Green Almond Butter Chicken Kkorma

This dish is for 8 serving  and  eill be ready  in 40 minutes.

Ingredients :-

. Chicken 1 kg.
. Chopped  onion 2.
. Garlic  powder  1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder  1 tea spoon.
. Chopped  green chili  1 tea spoon.
. Tomats puree 1 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper  powder  1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder  1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Almond 1/2 cup.
. Butter 1/2 cup.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Chopped  coriander  leaves  1/2 bunch.
. Chopped  mint leaves  1/4 bunch.
. Yogurt 1 cup.

How  to cook; -

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion golden brown.
2. Stain the onion and grand.
3. Transfer again in oil and add tomato puree and garlic and ginger powder and cook untill it combined.
4. Add chicken and  salt and vook for 5 minutes.
5. Add red pepper  and mustard powder.
6. Grand the yogurt with coriander  and mint leaves  and add in chicken and cook untill chicken tender.
7. Add green chili and garam masala and cook for 3 minutes  on low heat or untill  it leave  oil.
8. Peel the almonds.
9. Heat the butter snd fry almonds crispy.
10. Pour the chicken in a serving  bowl and sprinkle  over the almonds.

Potato and Egg

This recipe  is so easy and make in 30 minutes. It is for 6 serving.

Ingredients; -

. Potato  into cubes 1/2 kg.
. Egg 4.
. Onion  into long pieces 2.
. Ginger paste  1 tea spoon.
. Tomato pure 1 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper  powder  1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder  1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala  1 tea spoon.
. Oil 1-1/2 cup.
. Chopped  coriander  leaves  for garnish.

How  to cook :-

1. Heat 1 cup  oil and fry onion golden  brown.
2. Stain the onion and grand it.
3. Transfer it in oil and add ginger powder  and tomato pure and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add 1 tea spoon  red pepper,1/8 tea spoon  Mustard  powder, 1 tea spoon  salt and cook untill it leave oil.
5. Add 2 cup  water and potato cubes  and cook on low heat untill potato tender.
6. Mean while beat eggs.
7. Mix in 1/2 tea spoon  salt,1/2 tea spoon  red pepper, 1/8 tea spoon  mustard powder.
8. Heat 1/2 cup  oil in a frypan and fry eggs and broke into pieces.
9. Add in the potato.
10. If you want more gravi add more water and bring to boil and cook for 1 minutes  on low heat.
11. Pour in a serving  bowl and sprinkle  over the
garam masala and garnish  with coriander  leaves.

Keema Kralla

This dish is so famous  in Pakistan. I like to eat this with paratha.This recipe is for 8-10 serving  and will be ready  in 1 hour if kralla already peeled and washed.

Ingredients :

. Keema 1 kg.
. Kralla 2 kg.
. Chopped  onion 2.
. Chopped  onion into long shape 5.
. Garlic paste  1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste  1 table  spoon.
. Chopped  green chili  1table spoon.
. Chopped  tomato 2 cup.
. Salt 6 tea spoon.
. Red pepper  powder 2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder  1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Oil 2 cup.
. Chopped  coriander leaves  few for garnish.

How to cook:-

1. Peel the kralla well witb sharp knife and waste its seeds.
2. Sprinkle  over the 4 tea spoon salt and mix with hands and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile  cook keema with chopped 2 onion,1cup tomato paste,garlic and ginger paste for 5 minutes.
4. Add 1tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper, 1/4 tea spoon mustard  powder and cook  for 10 minutes  or untill its water dry.
5. Add 1 glass water and cook untill it tander.
6. Add 1 cup  oil and cook until  it leave oil.
7. Sprinkle  over the 1 tea spoon  garam masala ,green chili and set aside.
8. After 30 minutes  place the karalla on a kitchen towel and drain the water of karalla by press it.
9. Wash them in water well and drain its water again in kitchen  towel.
10. Heat 1 cup oil in a skillet and fry the karalla for about 10 minutes  or untill they look brown and feel crispy.
11. Add onion and stir and cook for 6-8 minutes  on low heat.
12. Adf 1cup  tomato paste and cook for 5 m.
.13. Add 1tea spoon  salt,1tea spoon  red pepper, 1/4 tea spoon  mustard powder  and stir and cook for 6-8 minutes  on low heat.
14. Stir in keema and garnish with coriander  leaves.

Serve with paratha and enjoy:-

Tasty Chicken Bread

This bread is so tasty and sill be ready in 30 minutes.This is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-.

. Bread slices 12.
. Boiled chicken 2 cup.
. Boiled potato 1 cup.
. Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped cheese 1 cup.
. Egg 4.
. Oil for fry.

How to make:-

1. Take a bowl and combined the chicken,potato,salt,red pepper,black pepper.
2. Cut the bread sliced into half.
3. Paste the batter all of the sliced one side.
4. Sprinkle over the cheese.
5. Beat the eggs.
6. Heat oil in a frypan .
7. Dip the bread slice in egg,then fry golden brown each side.
8. Pour in a serving plate.

Paneer Pratha

So delicious .You can eat this at shree in ramadan.It is healthy food.

Ingredients:-

. Flour 3 cup.
. Salt 1/6 tea spoon.
. Haleeb milk 1/2 cup.
. Paneer 3 table spoon per pratha.

How to cook:-

1. Kneed the flour with salt,milk and if need add some water and place in fridge for 1 hour or in freezer for 8 minutes.
2. Take about 4 table spoon flour and make a small roti.
3. Make 4 roties same.
4. Take 1 of them and paste on the 1 table spoon paneer and cover with other roti and press its side with fingers sell.
5. Baled the roti narmal size .
6. Heat the tawa and greese with oil.
7. Put the roti on tawa and cook for 1 minute.
8. Turn and paste 1 table spoon paneer and turn again and cook untill it ready.
9. Paste 1 table spoon paneer and turn again and cook untill it ready.

Chicken Vegetables Roll

These roll can use at tea time,iftar time,school lunch.These crispy recipe is for 20 rolls and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Boiled and crushed chicken 1/2 kg.
. Chopped carrot 1 cup.
. Boiled peas 1 cup.
. Boiled and mashed potato 2 cup.
. Chopped cabbage 1cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
. Roll pati 2 packets.
. Oil cor deep fry.

How to make:-

1. Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients exept oil.
2. Place the 1roll pati on the board and put 2 table spoon of batter at one side and roll it.
3. For closd it wet its end with wet fingers of water.
4. Heat the oil in a frypan and fry the rolls golden brown each side.
5. Pour in a serving dish.

These are very popular on parties.I make them on eid mostly.These make easy and quickly.These will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Mince 1 kg.
. Fat 1/8 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Egg 1.
. Cornflour 2 table spoon.
. Oil for fry.

How to make:-

1. Chop all the ingredients expect oil.
2. Take 2 table spoon of batter and make the shape of tiki.
3. Make tikkean all of the mince and place on the try.
4. Heat oil on a big tawa and fry them golden brown each side.

. Bason 1 kg.
. Boneless chicken in cubes 1/2 kg.
. Onion into slices 3.
. Chopped spinach 1/4 bunch.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
. Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
. Oil for deep fry.

How to cook:-

1. Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients exept oil with water  thick.
2. Heat oil in a skillet.
3. Take a table spoon of batter and put in the skillet.
4. Fill the skillet with batter same.
5. Fry pakora golden brown.

Alloo ki Bujia

This dish make easy and quickly.It is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes

Ingredients;-.

. Alloo 1 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1tea spoon.
. Chopped tomato 1 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
. Dry mathi 1/4 packet.
. Oil 2 cup.

How to cook:-

1. Cut the potato in small cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes.
3. Add ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add tomato paste and cook until tomato tender.
5. Add salt,red pepper,mustard powder,coriander powder,green chili and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add 1/2 glass water and add potato and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
7. Add 1/2 glass water and mathi and cook until potato tender.
8. Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
9. Pour in a bowl and serve with paratha or nan:-

Alloo Chicken k Cutlet

These cutlet make in 40 minutes.This recipe is for about 20 cutlet.You can make sandwich and burger frim this.

Ingredients;-

. Alloo 1-1/2 kg.
. Boiled and crushed chicken 2 cup.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder. 1 table spoon.
. Bread crumbs 2 cup.
. Egg 3.

How to make:-

1. Boiled and mash the potato.
2. Take a large bowl and mix potato,boiled chicken,onion,green chili,salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,coriander powder.
3. Take 2 table spoon of batter and give the shape of cutlet.
4. Make all the cutlet same.
5. Pour bread crumbs in a plate.
6. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
7. Heat oil in a frypan.
8. Cover the cutlet with bread crumbs,then dip in egg and fry golden brown each side.

Pour in a serving try and serve with any sauce:-

Strawberry Peanut Butter Walnut Pancake

Ingredients:;-
  • Frozen strawberries 1 cup.
  • Peanut butter milk 4 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Butter 2 cup.
  •  Refined flour 2  cup.
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs one by one.
  2. Add peanut butter  milk and beat.
  3. Take a another large bowl and mix flour,baking soda and baking powder,salt and sugar.
  4. Add egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in 1 cup melted butter and leave it for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat 1/2 cup butter in a skillet .
  7. Pour 1 cup batter in the skillet per pancake.
  8. Immediately place 3-4 strawberries and 3-4 walnuts on the each pancake.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes,then turn other side and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly brown.
  10. Pour in a serving dish and top with butter and drizzle over the maple syrup.

Ingredients:-

  • Mutton mince 1 kg.
  • Potato 1/2 kg .
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1//4 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves w.
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
How to cook;-
  1. Pour mince in a big pan.
  2. Add salt,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion and tomato and cook until its water dry.
  4. Add 1 glass water and cook until it tender.
  5. Dry its water and add oil.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add  red pepper,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook for 3 minutes,then add 1//2 cup water.
  8. Cut the potato into cubes and add in the mince.
  9. Add 1 cup water and cook until potato tender.
  10. Dry its  water until it leave oil.
  11. Add butter and garam masala .
  12. Pour in a serving bowl and top with coriander leaves and almond.

5. Turn it with long spoon.
 6. Cook other side for 30 seconds.
7. Pour in a serving dish and serve with bread slice or paratha.

Chicken Cheese Pizza Bread

This is so easy to make and make in only 10 minutes if chicken is already boiled.

Ingredients;-

. Boiled chicken 1 cup.
. Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Crushed cheese 1 cup.
. Bread slice 6.
. Mayonnaise 1 cup.

How to nake:-

1.  Mix chicken,salt,black pepper.
2.  Place one bread slice on a plate.
3.  Paste 1 table spoon mayonnaise on the bread slice.
4. Layer the chicken.
5. Then top with cheese.
6. Make all slices same.
7. Grease the baking try with oil and place on the bread sliced.
8. Bake them for 4 6 minutes on 150 degree until cheese melt.

Ingredients:-

. Chicken 1/2 kg.
. Dal chana 1/2 kg.
. Chopped onion 1.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
 Salt 2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 1 table spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
. Grated ginger and grreen chili for garnish.

How to cook:-

1. Soak the dal for 1 hour.
2. Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add chicken,salt,red pepper,mustard powder,green chili and cook until it leave oil.
5. Add dal and 4 glass of water and cook until well tander.
6. Saprat the chicken from the bones.
7. Add garam masala and stir with heavy spoon.
8. Pour in a bowl and garnish with grated ginger, green chili and coriander leaves.

This is a easy to cook and will be ready in 30 minutes.It is for 4 serving.
 
Ingredients:-

  • Rice noodles 1 cup.
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 6 cup.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup.
  • Red bell pepper 2.
  • Onion 1.
  • Garlic cloves 4.
  • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
  • Coconut milk 2 cup.
  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
 
How to cook:-
 
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into thinly slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the chicken and cook for 1 minutes.
  6. Add salt,black pepper,coconut milk,fish sauce,chicken broth,rice noodles and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
  7. Add chopped cilantro and lime juice  and cook for 30 seconds.

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.

  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup.
For sauce:-
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 2 tea spoon spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Corn flour 4 table spoon.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Ketchup 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 4.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in cubes and marinate with salt,red pepper,egg and corn flour and deep fry them.
  2. Fry garlic paste in 2 table spoon oil,then add all ingredients of sauce and and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix the corn flour in some water and add in the mixture,stir while mixing.
  4. Add fry chicken and garnish with green chili and fry onion.

Beef Malai Kebab

These kebab are for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-

  • Beef mince 1 kg.
  • Malai 1/2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Kachri powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-

Marinade the beef with malai,ginger and garlic paste,salt,red pepper,coriander powder and leaves,garam masala,green chili,kachri powder and leave for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a fry pan.
Take 2 table spoon mince and give it the long kebab shape .
Roll it in refined flour ,then dip in egg and fry golden brown each side.
Make all the kebab same.

This tasty hleem is so nice and will be ready in 4 hours.This is for 10  -15 serving.You can make this with mutton or chicken.

Ingredients;-

. Beef 1 kg.
. Dal chana 1 cup.
. Dal msoor 1 cup.
. Dal moong 1 cup.
. Dal mash 1 cup.
. wheat dlea 1 cup.
. Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Grated ginger 3 table spoon.
. Grated green chili 6.
. Lemon slices of 2.
. Salt 2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 3 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Coriader powder 1 table spoon.
. Oil 2 cup.
. Chopped onion 1.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.

How to cook:-

1. Soak all the dal for 2 hours.
2. Cook the beef with ginger and garlic paste and 1 tea spoon salt for 5 minutes.
3. Add 3 glass water and cook until tander.
4. Add oil,salt,red pepper,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil.
4. Cook dals with 6 glass water.
5. Cook dlea in 2 glass water another pan.
6. When dals tander,grand them and add in the beef 7. Stir it with beavy spoon for combined.
8. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry onion until golden brown.
9. Add onion in the beef.
10. Add garam masala and stir until it thick.
11. Pour in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with grated ginger,green chili, lemon and nan

Spicy Beef Roast

This is eid recipe and cook in every home.This is tasty and nice.This will be ready in 1 hour but take time for marinade.It is for 6-8 serving.

Ingredients:-

.Beef piece 1 kg.
. Vinegar 1/2 cup.
. Kachri powder 2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder 1table spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 bunch.
. Chooped white chana 1 /2 cup.
. Oil 1/2 cup.
. Red food colour 1/2 tea spoon.
. crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
. Yogurt 1cup.

How to cook:-

1. Take cut in the beef with sharp knife.
2. Mix all ingredients in yogurt.
3. Marinade the beef with yogurt mixture and leave for 1 hour.
4. Place the beef in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes on 250 degree.

Beef Kebab with Sesame Seed

These kebabs are for 8 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Beef mince 1 kg.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
. Green chili 8.
. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
. Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
. Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
. Cornflour 2 table spoon.
. Fry sesame seed 1/2 cup.
. Oil for fry.
. Egg 1.
. Bread 2 slice.

How to cook:-

1. Grand the coriander leaves with green chili and set aside.
2. Marinade the mince with all ingredients expect oil.
3. Add coriander leaved and green chili and place the mince in fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Make the kebabs and fry golden brown.

Makhni Daga Kebab

These kebab are so tasty and have a nice taste.These kebabs are for 8 serving and will be reaby in 30 minutes but take time for marinade.

Ingredients;-.

. lamb mince 1 kg.
. Kachri powder 1 tea spoon.
. Fried onion 2.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Ghee 1/2 cup.
. Cornflour 2 table spoon.
. Egg 1.
. Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
. Red pepper 2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.

How go cook:-

1. Chopp  the mince with half fried onion,garlic and ginger powder,salt,red pepper,garam masala, coriander powder,egg,kachri powder,ghee and place in  refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
2. Take 1 punch mince and skrew on seekhs in the shape of kebab.
3. Roll the thread over the kebabs and cook them on angheti golden fry each side.

Put in a sarving plate.open the thread and serve with any sauce:-

Chicken Manchorian Kofta

This is chines dish and have a great taste.This is for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-

. Chicken mince 1/2 kg.
. Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
. Black pepper powder 1tea spoon.
. Refined flour 2 table spoon.
. Corn flour 2 table spoon.
. Vinegar 2 table spoon.
. Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
. Ginger powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
. Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
. Chopped green onion 1cup.

For sauce:-

. Fry and grand onion 1.
. Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
. Ginger powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
. White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
. Oester sauce 2 tea spoon.
. Chili sauce 2 tea spoon.
. water 2 cup.

How to cook:-

1. Mix the mince,onion,garlic and ginger powder, green chili, salt, black pepper, corn and refined flour,soy sauce, vinegar well with hands.
2. Make kofta balls all the mince.
3. Deep fry the kofta for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Heat 1cup oil in a pan and fry ginger powdet for few seconds.
4. Add fry and grand onion,tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add water and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add salt, white pepper, oester sauce, ketchup and fry kofta and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
7. Pour in a serving bowl and serve with rice or nan.


Mutton Broth Rice

This is a good and nice recipe .This dish is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-.

. Mutton 1 kg.
. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
. Ginger paste 1table spoon.
. Chopped onion 2.
. Green chili 6.
. Oil 1 cup.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 1 table spoon.
. garam masala 1table spoon.
. WaTer 6 glass.
. Sugar 2 table spoon.
. Mix dry fruit 1/2 cup.
. Chopped carrot 1.
. sonf 1 tea spoon.
. Small cardamom 6.
. Big cardamom 3.
. Dar cheni 2 pices.
. Long 4.
. Rice 1 kg.

How to cook:-

1. Wash the mutton and cook with garlic, salt and water.
2. Add long , dar cheni, small and big cardamom,sonf  and cook mutton on low heat until mutton tander.
3. Meanwhile soak the rice.
4. When mutton tander remove it from the broth and stain the broth.
5. Heat oil in a big pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
6. Add ginger paste,garam masala , carrot and mutton and cook for 3 minutes.
7. Measure the broth with glass if it less then of 6 glass add water.
8. Add broth in the mutton and 1-1/2 tea spoon salt.
9. When it boil add rice,sugar,dry fruit,stir  and cook on high to medium heat until its water dry.
10. Low the heat and cook rice for 5 minutes on dum.

Serve hot with mint yogurt:-
