Sweet and Sour Chicken with Butter Sauce

Creamy butter chicken  is a common dish in Chinese recipes.it is a different dish Similar to the sweet and sour chicken,I like this dish so much.With rice this dish give much taste.This recipe is for 6 serving and will be ready in 45 minutes.
 
Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  •  Egg 2.
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup.
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Oyster sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame oil 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
For Butter Sauce:-
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped curry leaves 4.
  • Milk 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Oyster sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Water 1/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into4 by 6 inch strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken with  2 table spoon vinegar, 2 table spoon oyster sauce, 1 table spoon soy sauce,2 table spoon sesame oil,salt and black pepper powder. and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg and mix in the chicken.
  4. Take a bowl and combined flour and corn flour.
  5. Coat the chicken in flour.
  6. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oil and set aside.
  8. Melt the butter in a fry pan and fry the garlic and ginger  for 2 minutes,then add green chili and curry leave and fry for 30 second.
  9. Add 1/4 cup  water,1 cup milk,1/4 tea spoon salt,1 table spoon,oyster sauce and cook until sauce is thicken.
  10. Pour the chicken in serving dish and top with creamy sauce.
Serve with boiled rice:-

Ingredients:-

  • Potato 1/4 kg.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 4.
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup.
  • Tomato 2.
  • Carrot 1.
  • Cucumber 1.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chatt masala 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes,carrot cucumber,tomato into long pieces.
  2. Boiled the potato and carrot and drain.
  3. Take a big bowl and combined the boiled potato and carrot,salt and black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,vinegar,chat masala,cucumber,tomato.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan and fry the shredded chicken for 3 minutes and add in the bowl.
  5. Stir it and top with boiled egg slices.

Chicken with Eggs and Potato

  • Chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Dried rosemary 1/2 tea spoon.s 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 4.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Potato into cubes 2.
  • Cream 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon. 
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil and fry onion for 3 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add the rosemary and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken,salt,garlic and ginger paste,tomato paste and cook on low heat until chicken nearly tender.
  4. If need add more water.
  5. Add the potatoes,black pepper,remaining oil and cook until potato tender.
  6. Add cream and cook for 1 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the chopped green chili and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Pour in a serving bowl and top with boiled eggs into slices.

Green Beans with Shredded Chicken and cherry tomatoes

 This amazing dish is can eat as a salad and diet food.Beans are supper healthy,supper versatile and affordable food.Beans are high in fiber,protien,vitamins B,iron,copper,and zinc.Its regularly use may decrease the risk of diabetes,heart disease,colorectal cancer and help to loss weight.This recipe is for 4 serving and will be ready in 30 minutes

Ingredients:-
  •  Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup.
  • Green beans 1/2 kg.
  • Cherry tomatoes 2 cup.
  • Onion in thin slices 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 cup cup.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Heat the 1/2 cup  oil in a pan and cook the beans(stirring often ) for 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove the beans from the pan.
  5. Heat the 1/4 cup  oil and fry garlic and ginger paste for 1 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in vinegar,soy sauce,salt,black pepper powder.
  8. Stir in beans and chicken and pour in the serving bowl.
  9. Heat 1 table spoon olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes or until golden.
  10. Sprinkle the onion over the beans.

Crunchy Almond Chicken

 This crunchy chicken is so delicious and healthy food with almonds.this recipe is for 5 serving and will take time to get ready 45 minutes.


Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Cherry tomatoes 1 kg.
  • Mayonnaise 1/ 2 cup.
  • Panko bread crumbs 2 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 2 cup.
  • Chopped tarragon leaves 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1  tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken in 4 by 6 inch pieces.
  2.  Take a deep plate and combine the bread crumbs,almonds,1/2 tarragon.
  3. Marinate the chicken with mayonnaise,salt,red and black pepper powder,coriander powder,mustard powder ,then coat in panko coating each side.
  4. Place it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Grease the oven try and bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes each side.
  6. Cut the tomatoes in half and put in a  bowl.
  7. Add olive oil,1/2 tarragon,lemon juice,1/4 tea spoon salt,1/2 tea spoon black pepper .
  8. Toss to coat and set aside.
  9. Place the chicken in serving dish and top with tomato salad.

Garlic Nan with sesame seed

  Garlic has been used as a food and medicine for more than five thousand years.garlic is treated in the kitchen can affect its cancer-fighting properties.

Ingredients:-
  • Plane flour 1/2 kg.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Warm milk  1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Caster suger 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
  • Ghee 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and combined the salt,flour,baking powder,sugar.
  2. Whisk the warm milk,egg,yogurt in a bowl.
  3. Add flour mixture in it and stir until combined.
  4. Transfer onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer the dough on floured surface and and 1/4 cup of ghee and knead it for 5 minutes or until ghee is incorporated in the dough well.
  7. Fry the garlic in the remaining ghee for 1 minute and remove from the ghee.
  8. Divide the dough into 8 place.
  9. Press each piece in the shape of nan or in which shape you like.
  10. Sprinkle over the sesame seed and garlic equele .
  11. Bake the nan for 6-8 minutes on 250 degree.
  12. Remove the nan and brush it with ghee.

Tandoori Chicken with Sesame Seeds

This tandoori chicken with sesame seed look pretty and tasty to eat,it is so easy to cook.it is for 6 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour but for marinate it will take time.


 Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 4.
  • Tandoori masala 1 packet.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon 4 piece.
  • Cardamoms 4.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped feresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1.  Cut the chicken into 4 1nch slices.
  2. Heat the oil and fry cinnamon,coriander,cardamoms,tandoori masala for 3 minutes,then remove from the oil and leave for cool.
  3. Mix the lemon juice,garlic and ginger paste,salt in a bowl.
  4. Add the fry ingredients.
  5. Marinate the chicken in this mixture and leave it for 6-8 hour in the fridge.
  6.  Pour the chicken in baking dish and bake for25-30 minutes on 350 degree.
  7. Sprinkle over the sesame seed and garnish with coriander leaves.

Peanut Butter Banana French Toast with honey

 These toast are so tasty and delicious.At a tea time or at a breakfast time it give so much taste and like by kids.these toast will make time for ready only 30 minutes.


Ingredients:-
  • Banana 2.
  • Creamy peanut butter 1 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Heavy cream 2 table spoon.
  • Honey 2 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil for frying 1 cup.
  • Sugar powder 2 table spoon.
  • Bread slices 8-10.
How to make;-
  1. Spread a layer of peanut butter on each slice.
  2. Set aside 4 slice.
  3. Cut the bananas into small pieces and place over the 4 slice.
  4. Drizzle the honey on the other 4 bread slices.
  5. Place the honey slices over the banana slices .
  6. Take a bowl and add vanilla,cream,cinnamon powder,salt,eggs and beat with fork.
  7. Heat olive oil in fry pan .
  8. Dip sandwich in batter one by one and fry each side for 3 minutes or until golden.
  9. Place in a serving plate and cut into halve.
  10. Drizzle over the sugar and butter.

Baked Chicken with Mushrooms

Mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin d  when exposed to sunlight. Oyster mushrooms are a good source or iron . Plus, they're low in calories.With baked chicken it is good combination.This recipe is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Mushrooms 2 cup.
  • Onion in slices 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chicken broth 2 cup.
  • Dried oregano 1 table spoon.
  • Dried thyme 1 tea spoon.
  • Dried basil 1 tea spoon.
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup.
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup.
  • Dijon mustard 1 table spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
 How to make:-
  1. Cut the chicken into 4 by 2 inch strips.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into halve.
  3. Marinate the chicken with 1 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper and set aside.
  4. Heat the 1/2 cup olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken each side until golden brown and set aside.
  5. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry the onion for 4 minutes until golden.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  8. Add red pepper powder,1/2 tea spoon  black pepper powder,1/2 tea spoon salt,chicken broth,thyme,basil,dijon mustard, and oregano and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Add the chicken and  stir.
  10. Grease the oven tray and transfer the chicken in it.
  11. Bake it on 180 degree for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Set aside chicken and pour its broth in the pan.
  13. Heat the broth and add in cream and stir and bring to a boil .
  14. Simmer until slightly reduce.
  15. Pour the broth in serving try and top with the chicken and mushrooms.
  16. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  17. Heat it in oven until cheese melt.

Mini Strawberries Cheese Cake with Almonds

This delicious, slightly decadent cheesecake are so easy to make.They combine the sweet fruitiness of fresh strawberries with the rich creaminess of cheesecake.you can make 24 cheese cake to use this recipe.

Ingredients:-
  • Fresh strawberries 1/2 kg.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Fresh lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Cream cheese 3/4 kg.
  • Sour cream 2 table spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup or crushed peanuts.
How to make:-
  1. For make the topping take the sauce pan and add 1/4 kg strawberries and 1 cup sugar and mash it with fork.
  2. Now cook on medium heat for 3 minutes or until sugar melt.
  3. Remove from the heat and add remaining strawberries and lemon juice.
  4. Pour in a small bowl and leave for cool.
  5. For make the filling beat cream cheese with beater until fluffy about 4 minutes.
  6. Add 1 cup sugar ad vanilla extract and beat again until combined.
  7. Add eggs one by one and beat each time.
  8. Add refined flour and beat until combined.
  9. Prepared the muffin cups with foil lines and pour filling each three-fourths full.
  10. Bake them on 350 degree for 15 minutes .
  11. Transfer the muffin pans on wire rack for cool.
  12. With the small spatula transfer the cheese cakes to the rack and leave for cool for 40 minutes.
  13. Top the cheese cakes with strawberries filling and crushed almonds or peanuts and place them in fridge.

Chicken Pasta with Cheese

 This pasta will be ready in 1 hour.it is for 6 serving.it is so easy to cook and delicious. it give taste with ketchup.


Ingredients:-
  • Boiled pasta 1 packet.
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Boiled carrot small pieces 1 cup.
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ketchup 1 cup.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup.
  • Cottage cheese  1 cup.
  • Dried oregano 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk pasta,chicken,carrot,peas,cabbage,green chili,salt,black pepper powder together.
  2.  Grease the baking tray and pour the pasta mixture in it.
  3. Top with cottage and mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
  4. Bake it on 350 degree for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melt.
  5. Remove from the oven .
Serve hot with ketchup:-

Vegetable Spring Roll with Mushrooms

 lovely and spicy rolls at a tea time and at the breakfast give taste much.You can store it in freezer and use as a children school lunch.they will like it .these  rolls make in  1 hour.


Ingredients;-
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup.
  • Shredded carrot 1 cup.
  • Shredded cucumber 1 cup.
  • Shredded cabbage 1 cup.
  • Boiled potato small  slices 1 cup. 
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Grilled mushrooms slices 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Square spring roll wrapper 8-10.
For sauce:-
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined carrots,potato,green chili,cabbage, cucumber,onion,salt,red pepper powder,black pepper powder and grilled mushrooms.
  2. Make the rolls with this mixture.
  3. For make the sauce mix soy sauce,vinegar,olive oil,sesame seed,green chili,garlic in a bowl and pour in serving bowl.
  4. Heat the oil in fry pan and fry the rolls in deep oil until golden brown.
Serve with garlic sauce:-






Pashaware Dumba Goasht

 This dish is so delicious and cook on holiday special.it look pretty and easy to cook.
it will take time for ready 1 hour.it is for 4 serving.


Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato slices 4 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Add mutton,garlic paste and salt in a pan and cook the mutton until its water dry.
  2. Add ginger paste,red pepper powder, mustard powder and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes slices and cook until it tender.
  5. Add butter,green chili,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil. 
  6. Pour in the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Baked Chicken with Cheese

 I love this dish and it is so easy to cook .This is different dish and like by every one.This recipe is make in 1 hour and is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Tomatoes in slices 2 cup.
  • Grated cheese 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Bred crumbs 1 cup.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt   1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped parsley 1 cup.
  • Chopped cucumber 1 cup.
  • Chopped carrot 1 cup.
  • Green salad leave chopped 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped and boiled potato 1/2 cup.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Salt and black pepper for creamy vegetables 1/2 tea spoon.
 How to cook:-
  1. Cut the  chicken into cubes and marinate with tomatoes olive oil,salt,garlic powder and set aside.
  2. Grease the oven pan with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  3.  Roll the chicken in bread crumbs and place in the pan.
  4. Cover with remaining mixture.
  5. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes on280 degree.
  6. Remove the pan and sprinkle over the black pepper,cheese over the chicken and bake again for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix vegetables with cream and black pepper and salt.
  8. Pour in the serving dish and spread the creamy vegetables around the chicken.

Black Pepper Ginger Chicken with almond and Peanut

 This cheese chicken is so tasty and delicious.with peanut and almonds it becomes healthy and pretty.This recipe is for 6-8 serving and will take time to ready 1 hour.

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1 cup. 
  •  Ginger in small cutting 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Peanut oil 1/2 cup .
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped peanuts 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Onion sliced  2 cup.
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,ginger and garlic paste,soy sauce,peanut oil and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the 1/2 cup of oil and fry the onion for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Add and cook the chicken on medium to low heat for 20-30 minutes or until chicken tender.
  5. Add cheese,ginger slices ,crushed almonds and peanuts and cook until cheese melt.
  6. Sprinkle over the black pepper powder,fresh coriander leaves,green chili and pour in the serving bowl.

 This is a very tasty chicken and easy to cook.With orange sauce it become so tasty.it will be ready in 40 minutes.it is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Oil for deep frying.
  • Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped scallion 2 table spoon.
  • Orange sauce.
Frying batter:-
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
  • Cold water 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
 For orange sauce:-
  •  Orange juice 1/2 cup.
  • Orange zest 1 table spoon.
  • Chicken broth 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce    2 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Dry sherry 1/2 cup.
  • Cornstarch 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix orange sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. For make the frying batter take a large bowl and beat eggs one by one.
  3. Add refined flour,cornstarch,oil,salt,cold water and beat well.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken one by one until golden.
  6. Fry the garlic in 1 table spoon oil and stir in orange sauce and bring it to simmer.
  7. Toss it in the deep fry chicken and stir until sauce absorbed and become thick.
Garnish with chopped scallions and serve:-

Healthy Fruit Salad with Yogurt

A fruit salad is always a great way to enjoy fresh fruit. Toss together pineapple, strawberries, grapes, banana,mangoes, and blueberries, and serve with a sweetened yogurt mixture.This is a healthy salad.I like to eat it as a lunch .This fruit salad is for 8 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Mango cubes in 1 inch slices 2 cup.
  • Banana slices in 1 inch cubes 2 cup.
  • Grapes 1 cup.
  • Strawberries into 2 slices 1 cup.
  • Blueberries into 2 slices 1 cup.
  • Pineapple slices in 1/2 inch cubes.

How to make:-
  1. Take a big bowl and combined all the fruits in yogurt.

 Suji ka halwa is a personal family favorite! This is my good recipe.It is so easy to cook and it is so tasty and delicious.after dinner it give much taste.it will make in 30 minutes and it is for 6 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Suji 2 cup.
  • Dasi gee 1 cup.
  • Sugar 4 cup.
  • Water 6 cup.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Green cardamoms powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Crushed almonds and cashews 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed dry coconut 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the ghee in a deep pan and fry the cardamoms for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Add suji (stir frequently) until light brown. 
  3. Add the water,milk,sugar and cook for about 5 minutes or until it become thick.
  4. Add 1/2 cup almonds and cashews.
  5. Stir and remove from the heat.
  6. Pour in the serving bowl and garnish remaining almonds,coconut and cashews.

  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed lemon rind 2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the fish in to 1 inch cubes.
  2. Take a bowl and mix oil,salt,black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,oregano,garlic and ginger paste,red pepper powder,coriander powder,lemon juice and lemon rind well.
  3. Place the fish in a dish and cover with the mixture each side and put in a stainer and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Place the fish cubes in the microwave dish and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Brush the fish with extra mixture and cook other side of the fish cubes for 5 minutes in microwave until fish cook completely.

Kuna Goasht

 This is famous dish in Pakistan and is make on parties .it is very delicious and tasty.i like it with nan .it will take time for ready 1 hour and it is for 8 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb meat 1 kg.
  • Broth of lamb foot 3 glass.
  •  Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Zeera 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder.1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add meat,garlic and ginger paste,salt,and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper powder,mustard powder,coriander powder and cook until it leaves oil.
  4. Add 1 glass of water and broth and cook on low heat until meat tender.
  5. When meat  tender add zeera and garam masala and leave for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the meat slowly and stir it.
  7. When it become thick remove from the heat.
  8. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with chopped ginger and green chili.
Serve with nan or rice:-

  • Cucumber slice in 1 inch cubes 2 cup.
  • Red bell pepper in 1 inch cubes1 cup.
  • Yellow bell pepper in 1 inch cubes 1 cup.
  • Red onion in small slices 1 cup.
  • Chopped basil leaves  5.
  • Boiled mushrooms 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Dijon mustard 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Heat 1 cup olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add bread,salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until bread become brown.
  3. Take a bowl and combined cucumber slices,boiled and tender mushrooms, tomato slices,red and yellow bell pepper slices,onion,basil,garlic,vinegar,mustard,salt,black pepper, bay leaves and toasted bread slices well.
  4. Before serving leave it for 30 minutes.

  • Rice 1-1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Khoya  cup.
  • Chopped almond 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped pistachois 1/2 cup.
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup.
  • Small cardamoms 6.
  • Rose water 1 table spoon.
How to make:-

  1. Soaked the rice for 2 hours.
  2. Boiled the milk in a pan.
  3. Add soaked rice,cardamoms and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir after every 2 minutes.
  5. Add condensed milk,khoya,rose water,1/4 cup almonds,1/4 cup pistachois,sugar and cook until it become thick.
  6. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with almonds and pistachoius

 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined butter, 1 1/4 cup sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat each time well.
  3. Add baking powder,vanilla essence,refined flour and beat well.
  4. Add milk in it and mix.
  5. Take a baking try and grease it with butter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon  cinnamon and 1/2 tea spoon  nutmeg.
  7. Place banana slices on it and sprinkle again brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon,cinnamon,1/2 tea spoon nutmeg.
  8. Pure over the batter and top with crushed almonds.
  9.  Bake it for 180 degree for 35-40 minutes.

Palak Goasht

Ingredients:-
  • Mutton 1 kg.
  • Boiled and chopped palak 2 kg.
  • Boiled mathi 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Bytter 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger paste for 3-5 minutes.
  2.  Add meat, bay cloves,cinnamon stick,red pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook until its water dry.
  3. Add 1 glass of water and cook until meat until nearly tender.
  4. Cook the meat until it leaves oil.
  5. Add boiled palak and mathi,green chili,mil and cook until it leaves oil.
  6. Add butter and garam masala and cook until it leaves oil.
  7. Pour the palak in a serving bowl and garnish with crushed almonds.

  • Chopped spinach 3 cup.
  • Bay leave 1.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped garlic 1 table spoon.
  • Zeera powdwr 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 2 table spoon.
  • Water 3 cup.
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup.
  • Cream 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bay leave for 5 seconds.
  2.  Add the garlic and fry until golden.
  3. Add the washed spinach,salt,black pepper powder,zeera powder,chicken and cook until its water dry.
  4. Then add water and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low heat.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and leave for cool.
  6. Remove the bay leave.
  7. After cool blend it until smooth,
  8. Again cook the soup until warm,then pour it in a bowl and top wit cheese and cream.

Akhrot and Almond Halwa

 Walnuts are useful for Hair, Pregnancy, Diabetes, Weight Management, Skin beauty. almonds, may reduce the risk of heart disease. Many of the nutrients in almonds help contribute to increased heart health.this delicious sweet halwa will be ready in 30 minutes and it is for 6 serving.
 Ingredients:-
  • Walnut kernels 2-1/4 cup.
  • Almonds 2 1/4 cup.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Milk powder 1-1/2 cup.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Khoya 1/2 cup.
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Crush the walnuts and almonds separate.
  2. Heat the butter in a fry pan and fry 2 cup walnut and 2 cup almonds for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add khoya and cook for 1 minute,then add milk powder and continue to saute.
  4. Add milk and stir it.
  5. Add green cardamom powder ,sugar and mix well.
  6. Cook on medium heat until it become thick like halwa.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour in a plate.
  8. Garnish with crushed walnuts and almonds.
Serve hot or cold as you like:-



Add milk and mix. Add green cardamom powder and sugar and mix well and cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens to halwa consistency. Serve warm garnished with walnut kernels.

  5. Add beaten egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves,green chili and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes on low heat until eggs are well done.
  6. Now stir briskly.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour in serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.

  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 table spoon.

  1. Cut the chicken in to 2 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in butter milk in a large bowl and keep t in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • Chopped mint leaves 2 table spoon.

  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Boiled the chicken with garlic and ginger paste,salt,red pepper,onion,black pepper,soy sauce powder in 1 cup water.
  2. When its water dry well then chopped it.
  3.  Add mint and coriander leave ,1 egg,green chilies,boiled noodles.potatoes and chopped again.
  4. Shape the mixture in to kebabs.

  6. Roll the kebabs in the bread crumbs,then dip in beaten egg and fry each side until golden brown.

  • Golden raisins 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Khoya 2 cup.
  • Boiled egg 2.
How to cook:-
  1.  Heat the butter and fry the cardamoms for 1 minute.
  2. Add the grated carrots and fry until its water dry.
  3. Add the milk and sugar and cook until milk dry.
  4. Add cashews,almonds,golden raisins,khoya and cook for 5  minutes.
  5. Pure in serving bowl and garnish with boiled eggs slices eat hot or cool as you like.

Mango and Strawberries Pudding

  • Ripe mango 5 medium size.
  • Strawberries 2 cup.
  •  Unflavored gelatin 1/4 oz.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • Water 1/1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Peel the 5 mangoes and blend with blender until smooth.
  2. Take the 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and leave for 1 minute for soften.
  4. Heat the 1 cup water in a pan.
  5. Add sugar and stirring until sugar dissolved.
  6. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  7. Add mango puree and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Remove from the heat and stir in the evaporated milk until it combined.
  9. Leave it for cool for 30 minutes.
  10. Stirring occasionally.
  11. Divide among 8 goblets.
  12.  Diced the strawberries and garnish with it the mixture.
  13.  Chill for 10-15 hours in fridge.

 This is a famous dish in Pakistan.with almonds it make healthy and pretty and with coriander leaves it look  good and nice.this dish is for 6-8 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1 cup.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Whole green chili 4.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1bunch.
  • Fried almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a pan and fry the onion in 2 cup of oil for 5 minutes until light brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and salt and fry until its water dry.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add red pepper,mustard powder,black pepper powder,chopped green chili.whole green chili,coriander powder and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Pour the chicken in the serving bowl and sprinkle over the fried almonds.
Serve with nan or chapati and mint raita:-

Buna hwa Keema with Boiled Egg and Almonds

This tasty recipe is become more tasty with almonds and eggs.on the get together party it will like by every one.Almonds may reduce the risk of heart disease. Many of the nutrients in almonds help contribute to increased heart health. For one almonds are rich in magnesium, which is critical in preventing heart attacks and hypertension. This recipe is for 8 serving and will take time for ready 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Minced 1 kg.
  • Chopped onion 3.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Almonds 1 cup.
  • Boiled eggs 6.
How to cook:-
  1. Cook the minced with garlic paste,onion,salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes,green chili,ginger paste and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. If need add 1 cup of water. 
  4. Add oil and fry minced for 3 minutes,then add red pepper powder,mustard powder,garam masala,coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until minced leave oil.
  6. Fry the almonds in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  7. Put it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fried almonds.
  8. Cut the eggs in 2 parts and pour over the minced.

Vegetable and rice soup with almonds and peanuts

 This soup is so tasty and healthy.You can use it at a diet food.if you want you can add eggs in it.It is for 6-8 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.


 Ingredients;-
  • Rice 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 2.
  • Tomatoes slices 1 cup.
  • Chopped carrots 1 cup.
  • Cauliflower 1 cup.
  • Chopped celery 1 cup.
  • Fresh parsley 1n diced 1 tea spoon.
  •  Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Vegetable stock 1-1/2 litter.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet pepper in diced 1/2 cup. 
  • Crushed almonds 1/2 cup.
  • Peanuts 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a sauce pan and cook carrots,celery,cauliflower,garlic paste with 3 table spoon olive oil until tender.
  2. Add vegetable stock, soy sauce,2 table spoon of olive oil and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add rice,parsley,black pepper powder,sweet pepper,green chili,salt and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
  4. Fry the almonds and peanuts in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  5. Put the soup in the serving bowl and garnish with fried almonds and peanuts.

Lemon Cake with almonds

 This lemon cake is so sweet and with almonds its become healthy food.it will take time for ready 1-1//2 hour but will take time for cool.


Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 1/2-3 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Sugar powder 2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Grated lemon rind 2 table spoon.
  • Butter milk 1-1/2 cup.
  • Lemon juice icing 2 table spoon.
For icing:-
  • Sugar powder 3-1/2 cups.
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon rind 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/3 cup.
  • Lemon rind strips few. 
  • Crushed almonds 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. For make the cake take a bowl and mix 3 cup  refined flour,salt,baking powder ,baking soda well.
  2. Beat the sugar,butter for 5 minutes another bowl.
  3. Add eggs one by one and beat each.
  4. Add flour and butter mixture.
  5. Add lemon rind and lemon juice and beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Take the two 8 inches pan and spray the oil and lined with paper.
  7. Pour the batter in the pans and bake for 35-40 minutes on 350 degree.
  8. After cool remove the cake from the pan.
  9. For make the icing combined the sugar,butter and lemon juice well.
  10. Layer half of the icing on the top of the one cake.
  11. Top over the second cake and spread the remaining icing over the cake.
  12. Garnish with lemon rind and strips.
  13. Sprinkle over the crushed almonds.
Cool in the fridge and serve:-

Potato Cutlet with mint sauce

  You can make different varieties using aloo tikki like aloo tikki chole, ragda patties, aloo tikki burger. It is usually served hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney.this recipes is for 5-6 serving and will take time to get ready 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  •    Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 kg.
  •    Eggs 3.
  •    Cornflour2 table spoon.
  •    Red chilli powder1 tea spoon.
  •    Roasted cumin powder1 tea spoon.
  •    Choppedgreen chilli1 table spoon.
  •    Garam masala powder1 tea spoon.
  •    Coriander leaves -finely chopped 1 cup.
  •    Salt1 tea spoon.
  •    Bread crumbs2 cups.
  •    Oil for shallow frying.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix mashed potetoes,cornflour,green chili,red chili powder,coriander leaves,garam masala,cumin powder and salt well.
  2. Make the patties of all the mixture.
  3. Coat the patties in the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in fry pan .
  5. Dip the patties in the beaten eggs and fry each side until golden brown.
  6. Put them in the dish and serve with green chili or any sauce which you like.

Chicken Piza Bread

Kids like to eat this bread every day and mothers feel happy that their kids are no hungry.This recipe will take time to get ready 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Bread 10-12 piece.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet.
  • Shredded chicken 3 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Chines salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 2 table spoon.


HOW TO COOK;-
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add shredded chicken,salt,chines salt,black pepper,green chili in it and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Take a bread piece on a board.
  4. Paste 1 table spoon on it.
  5. Cover with cheese.
  6. Make all pieces same.
  7. Bake it in oven at low degree for 2-3 minutes.

Chicken Roll

 These chicken roll are so tasty and delicious.These are add in my favorite dish, at a tea time. These roll give taste so much and eats on get together .These roll for 6 serving and will take time to get ready 1 hour.


INGREDIENTS:-


  • 4 EGG
  • Refined flour 2 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon
  • chines salt 1/4 tea spoon


HOW TO MAKE:-


  1. Beats egg well.
  2. Add one cup of water and beat again.
  3. Mix refined flour in it.
  4. Mix salt and chines salt in it.
  5. Take nonstick fry pan.
  6. Grease it with oil.
  7. Take one table spoon of mixture and put in fry pan.
  8. Make a pan cake of it and cook it from two sides.
  9. Make all pan cakes with the mixture made.


INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:-


  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 spoon.
  • Carrot 2
  • Cabbage 2 cup.

HOW TO MAKE:-


  1. Add salt;ginger and garlic paste,black pepper,soy sauce,water in mince and cook it.
  2. After it dry keep it aside from the stove.
  3. Mix chopped carrot and cabbage in it.
  4. Take a pancake on a board.
  5. Put one table spoon of mixture of one side of pan cake.
  6. Fold it and close the corner with flour.
  7. Deep fry the rolls and cut them from mid into two pieces.


SERVE ROLL WITH ANY SAUCE YOU LIKE:-

 This recipe is for 8-10 serving.it will ready in 1 hour.
Arvi is healthy, and is also loaded with potassium, that is an important mineral for a lot of bodily processes. Taro also includes several calcium, vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins, in addition to magnesium, manganese and copper.it helps manages blood pressure level

Ingredients:-
  • Meat 1 kg.
  • Arvi 1/2 kg.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Onion 3.
  • Tomatoes 3.
  • Garlic paste.1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 2 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 4 table spoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
How to cook:-
  1. Peel and cut in to 2 slices the arvi.
  2. Sprinkle the 1 tea spoon of salt,1/2 tea spoon of mustard powder,2 table spoon flour over the arvi and set aside.
  3. Cut the onion into slices and fry in the oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1 tea spoon of salt,red pepper,1/2 tea spoon mustard powder and fry for 5 minutes,then add 1/2 glass of water.
  7. Add the meat and fry until it dry,then add 1 glass of water and cook until it tender.
  8. Stir the spoon in arvi with 2 glass of water,then rinse and stain the water.
  9. In another pan fry the arvi in 1/2 cup of oil for 5 minutes.
  10. Add arvi in the meat and add 4 glass of water and cook until arvi tender about 10 minutes on low heat.
  11. Pour it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Serve with salad, paratha or boiled rice:-

Chocolate Cake with almonds

 This delicious chocolate cake is so healthy and tasty and yummy.it looks pretty and so nice.
it is for 8-10 serving and will ready in1-1/2 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Refined flour 2 table spoon.
  • Eggs 5.
  • Sugar powder 1 cup.
  • Ground hazelnuts 1-1/2 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 2 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Chocolate chips 2 cup.
  • Nutella 1 cup.
  • Crushed wafers 1 cup.
  • Ferrero rocher candy 10.
  • Almonds 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar one by one well.
  2. Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and  mix in ground nuts.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients by third with spoon.
  4. Grease the 9 inch baking dish with butter
  5. Bake it for 40-50 minutes on 350 degree.
  6. For make the cream dissolve the chocolate in microwave.
  7. When it cool mix it in butter and nuttela and whisk togetter.
  8.  Cut the cake in to 3 layers.
  9. Spread cream every layer of the cake.
  10. Sprinkle the crushed wafers and almond over the cream.
  11. Decorate the outside of the cake with cream and hazelnuts and crushed candies.
  12. Decorate the cake upper with candies and place it in refrigerator.

Pasta salad with chicken

Fresh vegetables and fruit are pivotal for health.. So the easiest way to have vegetables and fruits is salad form. Here is  great recipe of salad even this combination would be enough as main dish with rich yummy dressing. this dish is for 6-8 serving and get to ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:- 


 Boiled pasta 1 packet.
Boiled and shredded chicken 1/2 kg.
Parsley 1 CUP.
Tomato slices 1 cup.
Salad leaves few.
Capsicum slices 1 cup.

For dressing:-
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup.
  •  Milk 1 cup.
  • Sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. In a bowl, add pasta, chicken, tomatoes, salad leaves, capsicum and  mix it together.
  2. Then in a different bowl, beat together mayonnaise, milk, sugar,  black pepper, mustard powder, salt and vinegar and pour it on the salad.
  3. Garnish with  parsley.

    Serve with ketchup:-
