Chicken Meat Balls

This tasty dish will b ready in 40 minutes and is for 6-8 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Ground chicken 1 kg.
  • Egg 1.
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup.
  • Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Green onion 1/2 cup finely diced.
  • Garlic powder 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger poeder 1 table spoon.
  • Honey 3 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 3 table spoon.
  • Tamari 3 table spoon.
  • Sesame seds 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 cup for garnish.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix ground chicken,bread crumbs,garlic and ginger powder,salt,green onion,red pepper,garam masala well and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls all the mixture.
  3. Bake the chicken balls in oven on 350 degree for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour them in the large skillet.
  5. Take a bowl and mix honey,vinegar and tamari and drizzle on the meat balls.
  6. Cook the meat balls on medium to low heat.
  7. Stirring after every 2 minutes.
  8. Cook until mixture beings to steam.
  9. Remove from the heat .
  10. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Chicken Soup in only 20 minutes

In winter when we feel cool,we want to eat warm cood ,then we want auickly food.In this occasion i like chicken soup.This give heat and it is so tasty.It is usefull in flue and cold.It will be ready in 20 - 25 minutes and can eat 8 person.

Ingredients:-

. Chicken 1 kg.
. Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
. Black  pepper  powder  2 tea spoon.
. Green chili 3.
. Vinegar  1/2 cup.
. Soy sauce  2 table spoon.
. Cornflour 2 cup.
. Red chili sauce 2 table spoon.
. Egg 3.

How to cook:-

1. Boiled tbe chicken with green chili and salt in 5 glass water in pressure  for 8 minutes.
 2. Stain the broth and boile in a big pan.
3. Shred the chicken and add in the broth.
4. Add vinegar, black  pepper  powder, soysauce.
5. Beat the eggs and add in broth and stir for 30 second.
6. Mix cornflour in 1 cup of water and stir in the soup.
7. Turn off the heat and pour the soup in a serving bowl and serve with red chili sauce .

Potato Cheese Fried Balls

Ingredients;-

  • Potato 1 kg.
  • Corn 1 cup.
  • Cheddar cheese 4 table spoon.
  • Red chili flex 1 tea spoon.
  • Rosemary 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Mozzarella  cheese 1 cup in cubes.
  • Bread crumbs 5-6 pieces.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to make;-
  1. Boil the potato and mash them.
  2. Boil the corn.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan.
  4. Add 1 table spoon refined flour and stir it.
  5. Add milk and stir till it thick.
  6. Put it in a bowl.
  7. Mix potato,corn,red chili flex,ginger and garlic paste,rosemary,salt,white pepper and cheddar cheese and add in mixture.
  8. Make lemon size balls all of the mixture.
  9. Take a ball in hand,press it in center with thumb and put a cube of mozzarella cheese and make again shape of ball.
  10. Ready all balls same and keep them in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  11. Mix 2 table spoon refined flour in some water and make soft paste.
  12. Dip the balls in it ,then roll in bread crumbs and again keep them in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  13. Heat the oil and deep fry balls on medium heat.
Serve with any sauce;-

Sweet Chicken with Fried Vegetable and Rice

This is different and tasty dish.Honey make this so wonderful. This dish will be ready in 40 minutes and can eat 6 persons.

Ingredients:-

. Boneless  chicken 1 kg.
. Olive oil 1 cup.
. Salt 1 tea spoon.
. Black  pepper  powder  1 tea spoon.
. Zeera powder  1/2 tea spoon.
. Honey 1/2 cup.
. Onion 1 into long slices.
. Bell pepper 1 into long slices.
. Carrot 1 into long slices.
. Green chilli 3 into long slices.
. Tomato 2 into long slices.
. Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
. Boiled rice 1/2 kg.

How to cook:-

1. Heat the oil and fry chicken cubes for 5-8 minutes. 2. Transfer the chicken in a bowl.
3. Fry the onion in remaining oil for 2 minutes,then add vegetables and fry for 3 -5 minutes.
4. Add salt,black  pepper  powder, zeera powder, honey and stir for 1 minute.
5. Add chicken and tomato slices and cook for 10 minutes  on low heat.
6. Pour boiled rice in a dish and top with honey chicken.
7. Sprinkle over the sesame seed.

Quickly ready Pratha Roll

I keep chicken kebab,chicken nuggets and chicken hotshot,Dawn prathas in my freezer. When children want to eat something it is easy to make.It will be ready in only 10 minutes.You can use cucumber and onion if you like.

Ingredients;-

. Chicken kebab 6.
. Dawn pratha 3.
. Mayonnaise 3 table spoon.
. Tomato ketchup  3 table  spoon.
. Oil for fry.

How to make:-

1. Heat the oil in a frypan and fry the kebab.
2. In other frypan heat 1 table spoon oil and cook the pratha.
3. Place the pratha in a plate and spread over the 1 table spoon mayonnaise, then 1 table spoon ketchup ,then place the 2 kebabs in the center.
4. Roll the pratha .
5. Make all pratha same.

Serve and enjoy.

Beef Tikka Masala

This dish is so tasty and make on Eid specialy.It will be ready in 15 minutes if it ready for cook.

Ingredients:.

. Boneless beef in 2 inch pieces 2 kg.
. Kuchri powder 2 table  spoon.
. Salt 2 1/2 tea spoos.
. Red peoper powder 3 tea spoon.
. Garam masala 3 tea spoon.
. Coriander  powder  3 tea spoon.
. Oil 1/2 cup.
. Yogurt 1 cup.
. Black  pepper  powder  1 tea spoon.

Bow to cook:.

1. Wash the beef and drain it well.
2. Take a bowl and beat the yogurt.
3. Add salt,red pepper, garam masala, black  pepper, coriander  powder, oil,kuchri powder  in the yogurt.
4. Marinate the beef with this batter and place in fridge for 6-8 hour.
5. Skrew tbe beef tikka on sticks and cook on anghetee both sides untill it look brown.

Fried Chicken in Honey


It can be used as an antioxidant, it has antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, it boosts athletic performance, and it is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. Milk and honey are used by many for their skin care benefits.This dish will be make in 30 minutes and is for 4 serving.

Ingredients:-


Oil 4 table spoon.
Lemon 2.
Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg  4 inches long.
Chili 4.
Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
Chopped onion 1 in long size.
Chopped green onion 4 in long size.
Salsa 1 cut in long 2 inches pieces.
Shredded chaddar cheese.
Salt 1 tea spoon.
Sweet red pepper 1/2.
Vinegar 2 tea spoon.
Honey 2 table spoon.

How to cook:-

  1. Mix 2 tea spoon oil,lemon juice,vinegar in the chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry onion .
  3. Add garlic past,salt,chili, red pepper,chopped green onion,sweet red pepper in it.
  4. Add salsa and honey in the chicken and cook it for 10 minutes.

Chocolate Milk with Almonds and Cinnamon

  Chocolate is made from tropical Theobroma cacao tree seeds.Almonds are a good source of trace minerals, including magnesium and phosphorus, which is a crucial nutrient for building and maintaining strong teeth and bones.This milk will be ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Almond milk 4 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1 table spoon for garnish.
  • Cinnamon sticks 2 (cut in long split size).
  •  Cocoa powder 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped dark chocolate 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk and cinnamon.
  2. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cinnamon sticks and wash them and set aside.
  4. Stir in chocolate,sugar,salt,cocoa and whisk until mixture is foamy about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks and chopped almonds.

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
  • Bread crumbs 3  pieces.
  • Coconut flour 1/4 -1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
How to cook;-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 1 egg,1/2 cup coconut flour,soy sauce,salt,black and white pepper powder,onion and garlic powder in the chicken minced.
  2. Make cutlet of the mixture.
  3. Pour egg in a bowl and mix red pepper in it.
  4.  Mix coconut flour and bread crumbs another bowl.
  5. Dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
  6. Again dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
  7. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
  8. Bake the cutlet for 15 minutes.
  9. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry cutlet for 3 minutes each side.

  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup/
  • Blackstrap molasses 2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Blend the almonds i processor.
  2. Add shredded coconut,coconut oil,almond butter,coconut flour,vanilla extract,blackstrap and blend until it forms a textured paste.
  3. Take a baking pan and lined it with wax paper and pour the mixture in it.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate in microwave.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator again for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut it in pieces and store in a plastic container in the refrigerator.

  • Almond paste 1 cup.
  • Butter into 2 inch cubes 1 cup.
  • Almond extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Confectioners sugar for dusting.
  • Eggs 6. 
 How to make:-
  1. Peel the apple and cut them in thin slices from stem to bottom.
  2. Take a 9 inch cake pan and butter it and lined with parchment paper.
  3. Dust the pan with flour too.
  4. Place the apple and banana slices  in tight concentric circles until covered the pan' bottom.
  5. Take a bowl and whisk 3/4 cup flour,salt and baking powder and set aside.
  6. Grand the sugar,almond paste,1/4 cup flour in food processor until combined well.
  7. Add the butter cubes one by one and grand well.
  8. Add the almond and vanilla extract and grand until batter is smooth and light.
  9. Add eggs one by one and beat each time.
  10. Add half of the dry ingredients and grand few seconds.
  11. Add the remaining dry ingredients and grand few seconds.
  12. Pour the batter over the apple in the pan.
  13. Bake it in the center of the oven for 50-70 minutes on 325 degree ,it depend on your oven.
  14. Run the knife around the perimeter of the pan and leave it for cool.
  15. Transfer it on cake rack and dust it with sugar.

Chicken Beans

This dish is so famous and delicious.This will be ready in 1 hour and is for 6 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Trimmed green beans 1/2 kg.
  • Onion in sliced 1.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 2 tea spoon.
  • Hot pepper sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Zest and lemon juice 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix 3 table spoon olive oil,zest and lemon juice,garlic,sugar and hot sauce well.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup in the bowl and set aside.
  3. Cut the chicken in cubes.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and marinate in sauce for 30 minutes.
  5. Take a large saucepan and cook the beans in salted water until tender,drain.
  6. Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken for 5 minutes each side.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining marinade.
  8. Cover to keep warm.
  9. Heat the grill pan and grill the onion in 1 table spoon olive oil for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Transfer to the serving plate.
  12. Lightly toss the chicken with the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

  1. Pour salt,lemon juice on the chicken and place in refrigerator.
  2. After 1 hour wash it and dry on the paper.
  3. Take a bowel and make the paste of tomato paste,tomato ketchup,soy,white and red pepper,pineapple juice,chat masala and salt.
  4. Paste it on the chicken.
  5. Grill the chicken,pineapple,green onion and capsicum on grilled sticks,then fry in oil for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour spagathi in a dish,then sticks.

Fried Chicken and Mushrooms Bites

 mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron.This dish will be ready in 1 hour and for 6-8 serving.

Ingredients;-
  • Butter 1 table spoon.
  •  Boneless skinless chicken breasts  1 kg. 
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.  
  •  Spring onions 3 cut in slice.
  •  Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Button mushrooms 350 gram.
  • Small bunch of parsley cut in slices.
  • Springs of thyme few.
  • Plain flour 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken stock 150 ml.
  • Cream 150 ml.
  • Dijon mustard 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
How to cook;-
  1. Preheat the oven to low to keep the chicken warm later.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Reduce the heat and cover the fry pan and cook chicken more for 8 minutes.
  6. When the juice of chicken dry,transfer it in a dish and keep warm.
  7. Fry the button mushrooms,onions.garlic paste on medium heat for 4 minutes until it softened.
  8. Stir the flour in the pan and cook for 1 minutes,add the stock and bring to boil,stirring constantly.
  9. Cook the mushroom sauce for 3 minutes,reduce the heat and add cream,parsley,thyme and mustard and stir well,add chicken breasts,and any juices to the pan and heat gently for 3 minutes.
  10.  Put the cooked breasts onto warmed plates and spoon over the mushroom.

  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1 table spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground all spice 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Buttermilk 1/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk together flour,sugars,ginger powder,cinnamon powder,baking soda,nutmeg,all spice and set aside.
  2. Take another bowl and combined the mashed potato,vanilla extract,oil,eggs,sesame seed and buttermilk well.
  3. Pour in flour mixture and stir until mix.
  4. Take a oven pan and grease it with oil and pour batter in it.
  5. Smooth out the top with spoon and bake for 70 minutes on 350 degree.
  6. Transfer it on wire rack for cool.
  7. Cut it in slices with sharp knife and eat it with any sauce.

Sweet Healthy Rice

 These sweet rice are so tasty and eat after lunch or dinner as a sweet dish.These rice will be ready in 30 minutes.These are for 5 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Rice 1/2 kg.
  • Water 1/2 kg.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Cardamom 5.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed pistachio 1/4 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the water in a pan.
  3. Add the half butter and cardamom.
  4. Add rice and stir to combine.
  5. Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and remaining butter and stir it.
  7. Pour in a bowl and add milk and sprinkle over the almonds and pistachio.

Creamy Fruit Custard

Ingredients:-

  • Peach into slices 3 cup.
  • Mango into slices 3 cup.
  • Blue berry 1 cup.
  • Banana slices 1 cup.
  • Cream cheese 4 cup.
  • Heavy cream 2 cup.
  • Food cake 1.
  • Crushed almond 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup-2/3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and heat the lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar and stir until it dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the almond extract.
  4. Cut the fruit cake in 1 inches pieces.
  5.  Cover the each side of cake pieces with the lemon,sugar mixture with the brush.
  6. Cut the each slice of cake into 1 inches cubes.
  7. If remain the lemon juice keep it aside.
  8. Beat the cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until it smooth.
  9. Add the heavy cream and still continuing the mixer until the mixture is smooth.
  10. Take a glass bowl and layer the 1/3 of the cake cubes in the bottom of the bowl.
  11. Sprinkle with a layer of  the 1/3 of the mango cubes,then 1/3 of the cream.
  12. Layer the 1/3 of the peach cubes.
  13. Again layer the 1/3 of the cake,then 1/3 of the mangoes,then 1/3 the cream.
  14. Layer the peach cubes.
  15. If you had lemon juice,drizzle on this layer.
  16. Repeat the layer of remaining cake,then mango,then cream,spread it out evenly.
  17. Top the last layer of peach cubes,then cover with the cream.
  18. Cover with foil paper and refrigerate for 2 hour.
Serve cool:

  • Mutton minced 1 kg.
  • Cottage cheese 1/4 kg.
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon.
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Paprika powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.(press it and drain its whole water.)
  • Tomato 1.
  •  Oil 1 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Grand the minced,Add eggs one by one,salt,red pepper,cumin powder,white pepper,garam masala,salt and 1/2 cup oil and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Grand the ginger,garlic,onion, tomato, cheese, coriander and mint leaves,paprika powder,cornflour with lemon juice.
  3. Mix this mixture in the minced well.
  4. Make the balls of the minced.
  5. Skewer the balls,wet your hands and spread the balls by pressing each along the lenght of the skewers to make it long kebabs and place them on the grill.
  6. Grille them for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree.
  7. Grease with butter in the half time.

  • Bread 8 slice.

For peanut sauce;-
  • Peanut 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 table spoon.
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
  1. Mix together peanut,honey,red chili sauce,soy sauce and salt .
  2. Marinate chicken with this paste and leave for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in fry pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
For peanut sauce;-
  1. Heat oil and cook together tomato ketchup,water,crushed garlic,chili sauce and honey for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a bread piece and spread some sauce on it then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.
  3. In the last spread roasted peanut .
  4. Prepare all pieces of bread and bake for 10 minutes on 250 degree.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:-

  • Unsalted butter 1 cup to be browned.
  • Chilled unsalted butter 1/2 cup,cut into tiny pieces.
  • All purpose flour 4-1/2 cup.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Dry yeast 1 table spoon.
  • Sea salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
  • Dark chocolate chips 3 cup.
  • Toasted,chopped,walnuts 1 cup 
How to make;-
  
  1. Brown the 1 cup butter,melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. When little brown specks form immediately remove from the heat and pour in a bowl.
  3. In a bowl mix flour and baking soda.
  4. Stir in the yeast,salt,and 1/2 cup cold,cut butter.
  5. In a large bowl beat together the browned butter with the sugars.
  6. Beat eggs and vanilla in the sugar mixture.
  7. On low speed mix dry ingredients into the wet.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  9. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Grease the cooking sheet and drop 1/4 cup mounds of dough onto the sheet..
  11. Leaving plenty of space in between.
  12. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden on 375 degree.
  13. Allow to cool on the sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

  • Bread crumbs of 4 pieces.
  • Egg 2 beaten.
  • Cornflour 3/4 cup.
Ingredients for sauce;-
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato ketchup 1 table spoon.
  • Caster sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion 1cut in sliced.
  • Diced tomato 2.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix rosemary,basil,black pepper,sugar and garlic salt.
  2. Let sit for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornflour then coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Set the chicken in a dish and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a bowl for make sauce and mix water,mustard ketchup,vinegar well.
  6. Heat the oil in large pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until it look light brown.
  7. Fry all the chicken same.
  8. Transfer it in a serving dish.
  9. Heat 1 table spoon oil in fry pan and fry onion with 1 tea spoon salt for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add tomatoes,sugar and sauce,mix well.
  11. Pure the sauce over the chicken.

  • Milk 2 tea spoon.
  • Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon.

 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined butter, 1 1/4 cup sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat each time well.
  3. Add baking powder,vanilla essence,refined flour and beat well.
  4. Add milk in it and mix.
  5. Take a baking try and grease it with butter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon  cinnamon and 1/2 tea spoon  nutmeg.
  7. Place banana slices on it and sprinkle again brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon,cinnamon,1/2 tea spoon nutmeg.
  8. Pure over the batter and top with crushed almonds.
  9.  Bake it for 180 degree for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Add beaten egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves,green chili and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes on low heat until eggs are well done.
  6. Now stir briskly.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour in serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.

  7. When the omelette being to ready sprinkle over the cheddar.
  8. With a spatula fold the omelette in half.
  9. When it start to turn golden brown,remove the pan from the heat.

  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
For the blueberry bits:-
  • Fresh blueberries 1 cup.
  • Mango chunks 2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the whole milk,maple syrup and sugar on medium-low heat.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk the egg yolks until become light and pale yellow color.
  3. Add 1/4 cup warm milk and stir.
  4. Add it into the milk pan and stir for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in heavy cream,salt and butter.
  6. Transfer it in a freezer box and keep it in fridge for 12 hours.
  7. Before churning the ice cream make the blueberry swirl.
  8. Take a small pan and heat the mango chunks,sugar and lemon juice on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  10. Transfer it in your ice cream maker and churn according to the  instructions.
  11. Once the ice cream is done churning,scoop half of the ice cream into a container.
  12. Pour half of the mango chunks over the ice cream.
  13. Again pour the remaining ice cream,then remaining mango chunks over the ice cream.
  14. Gently swirl the blueberries in the ice cream with the wooden spoon.
  15. Keep it in freezer for 12 hours.

Black Forest Cake with Chocolate and Pineapple

For the cake:-

  • Sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Vanilla 2 tea spoon.
  • Whipping cream 2 cup.
  • Chocolate wafer cookies 1 box.
For the filling:-
  • Pineapple in heavy syrup 1 can.
  • Cornstarch 3 table spoon.
  • Sugar 3 table spoon.
For the ganache:-
  • Chopped milk chocolate 1 cup.
  • Heavy cream 1 cup.
Pineapple and chocolate sprinkles for dressing:-

How to make:-
  1. Cut the pineapple in 4 pieces.
  2. Take a saucepan and cook pineapple,sugar and cornstarch until dissolved.
  3. When it thick remove from the heat.
  4. Leave it for cool.
  5. Take a large bowl and pour in whipping cream,vanilla,sugar and beat it until stiff peaks form.
  6. Take a loaf pan  and lined it with plastic wrap.
  7. Spread some of the whipped cream in the bottom of the pan.
  8. Place a row of graham crackers over the whipped cream.
  9. Spread the layer of the pineapple.
  10. Layer the graham crackers,then whipped cream on the top.
  11. Again layer the pineapple filling ,then whipped cream until saucepan covered.
  12. At the end cover with whipped cream.
  13. Keep it in refrigerator overnight.
  14. Take a bowl and pour in the chopped chocolate.
  15. Take a saucepan and heat the cream until boiling,stirring it until a skin from forming.
  16. Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave it for few minutes.
  17. Stir it until the chocolate melted.
  18. Invert the loaf pan over a serving dish to release the cake.
  19. Frost the sides with remaining cream.
  20. Decorate with sprinkles and pour 1/2-2/3 of the ganache on the top.
  21. Leave the remaining ganache for cool.
  22. Whip them with electric beater.
  23. Pipe the whipped ganache on top of the cake in rosettes.
  24. Top with more pineapple.
Serve chill and enjoy:-

  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the onion until golden.
  4. Add chicken with vinegar and cook on high heat.
  5. Add tomatos cream,,red chili,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,ginger paste and cook on high heat.

  • Eggs 2.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Large flake rolled oats 1 cup.
  • Kraft peanut butter with honey 1/2 cup.
  • Granny smith apples 2.
How to make:-
  1. Combine peanut butter,oats in a bowl.
  2. Take a bowl and blend the flour,salt,baking powder,cinnamon,1/2 cup sugar well.
  3. Whisk eggs,milk,oil in a bowl and blend well.
  4. Stir in apples.
  5. Add dry ingredients and blend.
  6. Combine peanut butter,oats and remaining sugar until crumbly.
  7. Lined the muffin cups with paper and spoon half the batter.
  8. Top each with 1 table spoon of mixture.
  9. Cover with remaining batter and  mixture and press with spoon.
  10. Bake it for 20-25 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Transfer it on rack for cool.

Healthy Vegetable and Rice Soup

 Ingredients;-
  • Rice 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Tomatoes slices 1 cup.
  • Chopped carrots 1 cup.
  • Cauliflower 1 cup.
  • Chopped celery 1 cup.
  • Fresh parsley 1n diced 1 tea spoon.
  •  Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Vegetable stock 1-1/2 litter.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet pepper in diced 1/2 cup. 
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Peanuts 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a sauce pan and cook carrots,celery,cauliflower,garlic paste with 3 table spoon olive oil until tender.
  2. Add vegetable stock, soy sauce,2 table spoon of olive oil and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add rice,parsley,black pepper powder,sweet pepper,green chili,salt and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
  4. Fry the almonds and peanuts in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  5. Put the soup in the serving bowl and garnish with fried almonds and peanuts.

 This is a famous dish in Pakistan.with almonds it make healthy and pretty and with coriander leaves it look  good and nice.this dish is for 6-8 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Whole green chili 4.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1bunch.
  • Fried almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and fry the onion in 2 cup of oil for 5 minutes until light brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and salt and fry until its water dry.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add red pepper,mustard powder,black pepper powder,chopped green chili.whole green chili,coriander powder and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Pour the chicken in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the fried almonds.
Serve with nan or chapati and mint raita:-

 This lemon cake is so sweet and with almonds its become healthy food.it will take time for ready 1-1//2 hour but will take time for cool.


Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 1/2-3 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Grated lemon rind 2 table spoon.
  • Butter milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice icing 2 table spoon.
For icing:-
  • Sugar powder 3-1/2 cups.
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon rind 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/3 cup.
  • Lemon rind strips few. 
  • Crushed almonds 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For make the cake take a bowl and mix 3 cup  refined flour,salt,baking powder ,baking soda well.
  2. Beat the sugar,butter for 5 minutes another bowl.
  3. Add eggs one by one and beat each.
  4. Add flour and butter mixture.
  5. Add lemon rind and lemon juice and beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Take the two 8 inches pan and spray the oil and lined with paper.
  7. Pour the batter in the pans and bake for 35-40 minutes on 350 degree.
  8. After cool remove the cake from the pan.
  9. For make the icing combined the sugar,butter and lemon juice well.
  10. Layer half of the icing on the top of the one cake.
  11. Top over the second cake and spread the remaining icing over the cake.
  12. Garnish with lemon rind and strips.
  13. Sprinkle over the crushed almonds.
Cool in the fridge and serve:-

Apple Bread Almond Pudding


Apple help prevent and repair oxidation damage that happens during normal cell activity. Apples are also full of a fibre called pectin—a medium-sized apple contains about 4 grams of fibre. Pectin is classed as a soluble, fermentable and viscous fibre-This delicious recipe is for 4 serving and it will take time 2 hours for ready


Ingredients:-

For bread pudding:-
  • Bread cubes into 2 inch 5 cup.
  • Almond breeze almond milk 2 cup.
  • Apple sauce 1 cup.
  • Whole almond 1/2 cup.
  • Red apple 2 diced.
  • Beaten egg 2.
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
For sauce:-
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Apple juice 2 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Almond breeze almond milk 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix eggs,almond milk,cinnamon and apple juice.
  2. Stir it until combined.
  3. Mix in diced apple,bread cubes,and almond.
  4. Pour it in baking dish and place in fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Bake it for 40 minutes on 350 degree.
  6. For sauce pour apple juice in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until cook down about 1/4 cup.
  7. Add sugar but do not stir only swirl the pan.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes then add the butter and cook until butter melt.
  9. Remove from the heat and stir in almond milk.
  10. Scoop the pudding into bowls and top with the desired amount of syrup:-

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. In a bowl, add pasta, chicken, tomatoes, salad leaves, capsicum and  mix it together.
  2. Then in a different bowl, beat together mayonnaise, milk, sugar,  black pepper, mustard powder, salt and vinegar and pour it on the salad.
  3. Garnish with  parsley.

How to cook:-

Baked Chicken Cheese Lasagana Roll

 These tasty rolls will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Lasagna noodles 1 packet.
  • Cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 cup.
  • Finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Finely shredded romana cheese 1/4 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cup.
  • Cream cheese 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Dried basil 2 table spoon.
  • Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Prepare lasagna noodles,drain pasta and align noodles in a single layer on a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the shredded chicken,1 cup mozzarella cheese,parmesan cheese,romana cheese and parsley and set aside.
  3. Take the electric mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until smooth,then add in the milk,dried basil,salt,black pepper,onion and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Pour half of  the cream cheese mixture in the chicken mixture and coat well.
  5. Spread 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into an even layer along the lenght of each cooked lasagna noodle,then roll noodles to opposite end.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining cream cheese mixture along the bottom of a 9 by 9 inch dish.
  7. Align pasta snugly and side by side in the baking dish-3 rows of 3.
  8. Cover each lasagna roll evenly with with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese mixture on the top.
  10. Bake it for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Sprinkle top evenly with fresh chopped parsley and green chili.
Serve hot:-

  3. In other bowl beat sugars and butter together with a hand mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat well each.
  5. Add almond, butter,peanut and vanilla and beat until it smooth
  6. Add refined mixture and beat until combined.
  7. Using a table spoon ,portion out dough and roll in to balls"place 2"apart on parchment paper lined  baking sheets.

Blueberry and Banana Pie Filling Cream Cake

Ingredients;-

  • All purpose flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Vegetable oil 3/4 cup.
  • Sugar 1 cup   1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Banana pie filling small can (for the filling).
  • Blueberry pie filling small can.
For topping;-
  • Cream cheese 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Sour cream 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tea spoon.

  • How to make;-
    1. Preheat the oven 350 degree.
    2. Spray the pan with baking spray.
    3. Take a large bowl and mix all the cake ingredients.
    4. Beat well until well combined,no over beat.
    5. Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
    6. When lightly pressed on top and a toothpick inserted in in the center might be a little moist.
    7. While the cake is baking make the cheese topping Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
    8. Add sugar and beat again.
    9. Add egg,sour cream and lemon juice and beat well.
    10. Set a side until cake is ready.
    11. When the cake is ready,remove it from the oven.
    12. Add the blueberry filling and banana pie filling even it out as much as possible.
    13. Dollop on the cheese topping and smooth the top.
    14. Return the cake to the oven and bake at 350 degree until the cheese mixture just set.
    15. Let the cake in its pan,cool the cake on a rack,then refrigerate.

  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.

How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the oil and fry whole garam masala for 1 minute.

 It is a healthy and tasty recipe.Every body like the mangoes specially  children like chocolate.

  • Mangoes 2 (cut chunks and freeze).
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/3 cup.
  • Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almond and chocolate for garnish.
How to make;-
  1. Place the mangoes, almond and butter in to blender container.
  2. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to high.
  3. Once every thing is slightly combined,stop the machine.

  • Mushrooms 2 cup.
  • Spinach 4 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Onion sliced 1 cup.
  • Garlic cloves 2.
  • Marinara sauce 1 cup.
  • Fresh grated parmesan 1/4 cup.
  • Cheese 1 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 table spoon.
  • Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon .
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oregano leaves some.
How to make:-
  1. Set the mushrooms on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix olive oil,soy sauce,vinegar and drizzle over the mushrooms.
  3. Put 1 table spoon olive oil in a fry pan and fry garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes,set aside.
  5. Place 1/4 of the spinach mixture over the each mushrooms.
  6. Layer the onion,marinara sauce,parmesan,salt,peppers and oregano.
  7. Fry the egg and set on the top.
  8. Bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Garnish with oregano leaves.

Ingredients:-
  • Milk 1 litter.
  • Sugar 2/3 cup.
  • Salt 1 pinch.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon zest of 1 .\
  • Eggs 4.
  • Chopped chocolate 1 cup.
  • Almonds sliced 1/2 cup.
  • Semolina 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and boil the milk with lemon zest,stirring frequently to the pan.
  2. Reduce the heat and stir semolina and cook for 6 minutes,whisking frequently.
  3. Stir in almond,egg white and sugar while whisking and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in butter cubes.
  5. Leave it for cool.
  6. Take a spring form pan and lined it with parchment and put half of the butter in it. 
  7. Pour white chocolate over the batter.
  8. Add remaining of the batter with spoon.
  9. Top cake evenly with almond sliced.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes on 350 degree.
  11. Leave the cake for cool,then unmold.

Creamy Pasta Chicken

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled pasta 1 packet.
  • Thin sliced chicken cutlet 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon.
  • Refined flour 1/4 cup.
  • Sour cream 1/4 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustrad 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped fresh sage 3 table spoon.
  • Shallot 1 large finely chopped.
How to cook:-
  1. Sprinkle the 1/2 tea spoon salt and garlic powder on the chicken.
  2. Pour flour in a bowl and roll the chicken in it.
  3. Heat the 2 table spoon olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken each side until it brown.
  4. Transfer in a plat.
  5. Add the 1 table spoon in skillet and cook shallot,stirring until it brown.
  6. Mix 2 table spoon flour in the water and add in skillet and stir for 1 minute until it thick.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Stir in 1/2 tea spoon salt,black pepper,2 table spoon sage,sour cream and mustrad.
  9. Add the chicken and turn to coat with sauce.
  10. Take the serving dish and top the pasta with half the sauce,then chicken ,then the remaining sauce.
  11. Garnish with more sage.

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose flour 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 2.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  • Bittersweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup.
  • Mashed banana 2 cup.
For topping:-
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Unsalted butter 1/4 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Ground almonds 1/2 cup-2 table spoon.
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For texture take a bowl and beat the sugar and butter well.
  2. Add ground almonds,vanilla extract and flour and mix.
  3. Store in the freezer.
For batter:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat butter and sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat .
  3. Add mashed banana and beat until distributed.
  4. Take another bowl mix flour,baking powder and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients into butter and sugar mixture and mix.
  6. Line the oven try with parchment paper and grease with butter and spread the batter.
  7. Cover with chocolate chips.
  8. Top with streusel.
  9. Bake it for 40-45 minutes on 325 degree.
  10. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.

Creamy Ice Coffee

 A cup of coffee in the morning may pack more than just an energy boost.Cream make this coffee healthy and tasty,It is for 2 serving .

Ingredients:-
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Heavy cream 4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Maple syrup 1/2 cup.
  •  Instant coffee 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients well until dissolved every thing.
  2. Chill well before churning.
  3. Churn well according to the instructions.
  4. Transfer in the freezer container and freeze.

Honey Vanilla Custard with almonds

Honey contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease .This custard will be ready in 30 minutes but take time for cool.It is for 4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Large vanilla bean 1.
  • Coconut milk 1 liter.
  • Great lakes gelatine 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1/2 cup.
  •  Chopped pistachious 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Cut vanilla bean into 4 pieces.
  2. Take a bowl and beat until finely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Pour it into a dish.
  5. Sprinkle over the almonds and pistachious.
  6. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Before serve blend for 1 minute.

Blueberry Cream Mousseline

. The blueberry's fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and phytonutrient content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease .This cream will be ready in 30 minutes but take time for cool.


Ingredients:-
  • Blueberries 2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Egg yolk 3.
  • Sugar 2/3 cup.
  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Make the puree of the strawberries and bring a gentle simmer.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk together  the egg,egg yolk and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the half of the fruit puree into the eggs mixture.
  4. Put this mixture in the saucepan and heat on medium heat.
  5. Whisk until become thick.
  6. Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
  7. Cut the butter into the cubes.
  8. Add the one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minutes add one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minute add the remaining butter cubes.
  9. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.

Strawberry Vanilla Cream Cake

 strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they're a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C). This cake will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-

For cake:-
  • Butter1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 6 table spoon.
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs whites 6.
  • Cake flour 2-1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 3 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cream of tarter 1 pinch.
How to make:-
  1. Take the 2 9 inch round cake pan and line with parchment.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the cream of tarter and  egg whites for 2 minutes until become soft.
  3. Beat in the 6 table spoon of sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Set the aside.
  5. Beat the butter and remaining sugar for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk the vanilla extract and milk.
  7. Sift in flour,salt and baking powder.
  8. Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites.
  9. Pour into the lined pans and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
For strawberry filling:-
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/4 cup. 
How to make:-
  1. Take a saucepan and cook the strawberries on medium heat.
  2. When they become soft blend with the blender.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and  cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Return to heat and cook until thick.
For butter cream:-
  • Milk cup 1/2.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 4 cups.
  • Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the milk,vanilla and sugar powder.
  2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add one half of the butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining butter and beat for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the cake with strawberries filling and decorate with butter cream to make some flowers and small balls.

  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon. 
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon. 
  • Chocolate chip 2 cup. 
  • Mango chunks 1-1/2 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Mix the cream butter,sugar,and brown sugar and beat it for 3 minutes u til it light.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl and mix flour,salt,baking soda and baking powder well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips and stir until well distributed.
  6. Gently fold in the mango chunks.
  7. Grease the baking cookies scoop and full with the mixture.
  8. Pre heat the oven on 180 degree and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from heat and leave for 2 minutes on the cookies sheet.
