Fluffy Mango Banana Cherries Cake

This cake will be ready in 2 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Mango slices 1 cup.
  •  Fresh cherries 1 cup.
  • Pure margarine 2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Mashed banana 1 cup.
  • Self raising flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Polanta flour 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ground almond 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Take a bowl and cream the sugar and margarine.
  2. Add mashed banana and mix well.
  3. After sifting the flour and baking powder,fold into the mixture.
  4. Halved the cherries and add cherries almonds and milk.
  5. Top with mango slices.
  6. Transfer it in baking lined try and bake for  40- 50 minutes on 180 degree.
  7. Covered in the foil for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy:-

Chicken Malae Boti

 This recipe is so yummy and tasty ,try it must then tell me you like it or no.it will take time to get ready 30-40 minutes.it is for 4-6 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Cream 1cup.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Garam masala 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch.
  • Mint leaves few.
How to make.
  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
  4. Add chicken with vinegar and cook on high heat.
  5. Add tomatos cream,,red chili,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,ginger paste and cook on high heat.
  6. When it dry put it in the serving dish and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
Serve with nan:-

 This recipe will be ready in 1 hour.It is for 10 serving.It can eat with tea.

Ingredients;-

  • Beef 2 k.g (whole piece of undercut)
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • White vinegar 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 1o.
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 3 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
How to make;-
  1. With a small knife make small cut on meat.
  2. Put a garlic cloves in each cut.
  3. Mix lemon juice,vinegar,black pepper,salt,brown sugar and apply this mixture on the meat.
  4. Cover with plastic sheet and leave for 12 hours.
  5. Steam it in steamer for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Apply butter and bake for 15 minutes on 300 degree.
Serve hot with any sauce;-

 This tasty dish is  easy to make and will be ready in 40 minutes.it is for 8 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Whole garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Hang 1 pinch.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute,then add butter and green chili and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,salt,zeera,coriander powder,hang and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add minced and milk and mix well.
  6. Add tomato paste,lemon juice, sugar and cook for 10 minutes until it dry.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook until its water dry and leave the oil.
  8. Transfer it in serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves,butter and green chilies.
Serve hot with nan:-

Pineapple Chicken

 This simple pineapple sauce is so delicious and easy to make. pineapple. Pineapple is a source of important vitamins and minerals.with chicken it give so much taste.this recipe is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients;-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Pineapple slices 2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Onion into thin slices 1.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Spring onion 4 into small pieces.
  • Corn flour 1 cup spoon.
For sauce:-
  •  Pineapple juice 2 cup.
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Grated ginger 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. For making the sauce take a bowl and mix 1 table spoon cornflour in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
  2. In another bowl take the remaining pineapple juice and stir in garlic and ginger ,vinegar,soy sauce,sugar,ketchup,black pepper and set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken into cubes and coat in the cornflour and set aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a big fry pan and fry onion  for 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Add the pineapple and pineapple sauce and cook for 10 minutes .
  7. Sprinkle over the spring onion.
  8. Stir in the cornflour and pineapple mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the serving bowl and serve hot:-

Chicken Potato Onion Pakora

 This tasty pakora can eat any time when you feel hungery yourself.With coke its taste become so much.This recipe is for 4 serving and it will take time to get ready 30 minutes only.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Bason 1/3 kg.
  •  Potato into long slices 1/4kg.
  • Onion into long slices 4.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Oil for deep fry.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inch cubes.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the chicken,bason,onion,potato,baking powder,red pepper,garam masala,coriander powder,salt,green chili and mint and coriander leaves with some water.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pakora until brown.
Garnish with salad and sprinkle  chat masala:-

These  kebabs are so tasty and can eat any time.i keep it ready in my freezer every time ,Children like to eat them at school lunch.These kebab can eat 10 person and will be ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb minced 1 kg.
  • Fat 1 cup.
  • Chopped pomegranate 1.
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 6.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato 3.
  • Oil 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix chopped onion,eggs,corn flour.
  2. Add minced,fat,red pepper powder,salt,coriander powder,chopped pomegranate,pomegranate seeds,chopped green chili,garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Make balls with hand and press them with hand.
  4. Cut the tomato in round pieces and put one slice on every kabab and press.
  5. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the kababs golden brown.

Chicken Kachori

 This recipe  is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Kachori wraps 12.
  •  Boiled and crushed chicken 3 cup.
  • Boiled and mashed potato 2 cup.
  • Cumin seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam  masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon./
  • Besan 2table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make:-
  1.  Take a bowl and combined chicken,potato,salt,black pepper powder,red pepper powder,Besan,green chili,ginger paste well.
  2. Take a 1 wrap and place the 2tablespoon of batter in the center.
  3. Shape it of the kachori and seal the top.
  4. Make all the kachori same.
  5. Heat the oil in apan andfry the kachori for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with mint yogurt:-

Chicken Cauliflower Soup

 This soup is for 5 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.It is a diet soup.you can loose weight from this.At the lunch you drink 3-4 cup of this soup.
 
  Ingredients:-
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup.
  • Chicken broth 2 cup.
  • Vegetable oil 2 table spoon.
  • Thinly sliced of onion  1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 /2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped cauliflower 3 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon..
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped parsley 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion for 5 minutes or until it soft.
  2. Add garlic paste and fry for30 seconds.
  3. Add in cauliflower and chicken broth and 2 cup of water.
  4. Bring to a boil,then low the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken,black pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
  6. Beat eggs and stir in the soup for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle over the parsley.

These club sandwich are so tasty and make quickly. These will be ready in 30 minutes and for 2 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Bread slices 6.
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined flour 3 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a fry pan and heat the oil.
  2. Fry refined flour for 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk,chicken,salt and black pepper and fry it for 2 minutes or until it thick.
  4. Remove from the heat,
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the 3 bread slices,then layer the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover them other 3 slices and press wit hand slowly.
Serve with ketchup tea or drink:-

Chicken Cheese Roll

This is so delicious dish and make in 1 hour.It is for 4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
  • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
  3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
  5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
  7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
  8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
  10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.
Serve hot:-

 chocolate has been on the end of a lot of bad press because of its fat content, and its consumption has been associated with acne, obesity, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and diabetes.these cookies make in 40 minutes and for 24 cookies.

Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 1/2 kg.
  • Caster sugar 1 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Lemon oil 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder  1 tea spoon.
  • Chocolate 2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and beat the butter and sugar well.
  2. Add lemon oil and beat again for 30 seconds.
  3. Add egg and beat for 20 seconds.
  4. Take another bowl and mix flour,almond and baking powder.
  5. Mix it in the butter mixture and some milk and make the dough.
  6. Roll the dough on surface place about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Cut the dough into 2 inch round shape.
  8. Lined the 2 baking try with parchment and place the cut dough in it.
  9. Bake it for 15-20 minutes on 350 degree.
  10.  Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
  11. When cool,melt the chocolate in microwave and half dip the biscuits into chocolate and leave to set in the baking try in a cool place.

Oreo Ice Box Cake

This cake easy to make and so tasty.
It will be ready in 1 hour but take time for chill.
It is for 6 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Jello Oreo pudding mix (8.4 once).
  • Milk 3-1/2 cup.
  • Frozen whipped topping 1 container.(8 once0.
  • Chopped Oreos 12.
  • Chocolate graham crackers.1 package.(14 once).
  • Prepared chocolate frosting 1 can.(16 once0.
How to make:-
  1.  Beat the pudding and milk with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
  2. Fold  in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Add in the chopped Oreos and combined gently.
  4. Take a 9 by 13 inch baking pan and layer the  graham crackers.
  5. Spread half pudding over the crackers.
  6. Layer the crackers.
  7. Top with remaining pudding.
  8. Finely layer of graham crackers.
  9. Melt the frosting in microwave for 30 seconds and spread over the whole cake and cover the crackers.
  10. Chill for 5 hours before serve.

Peanut Butter Almond Cake with Chocolate Chip

Ingredients for cake:-
  •  Chocolate fudge cake mix 1 box.
  • Jell-o instant chocolate pudding medium package.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Sour cream 1 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Sweet chocolate chips 10.
 For frosting:-
  •  Butter 1 cup.
  • Peanut butter 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 3-1/2 cup.rushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all cake ingredients well .
  2. Grease the 12x18 jelly roll pan and bake for 25 minutes on 350 degree.
  3. Remove from oven and leave for cool.
  4. Cut your  cake into 3 pieces  with round cookies cutter.
  5. For make the frosting cream the butter and add vanilla extract,peanut butter and beat well.
  6. Add sugar one by one 1 cup and eat each time.
  7. Cover with frosting all layer of the cake .

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Baking soda 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Dark brown sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • Smooth butter 3/4 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Unwrapped chocolate cookies 30.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and sift together the flour,salt and baking soda.
  2. Take another bowl and pour in the 3/4 cup sugar.
  3. Combined the remaining sugar,brown sugar,peanut butter and butter in stand mixer bowl and beat for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat.
  5. Add vanilla extract and beat for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in flour mixture and just combined.
  7. Roll the dough into walnut-size balls.
  8. Roll the balls in sugar and arrange on the 2 baking sheets.
  9. Leave about 2 inches between cookies.
  10. Bake them between the upper and lower racks about halfway through baking until just starting to brown about 8-10 minutes.
  11. Remove the cookies from the oven and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each.
  12. Cool the cookies on baking sheets for 10 minutes,then transfer on wire rack for cool.

  • Sugar 3 cup.
  • Milk 1 litter.
  • Butter 1 cup,
  • Small cardamoms 4-6.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachiou 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Beat the eggs well.
  2. Add in the sugar and beat again.
  3. Boiled the milk in a pan and add in the small cardamoms,and egg mixture.
  4. Stir it after every 2 minutes.
  5. When it leave water stir it and cook until it thick.
  6. Add crushed almonds and pistachiou.

Frying batter:-

  • Cold water 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
 For orange sauce:-
  •  Orange juice 1/2 cup.
  • Orange zest 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken broth 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce    2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Dry sherry 1/2 cup.
  • Cornstarch 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix orange sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. For make the frying batter take a large bowl and beat eggs one by one.
  3. Add refined flour,cornstarch,oil,salt,cold water and beat well.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken one by one until golden.
  6. Fry the garlic in 1 table spoon oil and stir in orange sauce and bring it to simmer.
  7. Toss it in the deep fry chicken and stir until sauce absorbed and become thick.

Chicken Bryani

 This delicious bryani is so tasty and will be ready in 1 hour.
It is for 6-8 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Rice 1 kg.
  • Potato 2.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Onion in slices 2.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Mix pickle 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 10.
  • Cinnamon 4 piece of 1 inch.
  • Cardamoms 4.
  • Cloves 4.
  • Oil 1cup.
  • Bay leaves 4.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Saffron strands  5.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes into 6 pieces each.
  2. Sprinkle salt over them.
  3. Fry them in deep oil.
  4.  Washed the rice and soaked for 1/2 hour before cook.
  5. Dissolved the saffron in 1/4 cup warm milk.
  6. Take a skillet and heat the 1 cup oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes until brown.
  7. Remove the onion from the skillet and set aside.
  8. Add cinnamon,cloves,garlic and ginger,cardamoms,bay leaves,peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
  9. Cook in the chicken until chicken gives out its own juices.
  10. Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Add the green chilies,cinnamon powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Stir in the yogurt and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  13. Cook until the oil separates from the meat.
  14. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  15. Cook until the chicken tender.Take a pan and parboil the rice until the grains are half cooked.
  16.  Strain the rice.
  17. Sprinkle the rice over the mutton,
  18. Add fried potato and mix pickle over the rice.
  19. Sprinkle saffron milk over the rice.
  20. Cover the skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Serve with mint yogurt and salad :-.

  • Butter 1 cup.
 How to make:-
  1.  Peel the apples and cut it into cubes.
  2. Take a large bowl and add apples,lemon juice,2 table spoon flour,4 table spoon sugar and mix them gently.
  3. Add strawberries and stir in.
  4. Take the custard bowls and fill with the mixture.
  5. Take a bowl and mix 1 cup refined flour,salt,sugar and butter with electric mixer.
  6. Top the custard with this mixture.
  7. Lined the baking sheet with parchment paper and place on the custard cups.
  8. Bake them for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
Serve warm:-

It is so sweet and delicious and make easy.

  Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 litter.
  • Sugar 2 cup..
  • Wheat grains 1/2 cup.
  • White flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Small cardamoms 6.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachio 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1.  Soak the wheat grains overnight.
  2. Drain the grains water and dry it,then  grind the grains.
  3. Mix the wheat grains and white flour in a bowl.
  4. Boiled the milk and stir in the wheat grain mixture and cook for a little time.
  5. Add in the  1 tea spoon of lemon salt and curdle the milk.
  6. Now the water and milk will separated.
  7. Do not mix much.
  8. When its color changed,add in the small cardamoms powder and sugar.
  9. Let cook stirring spoon.
  10. Add butter and cook until it leaves oil and its color become brown.
  11. Take a deep try and pure it in it and leave it for cool.
  12. When it cool cut it into pieces and garnish with almonds and pistachio.

Chicken Dil Soup

This soup is for 5-6 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes,


Ingredients:-
  • Kosher dill pickle juice 1 cup.
  • Kosher dill pickles  in small diced 1-1/2 cup.
  • Potatoes into cubes 4 cup.
  • Chicken broth 2 cup.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  •  Dried dill 1 tea spoon.
  • Sour cream 2 table spoon.
  • Shredded cheese 1-1/2 cup.
  • Grated carrot 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion into diced /2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
How to make:-
  1.  Take a saucepan and heat the 2 table spoon olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the salt,garlic paste and black pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the pickle juice,chicken ,chicken broth,potatoes and carrot,pickles and dill.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat until potato tender.
  5. Pour 1 cup of soup in the blender and blend it for 30 seconds,then pour in the saucepan.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and cream and cook until cheese melt.
  7. Beat the egg and stir in it.
  8. Sprinkle over the chopped pickles and cheese.

  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 3.
  • Creamy peanut butter 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup.
  • Roasted chopped peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Jam 1/2 cup which you like.
For frosting:-
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Creamy peanut  butter 1 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk the flour,salt,baking soda and baking powder.
  2.  Cream butter and sugar with mixer until fluffy.
  3. Mix in peanut butter on low speed.
  4. Add eggs one by one.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract,sour cream and roasted peanut and beat just until combined.
  6. Take muffin pans and lined with paper.
  7. Transfer the batter in muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes on 375 degree.
  9. Leave them for cool before removing cupcakes.
  10. For make the frosting beat cream cheese and confectioners,sugar until fluffy.
  11. Add salt,peanut butter and vanilla and beat until combined.
  12. In another bowl whisk cream until medium-stiff peaks form.
  13. Fold cream into peanut butter mixture,use immediately or refrigerate.
  14. Spread frosting over each cupcake with spatula.
  15. Dollop about 1 tea spoon jelly in to each well.

  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.

  • Onion in large cutting 1 cup.
  • Chicken broth 2 cup.
  • Honey mustard 1/4 cup.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Apple in chunks 2 cup.
  • Refined flour 1 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Fresh and chopped parsley 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1.  Cut the chicken into 4 inches size.
  2. Season the chicken with  1 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown about 5 minutes each side.
  4.  Transfer the chicken in a plate.
  5. Heat some more oil and fry the onion and apple for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  7. Cook until it tender.
  8. Mix the broth with honey mustard and add in the skillet.
  9. Add the chicken and transfer the skillet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  10. Mix the flour and butter well.
  11. Transfer the chicken,apples,onion in the plate with the slotted spoon.
  12. Whisk the half mixture of butter and flour in the skillet and cook until it thick ,if need add remaining butter and flour mixture.
  13. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle over the parsley.

  • Pineapple 1 tin.
  • Pineapple essence 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Pineapple jelly 1 packet.
  • Condensed milk 1 packet.
  • Strawberry for garnish.
  • Cream 250 gram.
How to make:

  1. Cut the pieces of pineapple.
  2. Put 2 slice big.
  3. Make jelly and freeze well.
  4.  Beat the condensed milk.
  5. Beat the cream too.
  6. Mix pineapple,pineapple essence,condensed milk,cream well and freeze for 2 hours.

  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Boiled eggs 6.

  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 1 minute,then add butter and green chili and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,salt,zeera,coriander powder,hang and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add minced and milk and mix well.
  6. Add tomato paste,lemon juice, sugar and cook for 10 minutes until it dry.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and cook until its water dry and leave the oil.
  8. Transfer it in serving bowl and garnish with boiled egg, fresh mint and coriander leaves,butter and green chilies.

  • Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Grated lemon 1.
  • Lemon zest of 1 lemon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Asian sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Boiled Peas 1 cup.
  •  Boiled potato in cubes 1 cup.
  • Fresh and chopped mint and coriander leaves for garnish.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a saucepan and  cook the honey,sugar,soy sauce,asian sauce,fish sauce,garlic paste,lemon juice,lemon zest in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Take a nonstick fry pan and cook the chicken with 2 table spoon of water on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Stir it in the peas,potato and mixture and cook for 12-15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Chicken Bread

These bread slices can eat at breakfast time and tea time,also eat as school lunch and for  guest.These slices are for 4-6 serving and will be ready in   40 minutes.

 Ingredients:-
  • 12-14 bread pieces.
  • 2 breast chicken.
  • 2 cup water.
  • 2 egg beaten.
  • 1 tea spoon ginger,garlic paste.
  • Oil for oiling.
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
How to make:-

  1. Boil chicken in water by adding salt, black pepper,and garlic,ginger paste.
  2. When chicken is boil shred it.
  3. Beat egg and some cornflour,salt and black pepper in it and beat well.
  4. add shredded chicken in beats egg mixture.
  5. spread it on the bread pieces.
  6. Heat the oil in a fry pan.
  7. Fry the bread pieces each side until golden brown.

Garlic has been used as a food and medicine for more than five thousand years.garlic is treated in the kitchen can affect its cancer-fighting properties.

Ingredients:-
  • Plane flour 1/2 kg.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Warm milk  1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Caster sugar 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Ghee 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the salt,flour,baking powder,sugar.
  2. Whisk the warm milk,egg,yogurt in a bowl.
  3. Add flour mixture in it and stir until combined.
  4. Transfer onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer the dough on floured surface and and 1/4 cup of ghee and knead it for 5 minutes or until ghee is incorporated in the dough well.
  7. Fry the garlic in the remaining ghee for 1 minute and remove from the ghee.
  8. Divide the dough into 8 place.
  9. Press each piece in the shape of nan or in which shape you like.
  10. Sprinkle over the sesame seed and garlic equele .
  11. Bake the nan for 6-8 minutes on 250 degree.
  12. Remove the nan and brush it with ghee.

  • Grilled mushrooms slices 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Square spring roll wrapper 8-10.
For sauce:-
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined carrots,potato,green chili,cabbage, cucumber,onion,salt,red pepper powder,black pepper powder and grilled mushrooms.
  2. Make the rolls with this mixture.
  3. For make the sauce mix soy sauce,vinegar,olive oil,sesame seed,green chili,garlic in a bowl and pour in serving bowl.
  4. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the rolls in deep oil until golden brown.

  • Onion into diced 2 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Tomato into diced 1 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Peeled and fried almonds 1 cup.
  • Lemon in to slices 2.
How to cook:-
  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt,salt,garam masala,red pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,cinnamon powder and put in the freezer for 12 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and melt in the butter.
  3. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low heat.
  6. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes .
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Add the pineapple slices, fried almonds,lemon sliced and fresh coriander leaves and cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Pour in the serving dish and serve with nan.

  • Cucumber 1  (cut into slices)

How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Wash the chicken well and add in the pan .
  4. Stir in the salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minute.
  6. Add tomato paste and green chili and cook until it  dry.
  7. Stir in the mustard powder and red pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add 1/4 cup water.
  9. Beat the yogurt and add in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes until it leave oil.
  10. Add 1 cup water and cook until it tender.
  11. When it tender dry its water  and remove from the heat.
  12. Pour in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the garam masala.
  13. Cut the eggs into half and garnish the chicken .
  14. Sprinkle over the coriander and mint leaves.

Sweet Banana Sandwich

  • Banana 2.
  • Creamy peanut butter 1 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Heavy cream 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil for frying 1 cup.
  • Sugar powder 2 table spoon.
  • Bread slices 8-10.
How to make;-
  1. Spread a layer of peanut butter on each slice.
  2. Set aside 4 slice.
  3. Cut the bananas into small pieces and place over the 4 slice.
  4. Drizzle the honey on the other 4 bread slices.
  5. Place the honey slices over the banana slices .
  6. Take a bowl and add vanilla,cream,cinnamon powder,salt,eggs and beat with fork.
  7. Heat olive oil in fry pan .
  8. Dip sandwich in batter one by one and fry each side for 3 minutes or until golden.
  9. Place in a serving plate and cut into halve.
  10. Drizzle over the sugar and butter.

  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. For making the sauce take a bowl and mix 1 table spoon cornflour in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
  2. In another bowl take the remaining pineapple juice and stir in garlic and ginger ,vinegar,soy sauce,sugar,ketchup,black pepper and set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken into cubes and coat in the cornflour and set aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a big fry pan and fry onion  for 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes each side.
  6. Add the pineapple and pineapple sauce and cook for 10 minutes .
  7. Sprinkle over the spring onion.
  8. Stir in the cornflour and pineapple mixture and cook for 1 minute.

  • Paprika powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.(press it and drain its whole water.)
  • Tomato 1.
  •  Oil 1 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Grand the minced,Add eggs one by one,salt,red pepper,cumin powder,white pepper,garam masala,salt and 1/2 cup oil and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Grand the ginger,garlic,onion, tomato, cheese, coriander and mint leaves,paprika powder,cornflour with lemon juice.
  3. Mix this mixture in the minced well.
  4. Make the balls of the minced.
  5. Skewer the balls,wet your hands and spread the balls by pressing each along the lenght of the skewers to make it long kebabs and place them on the grill.
  6. Grille them for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree.
  7. Grease with butter in the half time.

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Bread crumbs 3  pieces.
  • Coconut flour 1/4 -1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to cook;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 1 egg,1/2 cup coconut flour,soy sauce,salt,onion and garlic powder in the chicken minced.
  2. Make nuggets of mixture.
  3. Pour egg in a bowl and mix red pepper in it.
  4.  Mix coconut flour and bread crumbs another bowl.
  5. Dip the nuggets in egg,then in crumbs.
  6. Again dip the nuggets in egg,then in crumbs.
  7. Bake the nuggets for 15 minute.
  8. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry nuggets for 3 minutes each side.
Serve with any sauce;-

  • Golden mix dry fruit 1 cup.
  • Pineapple 1 cup.
  • Red pomegranate 1/2 cup.
  • Carrot 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled potato 1 cup.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Mayonnaise   1 cup.
How to make:
  1. Cut the green onion,carrot,apple,pineapple,and potato in small size.
  2. Take a bowl and mix cream,mayonnaise,black pepper and brown sugar in it.
  3. Add chicken,green onion,carrot,pineapple,potato in it.
  4. In the last garnish with salad leaves,pomegranate and dry fruit.

Chicken Potatoes Cutlet

These patties give taste at tea time.they can use as children lunch at school.you can make burger with it any time.these delicious patties are for 4 serving and will be ready only 30 minutes.with almonds it become healthy and crunchy.
 Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Potatoes 2.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander seed 2 table spoon.
  • Pomegranate seed 2 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh mint and leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Almond 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry. 
How to make:-
  1. Boiled and shredded the chicken.
  2. Boiled and  mashed the potato.
  3. Take a bowl and mix chicken,potato,salt,black and red chili powder,coriander seed,pomegranate seed,zeera,coriander and mint leaves,ginger and garlic powder,onion.
  4. Make patties all the batter.
  5. Press 3 almond in each pattie.
  6. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. Beat the eggs.
  8. Heat the oil in a fry pan.
  9. Roll the patties in the bread crumbs,then dip in egg and fry until golden.
Serve hot with any sauce:-
 

Chicken Rice with Vegetable

 I love these peanut and vegetable rice.these are full of energy and give taste so much.peanut make these rice different.you can use also almonds in rice for a new flavor.these rice are for 10 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients;-
  • Boiled white rice 1 kg.
  • Boiled chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chicken broth 1 cup.
  • Chinese pea pods 3 cup.
  • Red bell pepper into strips 2 cup.
  • Carrot into strips 2 cup.
  • Onion into long slices 1.
  • Tomato into pieces 2.
  • Boiled peas 2 cup.
  • Boiled potato into strips 2 cup.
  • Cabbage 2 cup.
  • Green onion 2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 3 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • All spice masala 1 table spoon.
  • Creamy peanut butter 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Peanut 1 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Fresh mint leaves 1/2 bunch.
 How to cook:-
  1. Take a big pan and heat the oil.
  2. Fry onion for 3 minutes,then add tomato,garlic and ginger paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the boiled potato,carrot,cabbage,peas,red bell pepper,chinese pea pod and stir it.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes ,then add salt,red pepper powder,garam masala,chopped green chili,chopped mint and coriander leaves,soy sauce and vinegar.
  5. Add boiled chicken and chicken broth and remove from the heat.
  6. Grease a big pan and layer the 1 third of boiled rice,then layer the 1/2 of the batter.
  7. Again layer the rice ,then layer the remaining batter.
  8. Top with remaining rice and cover the pan.
  9. Sprinkle the peanut each layer.
  10. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  11. Remove from the heat and stir the rice.
  12. Pour in the serving dish and top with peanut butter.
Serve hot and enjoy:-

Beaf Sandwich

 Good healthy food in italian recipes.It will be ready in 3-1/3 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Top round with fat cap 4 pound.
  • Salt 2 table spoon.
  •  Italian seasoning 1/2 cup.
  • Black pepper 2 table spoon.
  • Canola oil 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 1 cup.
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup.
  • Red chili flakes 1 tea spoon.
  • Paprika 1 table spoon.
  • Cayenne 1 tea spoon.
  • Bay leaves 2.
  • Beef stock 1 cup.
  • Sourdough baguette rolles halved,toasted.
  • Chopped giardiniera vinaigrette vegetables.
  • Jarred red sweet peppers 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Marinade the meat with dry ingredients and leave for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take a roasting pan and place the meat in it.
  3. Add canola oil,,onions and garlic cloves and saute for 15 minutes.
  4. Add worcestershire sauce,bay leaves and beef stock.
  5. Roast it for 3 hours on 375 degree.
  6. Let it cool,then cut in thin slices.
  7. Cool broth in the pan and remove the fat from the top.
  8. Reheat the broth and add in the meat slices.
  9. Place some meat on each toasted roll.
  10. Ladle with some broth and top with giardiniera vegetables and red peppers.

Mango Falooda with Vanilla ice Cream

Prevents Cancer: Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers.  This cold dish will be ready in 1 hour and is for 4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Mango puree 1 cup.
  • Falooda sev 1 cup.
  • Mango pieces 1 cup.
  • Mango flavored jello 1 cup.
  • Chilled mango custard 1 cup.
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup.
  • Basil/sabza/tukmania seeds 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped cashews 10.
  • Raisins 10.
  • Chopped nuts 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Put the serving ice glasses in the freezer.
  2.  Take enough water in a bowl and soak in basilll/sabza/tukmania seeds and leave them until absorb ,then place in the refrigerator.
  3. Boil the water in a pan and cook falooda sev.
  4. Drain excess water and add chilled water to stop further cooking ofsev.
  5. Place in the refrigerator.
  6. Take the glasses and set the mango jelly,then layer the mango custard,then mango pieces,then mango folooda sev,then by swollen basil seeds and then add a big spoon of mango puree,cashews and raisins.
  7. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  8. Top with vanilla flavor ice cream and chopped nuts.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves.

Strawberry Up and Down Cream Cake

Ingredients:-
  • All purpose flour 1/1/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Butter 1/4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • White sugar 1/2 cup.
  •   Strawberry 1 cup cut into  halved.
How to make:-
  1. Take a 8 inch square pan and melt 1/4 cup butter.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
  3. Arrange strawberries halves,cut side down,in pan.
  4. Take a large bowl and cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add egg and beat.
  6. Stir flour and baking powder and salt.
  7. Add cream mixture in flour mixture with milk and beat well.
  8. Spread the batter over the strawberries.
  9. Bake it for 30-35 minutes on 350 degree.
  10. Remove the cake from the oven and leave for 5 minutes for cool,then transfer into the serving platter.
