- Chicken 1/2 kg.
- Potato 1.
- Olive oil 1 table spoon.
- Shallot 1.
- Rosemary 1.
- Tangerines 2.
- Salt 1 pinch.
How to make:-
- Peel the tomato and cut it in slice.
- Cut te shallots in slice.
- Grate the peel of one the tangerines and juice them both.
- Take a skillet and heat the oil and add shallot.
- Cook for 5 minutes and ad chicken and fry for 5 minutes each side.
- Add salt,rosemary,potato and cook for 5 minutes .
- Bake it for 30 minutes on 200 degree.
