water of chana and cook chana and dol masoor in boiled water .
  4. Add meetha soda.
  5. When chana tendar and look it like some grave,add red chili,salt,green chili
  6. sugar and sonf .
  7. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Take a dish,place the chana chart and took cutlet on it.
  9. At the last garnish with fresh mint and coriander.

French Onion Spaghtti Pie

Ingredients;-

  • Spaghtti 1 pound.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Onion 3 large,thinly slice.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Dried bread crumbs 1 cup.
  • Butter 3 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook;-
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Take a large covered sauce pot and put in 12 glass of water and salt and boiled it for boiled pasta.
  3. In a big nonstick skillet heat oil on medium heat.
  4. Add onions,garlic,sugar and 1 tea spoon salt.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes,stirring often .
  6. Take a bowl, combine crumbs,2 table spoon butter.
  7. In large bowl whisk eggs,milk,1/2 tea spoon salt and black pepper.
  8. Set a side.
  9. Cook it 4-5 minutes on medium heat,un till golden,add vinegar,1 table spoon butter and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Cook pasta for half the time label direct drain,return to pot,stir it in onion mixture and egg mixture.
  11. Transfer pasta to skillet top with crumbs,bake for 30 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients;-

  • Refined flour  3 cup.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 3 cup.
  • Egg 3.
  • Peanut butter 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Pre heat oven on 350 degree.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  refined flour,  baking powder and salt.
  3. In other bowl beat sugars and butter together with a hand mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat well each.
  5. Add peanut butter and vanilla and beat un till it smooth
  6. Add refined mixture and beat un till combined.
  7. Using a table spoon ,portion out dough and roll in to balls"place 2"apart on parchment paper lined  baking sheets.
  8. Using a fork,press tines over balls in across hatch pattern to flatten.
  9. Bake rotating baking sheets halfway through coking about 15 minutes.

Ingredients;-

  • Potato 2 cut in small pieces and boil.
  • Boiled beans 1 cup.
  • Cucumber 1 cut in small pieces.
  • Tomato 1 cut in small pieces.

  • Radish 1 cut in small pieces.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 kg.
How to make;-
  1. Mix all things in yogurt.

Roasted Lamb Champ

Ingredients;-

  • Lamb chanp 2 kg.
  • Vinegar 1 cup.
  • Ground garlic 2 tea spoon.
  • Ground ginger 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Germ masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Ground coriander seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 4 table spoon.
  • Onion 2 cut in 1 inch pieces.
  • Tomato 1 cut in round.
  • Cucumber 1 cut in round.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves.
  • Lemon 1.
How to cook.-
  1. Stir vinegar on champ and place for 1/2 hour.
  2. Mix ground garlic and ginger,salt,red pepper,germ masala,ground coriander in yogurt.
  3. Stir it on champ with hands well.
  4. Take a pan .
  5. Heat oil and put in chanp.
  6. After 5 minutes add one glass of water and cook on medium heat.
  7. When chanp tander and leave oil,its ready.
  8. Fry onion in fry pan golden brown.
  9. Take a glass dish,spread cucumber,tomato,onion then put on champ and garnish with fresh mint and coriander and lemon.
Serve with mint sauce;-

Beef Kabab

Ingredients;-

  • Beef mince 1 kg 
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground turmeric 1 tea spoon.
  • Germ masala.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Ground black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Ground coriander seed.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Papaya powder
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Fresh mint and coriander.
  • Vinegar 2/4 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Take a big pan.
  2. Mix all things in mince with hands and place for 1-2 hour.
  3. Make kabab in round shape with hands and fry in oil on medium heat.
  4. Serve with any sauce and salad.

Roasted lamb with mint sauce

Ingredients;-
  • Lamb leg 2 kg.
  • Crushed garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh rosemary half the leaves removed and remain crushed.
  • Lemon juice 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Germ masala 2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander seeds 2 tea spoon.
How to cook;-

  1. Preheat the oven at 40 degree.
  2. Rub the lamb all over with the lemon juice and vinegar.
  3. Put it for 1/2 hour.
  4. Pat the garlic paste and rosemary,olive oil,salt,black and red pepper,germ masala,coriander seed of the meat.
  5. Put it for 1/2 hour.
  6. Place the lamb in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
  7. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degree and cook for 1 hour .
  8. Remove the lamb from pan and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve with any sauce which you like;-

Fruit Cake


Ingredients;-
  • Lemon vanilla extract few drops.
  • Butter 3/4 cup.
  • Refined flour 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almond 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 tea spoon.
  • Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
How to cook;-        

  1. Beat sugar and butter well.
  2. Add one by one egg and beat each for 5 minutes.
  3. Add refined flour,salt,baking powder,almond,milk and yellow food color in it.
  4. Stir it in baking bowl.
  5. Bake it in oven at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
