Chicken Twa Butter Tikka

It is a good and so easy recipe and can make any time when you feel hungr.These are for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Bonles chinken 1kg.
. Vinegar 2 table spoon.
. Onion 2.
. Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
 Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
. Zeera powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoin.
. Butter 1 cup.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Marinade the chicken with salt,black pepper,garam masala, coriander,ginger and garlic powder,vinegar,zeera well and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile ccut the onion in long slices.
4. Heat the butter on big tawa and put chicken gantly.
5. Sprinkle over the onion and green chili and cover it.
6. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
7. Add 1/2 cup water and cover again and cook for 10 minutes.
8. Pour it in serving dish and serve with nan.

Irani Chicken Beef Potato Kebab

These kebab have s different taste.These can eat at tea time and dinner or lunch parties.These kebab are for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Chicken mince 1/2 kg.
. Beef mince 1 cup.
. Potato 1 into slices.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Chopped green chili 6.
 Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
. Chopped garlic 1tea spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Bason 2 table spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Eggs 3.
. Olive oil 2 table spoon.
. Oil for fry.
. Bread crumbs 1 cup.

How to cook:-.

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook beef mince for 5 minutes.
2. Add water and cook until it tander and dry its water.
3. Boile the chicken and shredded.
4. Boile the potato.
5. Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients exept oil and eggs well.
6. Make patties of this mixture.
7. Heat oil in a fry pan.
8. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
9. Dip the patties in the egg one by one and fry each side goden brown.

Serve hot with any sauce:-

Green Chicken Korma

This is a good dish for different taste.This recipe is for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Chicken 1 kg.
. Onion 2.
. Garlic cloves 8.
. Ginger piece 2 inch.
. Green chili 4.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Yogurt 2 cup.
. Mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Ketchup 1 cup.
. Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Whole garam masala 2 table spoon.

How to cook:-

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 6 - 8 minutes.
2. Remove the chicken from the oil and set aside.
3. Grand the yogurt,onion,garli,ginger,green chili,mint and coriander leaves very well.
4. Fry the whole garam masala in oil for 1 minutes.
5. Add yogurt mixture and cook until it leaves oil.
6. Add chickken,salt,black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add 2 cup water and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low heat.
8. Add ketchup and soy sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes in low hear.

Serve with rice or nan:-

Chicken Cheese Bites

These chicken bites are so tasty and like by kids so much.These are for 4 serving and will be reafy in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
. Mozarralla cheese 1 table spoon.
. Chaddar cheese 1 table spoon.
. Cream cheese 1 table spoon.
. Egg yolk 2.
. Corn flour 2 table spoon.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
. Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 1 1/2 tea spoon.
. Vinegar 2 table spoon.
. Mathi 1 table spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the chicken in the shape of kebab.
2. Take a large  bowl and mash the mozarrella cheese with hand.
3. Add chaddar cheese,cream cheese,flour,egg yolk,salt,red pepper powder,garlic and ginger paste,coriander powder,vinegar,mathi.
4. Add the chicken and mix well.
5. Skrew the chicken in the baking seekh and bake for 15-20 minutes on 250 degree each side.
6. Piur in a serving dish and serve hot.

This is so easy to cook and can eat at tea time and iftar.It is for 6 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Boneless chicken 1 kg.
. Crushed cheese 1/2 cup.
. Refined flour 4 table spoon.
. Egg 2.
. Salt 1 1/4 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1 1/4 tea spoon.
. Bread crumbs 1 cup.
. Oil for fry.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Marinade the chicken with cheese,salt,black pepper.
3. pour the refined flour in a plate.
4. Beat the eggs with 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder in a bowl.
5. Heat the oil in a frypan .
6. Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs,then roll in refined flour,then dip in egg and fry each sidr until golden brown.

Mutton Coconut Korma with Almonds

This is a wonderful dish and is so tasty.It is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

. Mutton 1 kg.
. Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped inion 2.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Zeera powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Small cardamom powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Imli ka gooda 3 tea spoon.
. Coconut milk 1/2 cup.
. Yogurt 1cup.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.

How to cook:-

1. Marinade the mutton with imli,salt,yogurt,coconut milk,garlic and ginger paste and leave for 2 hours.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3-5 minutes until goldrn fry.
3. Add mutton and cook for 5-8 minutes.
4. Add red pepper powder, mustard powder and cook until it leave oil.
5. Add 1 glass of water and cook on low heat until meat tander.
6. Sprinkle the garam masal,cardamom powder and almonds and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
7. Stir in the coriander leaves and pour in a serving bowl.

Chicken Almond Aloo Chana

This is supper dish.I make this at dinner.This dish is for 8-10 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Boiled potato into small cubes 1/2 kg.
. Boiled white chana 1/3 kg.
. Boiled and crushed chicken 1/4 kg.
. Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
. Cucumber into small pieces 2.
. Chopped green chili 4.
. Radish into small cubes 1.
. Chopped onion 1.
. Tomato into cubes 2.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Black oepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chat massla 1 -1/2 tea spoon.
. Yogurt 1 kg.

How to make:-

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle over the mint leaves.

Serve cold and enjoy:-

Ingredients:-.

. Mutton 1 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 1tea spoon.
. Tomato pure 1 cup.
. Green chili into long pieces 6-8.
. Soya 6 table spoon.
. Oil 1 cuo.
. salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
 Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
 Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
. Grated ginger 2 table spoon.

how to cook:-

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add soya, mutton,salt ,coriander leaves and fry until its water dry.
4. Add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low heat.
5. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder and garam masala and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add 1 cup of water and cook until meat tander.
7. Pour in a bowl and garnish with lemon pieces and grated gingr with green chili.

Ingredients;-

. Mutton 1 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Tomato pure 1 cup.
. Beated yogurt 1/2 cup.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
. Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
. Butter 2 table spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
. Small cardamoms 4.
. Dar cheni 1 piece.
. Long 5.
. Big cardamom 2.
. Zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves few.
. Lemon slices of 2.

How to cook:-

1. Fry the long,cardamoms,zeera,dar cheni,almonds,sesame seed in butter for 1 minute.
2. Heat oil in a mud handi and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
3. Trasfer 1/2 onion in a plate and set aside.
4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minhtes.
5. Add tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add mutton,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder, zeera and long mixture,and cook until it leave oil.
8. Add 1 cup water and cook on low heat until meat  tander.
9. Grand the fry onion and add in mutton.
10. Add beated yoghrt and cook gor 5-8 minutes.
11. Sprinkle over the garam masala and pour in a serving bowl.
12. Top with coriander leaves and lemon pieces.

Ingredients:-

. Boneless chicken 1 kg.
. Vinegar 1/2 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
 Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
.Garam massla 1 table spoon.
.Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
.Yogurt 1/2 cup.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
. Oil 2 table spoon.
. Oil for fry.

For rice:-

. Boiled rice 1 kg.
. Chopped onion 1.
. Chopped ginger 1table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Chopped tomato 1 cup.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Salt 2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Garam massla 1 table spoon.
. Zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Yellow food colour 1/4 tea spoon.
. Milk 2 table spoon.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Sprinkle over the vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Drain its water.
4. Mix the salt,red pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,oil,ginger and garlic powder in yogurt.
5. Marinade the chicken this mixture.
6. Fry the chicken in deep oil on high heat and set aside.
7. Heat 1 cup oil in a pan and fry onion for 4 minutes.
8. Add ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
9. Add tomato paste,green chili and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Add salt,red pepper,garam masala,zeera and cook for 3-5 minutes.
11. Stir in coriander leaves and add 1/2 cup water.
12. Pour in the boiled rice .
13. Mix food colour in 2 table spoon of milk and sprinkle over the rice and cover the pan.
14. Cook for 6-8 minutes on low heat.
1. Pour the rice in a serving dish and top with chicken tikka.

For gravi:-

. Golden fry onion 1.
. Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
. Tomato pure 1 cup.
. Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1tea spoon.
. Beated yogurt 1 cup.
. Chopped coriander leave for garnish.
. Lemon into 4 slices 2.
. Oil 1 cup.

How to make;-

1. Chop the mince with onion,green chili,eggs,mint leaves,salt,red pepper,coriander,2table spoon oil,corn flour,garam masala well.
2. Make the kebabs and fry them golden brown and set aside.
3. For make the gravi fry the ginger powder,tomato for 5-8 minutes.
4. Add salt,red pepper, mustard powder,and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Grand the fry onion an add in the gravi.
7. Place the kebabs in gravi and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
8. Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam massla.
9. Top with coriander leaves.

. Ajwaen 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Dry nathi 2 table spoon.
.yogurt 2 cup.
. Oil 1-1/2 cup.
. Chopped coriander leaves.
. Potato into long thin slices.
. Oil for deep fry.

How to cook:-

.1 Marinade the fish with salt,zeera,ajwaen and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the 1-1/2cup oil in a skillet and fry the onion for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Add garlic ,green chili and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add tomato slices and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add red pepper,mustard powder.
6. Beat the yogurt and add in the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes.
7. Add fish and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
8. Add dry and wash mathi and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala and top with coriander leaves.
9. Fry the potato in deep fry and serve with fish.

Ingredients:-

. Boneless beef piece 2 kg.
. Salt 3 tea spoon.
. Vinegar 1cup.
. Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
. Butter 4 table spoon.
. Ginger paste 1table spoon.
. Garlic paste 1 table spoon.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the beef into 4-5 inches thin slices.
2. Marinade the beef with vinegar,salt,lemon juice,ginger and garlic paste and leave for 3-4 hours.
3. Cook the beef in cooker in water for 30-40 minutes or until it tander.
4. When it tander ,dry its water.
5. Poure in oven dish and sprinkle over the buttet and bake for 15 minutes for deep fry.

. Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Small cardamom 6.
. Jyfal 2.
. Sonf 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Yogurt 1/2 cup.
. Flour 1/2 cup.
. Butter 2 table spoon.

How to cook:-

1. Grand the zeera,sonf,jyfal,cardamom.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the grand ingredients for 30 seconds.
3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add beef and cook for 5 minutes or until it dry.
5. Add salt,red pepper,mustard powder and cook for 5-8 minutes,then add 2 glass of water and cook on medium to low heat for 30-40 minutes or until it tander.
6. Fry the yogurt in butter and add 1/2 cup water
7. Add in the flour and mix well.
8. Stir the yogurt mixture in the beef.
9. Cook for 1 minute on high to medium heat.
10. Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala.

Chicken Cheese Bread Roll

These pretty roll are so nice.have a great look.can eat at tea time,breakfast,school lunch.These are for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.You can makr this with chicken,pitato,beef,mutton which you like.i like chicken.

Ingredients:-

. Boiled chicken mince 1/2 kg.
. Salt 1tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Whole coriander 1 table spoon.
. Zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1  tea spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves few.
. Bread slices 12.
. Oil for deep fry.
. Egg 3-4.
. Crushed mozeralla cheese 1 cup.

How to make:-

1. Take a bowl and mix mince,salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,coriander,zeera,green chili and coriander leaves.
2. Take 2cup warm water in a bowl ,add 1pinch of salt,dip one slice in the water for 3 seconds.
3. Take in hand and press with other hand and drain its water.
4. Place 2 table spoon of batter on it.
5. Sprinkle 1 tea spoon cheese.
6. Cover with other dip and drained bread slice and roll it gently.
7. Make all rolls same.
8. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
9. Heat the oil in a frypan and dip the roll in egg and fry them each side until golden brown.

Seekh Kabab

These kababs are so great in taste .I love this.These kababs are for 6 serving and eill be ready in 15 minutes if mince already ready.

Ingredients:-

. Mutton mince 1 kg.
. Fat 1/4 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Crushed garlic 1 tea spoon.
. Crushed ginger 1 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1table spoon.
. Garam masala 1table spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
. Thick yogurt 1 cup.
. Oil 1/2 cup.

How to make:'

1. Again chop the mince in chopper .
2. Add fat too.
3. Mix the salt, red pepper,Garam masala,coriander powder,ginger and garlic,green chili in thick yogurt.
4. Fry the onion in some oil and spread on the paper.
5. Grand the onion .
6. Mix onion and yogurt mixture in the mince and place in fridge for 3-4 hours.
7. Take a punch of mince and shape the kabab on the seekh.
8. Make all the kababs on seekhs.
9. Cook them on angheete.
10. Brush them with oil.
11. Cook until each side golden brown.

. Curry leave 2.
. Coriander powder 1tablle spoon.
. Yogurt 1 cup.
. Sonf 1 tea spoon.
. Kalvangi 1tea spoon.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Green chili 10.
. zeera 1 tea spoon.
. Whole coriander 1 tea spoon.
. Rai 1/2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1/4  tea spoon.
. Imli ka gooda 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.

How to cook:-

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
2. Add mutton,garlic paste,salt and cook until dry.
3. Add 2 glass water and cook until it tander.
4. Stir in red pepper,coriander powder,mustard powder,curry leave,cumin stick,sonf,kalvanji and ginger.
5. Beat tha yogurt and stir in the mutton and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
6. Fry the sonf, zeera and coriander on tawa and grand.
7. Mix the salt,sonf,zeera,coriandar, imli ka gooda,rai .
8. Make the cut in the green chili and fill them with the mixture.
9. Fry the green chili in some oil and add in the mutton.
10. Sprinkle over the coriander leaves.

Creamy Fruit Egg Salad

This fluffy and creamy salad is so wonderful and pretty.Fruits are very useful for our heslth.You can eat fruit salad as a dinner or lunch.It give you healthy sound.It will be ready in 30 minutes  but take time for chill. It is for 3  -4 serving.

Ingredients:-

. Sugar 2table spoon.
. Butter 2table spoon.
. Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
. Egg 2.
. Salt 1 pinch.
. Heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup.
. Pineapple chunks 2 cup.
. Pineapple juice 1/4 cup.
. Cherries 1 cup.
. Banana slices 2 cup.
. Apple slices 2 cup.
. Grapes 1 cup.
. Nuts 1 cup.
. Crushed almonds 1 cup.

How to make:-

1. Cook the sugar,butter,lemon juice,salt in a sauce pan on medium heat for 3 minutes.
2. Beat the eggs one by one and add in the sauce pan and stir until combined.
3.  Remove from the heat and leave for cool.
4. Beat the whipping cream.
5.  When egg mixture completly cool ,fold 1table spoon in the whipped cream.
5. Add pineapple juice and reaming egg mixture in the whipping cream.
6. Combined the fruits in a serving bowl and pour over the mixture.
7. Top with nuts and almonds.

Chill for 12 hours in fridge before serve:-

Blochi Ran Roast Easy Recipe

Ingredients:-

1.Meat lamb 1-1/2 kg.
2.Yogurt 1cup.
3.Vinegar 1/2 cup.
4.Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
5.Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
6.Garam masala 1 table spoon.
7.Coriander powder 1table spoon.
8.OLive oil 1/4 cup.
9.Chopped onion 2.
10.Chopped garlic 1tea spoon.
11.Chopped ginger 1table spoon.
12.Chopped green chili 1table spoon.

How to cook:-

1 Make the cut on the lamb with sharp knife.
2 Marinade the lamb with salt and vinager and leave for 2 hours.
3 Take a bowl and mix yogurt,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,onion,garlic and ginger,green chili.
4 Paste the lamb with this batter and place in fredge overnight.
5 Grease the baking tray and bake the lamb on 300 degree for 50-60 minutes or until it tander.

Sweet Honey Chicken Potato Bread

 Peanuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, the type of fat that is emphasized in the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet. Studies of diets with a special emphasis on peanuts have shown that this little legume is a big ally for a healthy heart. In one such randomized, double-blind, cross-over study involving 22 subjects, a high monounsaturated diet that emphasized peanuts .This bread will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in small cubes).
  • Boiled potato into diced 1 cup.
  • Peanut 1/2 cup (roasted and crushed).
  • Honey 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Bread 8 slice.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
For peanut sauce;-
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
  2. Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
  1. Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken and potato.
  3. In the last spread roasted peanut .
  4. Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 10 minutes on 250 degree.
Serve hot with tea;-

Butter Chicken on Tawa

This tasty dish is so famous in my home.I make it every Sunday.it will be ready in 50 minutes and for 4 serving.

Ingredients:-
    For the Marinade:-
  •  Yoghurt 1/2 cup.
  •  Garlic paste1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  •  Garam masala powder1 tea spoon.
  • Salt1 tea spoon.
For gravy:-
  •  Chopped onion 2 cup.
  •  Cashew nuts1/2 cup.
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Crushed ginger2 table spoon.
For chicken:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg   into long strips.
  • Capsicum into diced 1 cup.
  • Tomato into diced 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
How to make;-
  1. For the gravy blend the garlic,ginger,onion,cashew nuts in the lender.
  2. In a pan and cook them for 3-5 minutes,then add some water and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  3. Marinade the chicken with capsicum and tomato diced,  yogurt,garlic paste,ginger paste,garam masala,salt,red chili,coriander powder and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the chicken in a oven dish and cook for 20 minutes on 300 degree.
  5. Melt the butter on a big tawa and fry chopped onion for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add chicken with capsicum and tomato and gravy.
  9. Add salt,garam masala,red pepper,green chili and stir it and cook for 15 minutes .
  10. When it leaves oil sprinkle over the coriander leaves .
  11. Pour in a serving dish and decorate with lemon and cucumber slices.

Apple Flitters

 Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.This recipe will be ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients;-

  • Apple 1 kg (shredded).
  • Aged cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup.
  • Cooked and crumbled strips bacon 5 strips.
  • Rice flour 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Digon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Squeeze as much excess liquid from the shredded apples.
  2. Mix every ingredients except oil.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat.
  4. Add heaping table spoon of the apple mixture forming patties and fry per side for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make patties all of the apple mixture and fry light brown.
  6. Add 1 chopped chipotle chili pepper in adobo for some heat.
Serve topped with caramel sauce.

  • Peeled and half almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Peel and cut the mango into slices.
  2. Take a pan and pour in the mango and sugar and leave for over night.
  3. Cook it   on low heat.
  4. Add salt,lack and red pepper powder,zeera and cook until mango tender and thick.
  5. Add vinegar,almonds and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour it in the bowl.

  • Boiled potato 1//4 kg.

  • lack pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.

  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1//4 bunch.

How to make:-
  1. Crushed the eggs with fork.
  2. Mashed the potatoes.
  3. Take a owl and combined potato,eggs,chicken,salt,red and lack pepper,coriander leaves,garam masala, ginger,bread crumbs,green chili and 1 egg.
  4. Divide this batter into 6 parts.
  5. Put them on  skrew and roast them for 10 minutes.

Kolachi Jhinga Masala

It is tasty recipe and easy to cook.It is for 4 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes.

  Ingredients:-
  • Cleaned prawns 1/2 KG.
  • Onion into sliced 2-1/2 cup.
  • Tomato sliced 2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 tale spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
How to make:-
  1. Take a pan and boil the about 1 litter water.
  2. Blanch the prawns and tomato and drain them and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry onion for  3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomato,yogurt,,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add salt,lack pepper powder,red chili powder and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add prawns and cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
  7. Sprinkle the green chili and coriander leaves.

  • Butter softened 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Fat free sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Egg whites 3.
  • All- purpose flour 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cooking spray 1 cup.
  • Chocolate finely chopped.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  2. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl.
  3. Beat with a mixer at medium speed un till well blended.
  4. Add mango,milk,sour cream and egg whites.
  5. Lightly spoon flour in to dry measuring cups,level with knife.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  7. Stirring with a whisk.
  8. Add flour mixture with banana mixture.
  9. Beat just un till blended (do not over beat).
  10. Spoon batter in to a 45 inch metal loaf pan,coated with cooking spray.
  11. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour un till a wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
  13. Remove from pan,cool on rack.
  14. Place half and half and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  15. Microwave at high for 1 minutes .
  16. Stirring every 20 seconds.
  17. Cool slightly and drizzle over bread.

Apple Banana Almond Ice Cream

 Banana and Chocolate are most popular combinations. You would like the bananas so much with chocolate.It make in 3 hours and for 2 serving.

Ingredients;-

  •  Apple slices 1 cup.
  • Very ripe banana  4 (cut chunks and freeze).
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/3 cup.
  • Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to make;-
  1. Place the bananas,apple slices, almond and butter in to blender container.
  2. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high.
  3. Once every thing is slightly combined,stop the machine.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Turn on machine and again quickly increase speed to high for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Scoop in to bowls,top with chopped almonds and chocolate.
  7. freeze mixture to get a harder ice cream.

Spicy Baked Chicken

  • Salem chicken 1.
  • Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
How to cook:
  1. Take a bowl and mix ginger and garlic paste, yellow food color,salt,red pepper,lemon juice,coriander powder,garam masala,oil and yogurt.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this paste well and leave for 2 hours.
  3. Bake it for 30-40 minutes on 200 degree.
Serve with mint yogurt or any sauce which you like:

This tasty dish is for 5 serving and will be ready in 50 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion in slices 1.
  • Crushed ginger  table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Marinate the chicken with vinegar and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken with salt for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic paste and onion and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in green chili and cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
  5.  Add cream and ,zeera,black pepper powder ,crushed ginger and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala and coriander leaves.

  • Pizza  sauce 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and kneed flour,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 table spoon olive oil, with water .
  2. Cover it and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl and mix mozzarella cheese,chopped bell pepper,salt,black pepper,corn,olive,chicken.
  4. Make chapati with the flour.
  5. Take 1 chapati  and spread over the 2 table spoon of pizza sauce.
  6. Pour 3-4 table spoon batter on the half of the chapati.
  7. Cover the filling part of  chapati with other half chapati and press the sides with hands.
  8. Heat 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and cook each side of chapati until it fully cooked.
  9. Press the pizza chapati with spoon while cook the pizza chapati.

Kofta Bryani with sesame seed



This recipe is for 8 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.You can make kofta  of beaf or meat which you like.

Ingredients:-

For kofta:-
  •  Chicken minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Peanut 2 table spoon.
  • Cumin seed 2 tea spoon.
  • Egg  1.
Ingredients for rice:-
  •  Boiled rice 1/2 kg.
  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg.
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch.
  • Onions 2.
  • Green chili 4.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Fry the sesame seeds,cumin seeds peanut in 1tea spoon of oil for 3 minutes and then grand it in a chopper.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger paste, salt,garam masala,red chili powder and egg and chop again for some seconds.
  3. Make kofta balls of it.
  4. Heat oil and fry the koftas
For pulao:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes,then add chicken,garam masala,ginger and garlic paste and fry well.
  3. Add salt,and chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes on low heat,
  4. Add the boiled rice,green chilies,mint leaves and cook until it dry,then simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Add koftas in the rice and remove from the flame.
Serve hot with raita:-
