Apple Cinnamon Crumbs Muffins

Ingredients:-

  • All purpose- flour 1 cup.
  • Wheat flour 2 cup.
  • Brown sugar 3/4 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Coriander 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter milk 1 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Canola oil 1/4 cup.
  • Apple 2.
For the topping:-
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • All-purpose flour 1/3 cup.
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a bowl and whisk together wheat flour,all-purpose flour,brown sugar,salt,pepper,garam masala,baking powder,cinnamon and coriander.
  2. Take a bowl another bowl and whisk together oil,egg,buttermilk,vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon,do not over mix.
  4. Peeled and diced the apples and add in it.
  5. For crumbs make take a small bowl and combined the brown sugar,flour,cinnamon and butter and mix.
  6. Spray the muffin pans with oil and fill them with muffin batter.
  7. Sprinkle crumb on each muffin topping.
  8. Bake it for 20 minutes on 350 degree.
  9. Leave them for cool.
Serve with tea or coffee:-

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:-

  • Bread slice 6.
  • Cheddar cheese 3 slice.
  • Butter 4 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a skillet and heat up it .
  2. Layer the butter one side of the bread.
  3. Place bread butter side -down onto skillet bottom .
  4. Add 1 slice of cheese.
  5. Layer the butter one side of the bread slice.
  6. Place the bread butter side -up on top of the sandwich.
  7. Grill until lightly browned.
  8. Make all sandwiches same.
Serve it with tea or coffee:-

Butter Scotch Pudding

Ingredients:-

  • Brown sugar 4/3 cup.
  • Cornflour 1 table spoon.
  • Boiling water 1-1/2 cup.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Self raising flour 1-1/4 cup.
  • Golden syrup 1/2 cup.
  • Cream for serve.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mix together flour,1/4sugar,melted butter,egg,milk,2 table spoon of golden syrup well.
  2. Take a oven proof dish and spray with oil and pour all the mixture in it.
  3. Mix the remaining sugar and cornflour and sprinkle over the mixture.
  4. Combined the remaining golden syrup in the boiling water and pour over the top of the pudding.
  5. Bake it for 40-50 minutes on 180 degree.
  6. Transfer it on rack for cool.
  7. Place it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve it with cream or ice cream:-

Apple Spice Crumb Bread

Ingredients:-

  • Apple  2.
  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup.
  • Canola oil 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 2 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Egg 2.
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ground nutmeg 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Ground ginger 1/4 tea spoon.
For  the crumb topping:-
  • Flour 1 table spoon.
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Oatmeal 1 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon cut in bits.
How to make:-
  1. 1apple peeled and corred and 1 apple grated.
  2. Take a large bowl and whisk together sugars and oil until creamy.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Take another bowl and mix baking powder,cinnamon,salt,nutmeg and ginger.
  5. Add dry ingredients in wet ingredients and combined well.
  6. Stir in the buttermilk until moistened.
  7. Fold in the chopped apples.
  8. Spray a loaf pan with oil and pour the mixture in it.
  9. Mix all topping ingredients except butter and make crumbs.
  10. Cut the butter with fork and sprinkle over the crumbs.
  11. Bake the   cookies sheet  on lower rack for 60-70 minutes on 350 degree.
  12. Transfer it on the rack for cool.
Cut in pieces and serve with tea or coffee:-

Sweet Potato Banana Bread


Ingredients:-

  • Banana 4 .
  • Boiled and mashed sweet potato 2 cup.
  • Sugar 2 cup.
  • Eggs 4.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Vanilla 2 table spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 table spoon.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the banana,potato until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
  3. Take another bowl and mix dry ingredients in mixer.
  4. Add the milk and mix ingredients and beat again.
  5. Spray the loaf pan with oil and pour the mixture in it.
  6. Bake it for 80 minutes on 350 degree.
  7. Transfer it on rack for cool.
Cut in pieces and serve with tea or coffee:-

coffee Panna Cotta

Ingredients:-

Hot brewed coffee 1 cup.
Vanilla yogurt 3/4 cup.
Gelatin 1 table spoon.
Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
Milk 3/4 cup.
Granulated sugar 1/3 cup.
Ground cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon.
Whipping cream 1/2 cup.

For sauce:-

Brewed coffee 3 table spoon.
Brown sugar 3 table spoon.


How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and pour 1/4 cup hot coffee .
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the coffee and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk the remaining coffee,yogurt,milk,cinnamon and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Microwave the coffee and gelatin mixture for 40 second.
  5. Set the bowl in a pan of simmering water until the gelatin dissolved,(stir until smooth).
  6. Whisk slowly the gelatin mixture in the yogurt mixture and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  7. Beat the cream with beater well and whisk into the yogurt mixture until smooth.
  8. Pour it in cups and refrigerate until panna cake chilled and set,at least 4 hours and upto 3 days.
  9. Carefully run a knife around the cups to loose the panna cotta.
  10. Set the cups in hot water for 30 seconds one by one ,then invert onto the serving plate and remove from the mold.
  11. Combined the 3 table spoon sugar and 3 table spoon coffee in a pan and heat them for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  12. Drizzle the coffee and sugar sauce over the panna cotta cake.

Fruit Cake with peanut

Ingredients:-

  • Golden raisins 1 cup.
  • Dried cranberries 1/2 cup.
  • Currants 1 cup.
  • Dried blueberries 1/2 cup.
  • Dried cherries 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped dried apricots 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon zest 1 table spoon,chopped coarsely.
  • Orange zest 1 cup,chopped coarsely.
  • Chopped 1 table spoon.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Apple juice 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamons 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground ginger 1 tea spoon.
  • Ground allspice berries 8.
  • Refined flour 1-1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1 tea spoon.
  • Broken toasted pecans or walnuts 1/2 cup.
How to make:-

  1. Take a pan and warm the dried fruits,ginger,lemon and orange zest for few minutes.
  2. Place the fruit and liquid in a non reactive pot with the sugar,apple juice,butter and spices and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  3. Leave it for 20 minutes for cool.
  4. Combine dry ingredients and mix with fruit mixture.
  5. Stir with wooden spoon,then stir in eggs until completely integrated,then fold in nuts.
  6. Pour it in non-stick pan and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove cake from the oven and transfer on rack for cool.
  8. When it cool,turning out from the pan in a serving dish.

Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredients:-

  • Instant coffee granules 1 tea spoon.
  • Hot water 21 table spoon.
  • Wafer crumbs 4 cup.
  • Brown sugar 1 table spoon.
  • Canola oil 1 table spoon.

For filling:-
  • Brown sugar 1 cup.
  • Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Cream cheese in cubes 1-1/2 cup.
  • Cottage cheese 3 cup.
  • Corn starch 1/4 cup.
  • Cocoa powder 3/4 cup.
  • Egg 1.
  • Egg whites 3.
  • Instant coffee granules 2 table spoon.
  • Hot water 2 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla extract 2 table spoon.
  • Melted chocolate 1/2 cup.
  • Chocolate covered beans 16.

How to make:-
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degree,put a kettle of water on heat for the water bath.
  2. Spray a small pan spring form pan with cooking spray.
  3. Wrap the outside bottom of the pan with a double thickness of foil.
  4. Mix coffee in hot water.
  5. Beat coffee,crumbs,sugar and oil in a bowl.
  6. Press them into the bottom of the pan.
  7. Blend the cheese in food processor until smooth.
  8. Add cream cheese,brown sugar,granulated sugar,cornstarch,cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
  9. Add egg whites,egg,salt,vanilla,coffee,chocolate and blend well.
  10. Pour into the crust lined pan.
  11. Place the cheese cake in a roasting pan and pour in enough water to come 1/2 inch up the side of the spring form pan.
  12. Bake the cheese cake  for 50 minutes.
  13. Spray the knife with cooking spray and run it around the edge of the pan,
  14. Let stand in the oven,with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  15. Transfer to a wire rack.
  16. Remove the foil and leave for cool for 2 hours.
  17. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hour.
  18. Garnish the cake with chocolate covered coffee beans.
Serve with tea or drink:-

Chicken Pasta With Pineapple

Ingredients:-


  1. Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  2. Olive oil 2 table spoon.
  3. Shredded coconut 1/2 cup.
  4. Pineapple with juice 1 can.
  5. Brown sugar 1/2 cup,
  6. Ground cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
  7. Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  8. Red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
  9. Salt 1 tea spoon.
  10. Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  11. Boiled noodels 2 cup.
How to cook:-

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Take a skillet and heat the oil.
  3. Cook the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple with juice,salt and black pepper,red pepper flakes,chili powder,cinnamon,sugar and coconut and cook for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Mix the boiled pasta in the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Iced Coffee Fruit Cake

Ingredients:-

  • Mix fruit 1 kg.
  • Iced coffee  3 cup.
  • Self raising flour 2 cup.
  • Vanilla essence few drops.
  • Mixed spice 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Soak the fruits in ice coffee for 10-12 hour.
  2. Fold in to the flour and cook at 180 degree for 1-1/2 hour.
  3. Add some orange juice and a few drops of vanilla essence and 1 tea spoon mixed spice and 1 tea spoon  cinnamon.
  4. Pour in a serving bowl and enjoy:-

Motichoor Ladoos


Ingredients:-

For Syrup:-
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed saffron 1 pinch.

For boondi:-

  • Besan 1 cup.
  • Crushed saffron 1 pinch.
  • Water 3/4 cup.
  • Melon seeds 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black cardamoms 3.
  • Oil for fry.

How to make:-
  1. For sugar syrup dissolve the sugar,saffron and water in a pan and heat up them.
  2. When it become one thread set aside.
  3. Mix the flour,crushed saffron and water well.
  4. Take a deep pan and heat the oil for fry.
  5. Take a ladle/spoon ,with your hands position the ladle obove the oil.
  6. Take a large spoon of the besan batter and pour it on the ladle and press with other spoon.
  7. Fry the boondi until golden.
  8. Transfer them in a bowl with ladle or big stainer.
  9. Do not fry over if boondi becomes crisp the ladoos will not make soft.
  10. Drain all oil from the fry boondi and add them in the hot sugar syrup.
  11. Make all boondies same.
  12. Blend the boondies and sugar syrup with 1 table spoon hot water .
  13. If the boondies become crisp,then add more 1 table spoon of hot water.
  14. Add the black cardamoms and lemon seeds and mix well.
  15. Apply some oil on your hands and shape the motichoor ladoos of warm mixture.
Serve hot or cool:-

Sweet And Sour Potato Salad


    Ingredients:-
  • Potatoes 6-8.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Red pepper powder 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Sweet green pepper 2 cut in sliced.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Honey 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Peppe 1 table spoon.


How to cook:-

  1. Peel the potato and boiled them in salty water.
  2. Place them in a bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the hot pepper and garlic for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red and green peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in vinegar,salt and pepper until blended.
  6. Pour over warm potatoes and stir them.
  7. Transfer them in a bowl.

Cinnamon Apple Caramel Energy Balls

Ingredients:-

  • Dried apples 2.
  • Uncooked oats 1 cup.
  • Cinnamons 1 tea spoon.
  • Pitted dates 1 cup.

How to make:-
  1. Blend all ingredients in the food processor until it become a thick paste.
  2. take a table spoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
  3. Make the balls all of the mixture.

Blue Berry Sambuca Coffee Cake

Ingredients:-

  • For bundt cake:
  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup.
  • Butter mik 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 3.
  • Vanilla extract 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
  • Cheese cream 1 package.
Blueberry glaze:-
  • Blueberry sambuca red pepper jelly 1 jar.
  • Blueberries 1/2 cup.
  • Black plums 2.
  • Long strips of 1 lemon zest,fresh blueberries 1/2 cup for garnish.
How to make:-
  1. Butter and lightly flour a bundt pan.
  2. Make the cheese cake filling according to instructions on package,do not bake,set aside.
  3. Take a bowl and mix refined flour,baking powder and baking soda,salt well.
  4. Take another bowl and mix eggs,buttermilk,zest and juice of lemon and vanilla extract well.
  5. Take another bowl and beat the sugar and unsalted butter until fluffy.
  6. Alternatively beat in the dry and wet ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture,about three sets,finishing with the wet ingredients.
  7. Scrape 1/2 of the butter into prepared flan pan.
  8. Lightly spoon out of all the cream cheese mixture over the butter.
  9. Spoon over the remaining bundt cake batter.
  10. Bake it for 1 hour on 350 degree.
  11. Leave it for 20 minute for cool.
  12. Combine all glaze ingredients and heat till melted,low the heat and cook until plums and berries are heated through.
  13. Transfer the cake in the serving try,drizzle warm glaze over the cream cheese filled bundt cake.
  14. Garnish with strips of lemon zest and blueberries.

Hareesa Paste


Ingredients:-
  • Dried guajillo chileis,stemmed and seeded 1 table spoon.
  • Dried mexico chilies stemmed and seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Ciriander seeds 1 table spoon.
  • Caraway seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Mint leaves 1 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Salt 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl  and put chiles in it ,cover with boiling water and cover it for 20 minutes.
  2. Take a skillet and heat the caraway,coriander,cumin on medium heat.
  3. Swirling skillet constantly,until very fragrant.
  4. Grand them with the mint,Drain chilies and grand them well with the spices,olive oil,salt,garlic and ginger paste,lemon juice.
  5. Transfer to a sterilized glass jar and fill with oil.
  6. Refrigerate it and topping off with more oil after each use.
  7. This paste will keep for up to 3 weeks.














Beef Harissa

Ingredients:-
  •  Harissa 2 table spoon.
  • Beef sirloin steaks 1/2 kg.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato 1/2 kg.
  • Sweet paprika 1/2 table spoon.
  • Flaked chili 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon 2 cut into thinly sliced.
  • Chopped parsley 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Marinate the beef with harissa paste,salt and black pepper and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Cook the peppers under a hot grill for 25 minutes.
  3. Turning twice.
  4. Place in a bowl and leave for cool.
  5. Peel them and cut into long,thin strips.
  6. Discard the skin and seeds.

  8. Take a pan and fry the garlic paste for 1 minute on medium heat.
  9. Add the paprika tomatoes,chili,1/2 tea spoon salt,1/2 tea spoon black pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Add the pepper strips,lemon and parsley and cook for 5-7 minutes and set aside.
  11. Preheat the oven to 190c/375c/gas mark.
  12. Place a ridged pan on a high heat and,when smoking hot,add the steaks and cook for i minute a side.
  13. Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 8 minutes.
  14. With sauce spooned on top and sprinkle with parsley.

Badami Kulfi

Ingredients:-

  • Condensed milk 2 cup.
  • Whipped cream 1-1/4 cup.
  • Cardamom powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped pistachois 1/2 cup.
  • Saffron 1/8 tee spoon.
  • Grinded almond 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Take a large bowl and mix condensed milk,whipped cream,cardamom powder,almond well.
  2. Beat them for 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle chopped saffron and pistachois on it.
  4. Take the moulds to make kulfi and pour the mixture in them.
  5. Keep them in freezer for 10 hours or until it freeze well.
Badami kulfi is ready for serve:-

Gulab Jaman With Khoya

Ingredients:-

For Jaman:-

  • All purpose flour 6 table spoon.
  • Cardamoms powder 8.
  • Sooji 4 table spoon.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • Khoya 2 cup.
  • Grated paneer 200 gram.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil for fry.
For the sugar syrup:-
  • Sugar 2-1/2 cup.
  • Water 2 cup.
  • Milk 2 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and mash the khoya and milk well.
  2. Add grated paneer,sooji,flour,cardamom powder and baking powder in the khoya and mix well.
  3. Add milk and mix to form a dough with milk.
  4. Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat the sugar with water until it become sticky.
  6. Keep the sugar syrup aside,if the sugar syrup crystallizes,then add 2 table spoon water and warm the syrup again.
  7. Make small balls from the dough.
  8. Heat the oil on medium heat,then low the heat and wait for 1 minute.
  9. Gently place the gulab jaman in the oil.
  10. Cook them until it brown.
  11. Remove the gulab jaman from the oil and place them on kitchen paper towel to remove oil.
  12. Then place the gulab jaman in the sugar syrup.
  13. Heat up the pan of sugar syrup with gulab jaman for few minutes on low heat or until the gulab jaman become soft.
  14. Pour them in serving bowl and serve hot.

Palak Paneer

Ingredients:-

  • cSpinach 4 bunches.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Cumin seed 2 table spoon.
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 4.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red peppr 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili.
  • Garam masala 1 table spoon.
  • Paneer 500 gram.
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Thickened cream 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Wash the spinach well and boil in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then refresh in cold water.
  3. Drain the extra water.
  4. Make puree until smooth.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger paste,cumin seeds,onion until it golden brown.
  6. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in spinach puree and salt,green chili,red pepper,garam masala and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add the fenugreek leaves and  cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Murgh Makhani

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Tandoori masala 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam maala 1 table spoon.
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Onion 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Water 1/2 cup.
  • Cooking oil 1 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1. Take a large bowl and mix yogurt and tandoori masala well.
  2. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Drain the extra water of the marinate chicken.
  4. Blend the onion,ginger and garlic in water in the blender.
  5. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in large skillet on medium heat and fry the chicken until lightly browned on all sides.
  6. Took the chicken aside.
  7. Heat the 1/2 cup oil in the skillet and fry the onion paste for 3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the garam masala,red pepper and salt in the mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add tomato sauce  and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  10. Add the chicken and butter and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot with nan:-

Mushrooms Omelette

Ingredients:-

  • Eggs 6.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mushrooms 6.
  • Butter 4 inch cube.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl well and mix 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper in it.
  2. Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.
  3. Heat the butter in the fry pan and fry mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  4. Add olive oil and 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  5. Fry it until golden.
  6. Add eggs and spread them in fry pan.
  7. When the omelette being to ready sprinkle over the cheddar.
  8. With a spatula fold the omelette in half.
  9. When it start to turn golden brown,remove the pan from the heat.

Chicken and Paneer Tikkas

These paneer tikka will be ready in 40 minutes and is for 4 serving.

Ingredients;-

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Paneer 14 0z block.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 table spoon.
  • Cucumber 1 .
  • Onion 1.
  • Lemon 1.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken and paneer in to cubes.
  2. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken and paneer with lemon juice and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the salt,red and green chili,ginger and garlic paste,coriander,oil in the yogurt.
  4. Marinate the chicken and paneer with tis mixture.
  5. Leave it for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. Thread the chicken and paneer on pre-soaked bamboo skewers.
  7. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on each side in oven or until it brown.
  8. Remove from the oven,pour in the dish and garnish with onions,cucumber and lemon wedges.

Chicken and Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:-

  • Dijon mustard 4 table spoon.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Bread slices 8.
  • Honey 1 cup.
  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg cut in slices.
  • Apple 2 cut in slices.
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cup.
  • Butter 4 table spoon.
  • Butter 1 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Fry the chicken slices on low heat until it tender.
  2. Mix mustrad and honey in a bowl.
  3. Spread 2 table spoon of mixture over 4 bread slices.
  4. Layer with chicken slice,then apple slice,then cheese.
  5. Spread remaining mustrad and honey mixture on other bread pieces.
  6. Place on top.
  7. Butter outsides of sandwiches.
  8. Take a fry pan and toast sandwiches for 3 minutes on each side on low heat or until cheese melt.

Banana Creamy Pudding

Ingredients:-

  • 1 quart milk.
  • Sugar 2-1/4 cup.
  • Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Banana extract 1 table spoon.
  • Egg yolk 8.
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Butter 2 table spoon cut in cubes.
  • Cream 1 cup.
  • Banana 4 cut in slices.
  • Vanilla wafers 1 box.
  • Bourbon 1/3 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Scaled milk in a large saucepan  with a pinch of sugar.
  2. Take a bowl and mix egg yolk,banana extract,bourbon and 2 cup sugar well until thick.
  3. Add cornstarch and mix again well.
  4. Very slowly pour in a some milk mixture.
  5. Once fully incorporated pour the entire mixture back into the saucepan and cook on medium heat.
  6. Stir constantly until it thick.
  7. Remove from the heat and add a pinch of the salt and vanilla extract,then add butter cubes and stir well.
  8. Transfer in a bowl and leave it for cool.
  9. In a bowl wipe the cream,1/4 cup sugar,vanilla extract with mixer until you have stiff peaks,then aside.
  10. Add banana slices in pastry cream.
  11. Line a 10 inch pie dish with vanilla wafers.
  12. Splash with more cream de banana ,then cover with banana pastry cream
  13. Top with whipped cream and place in refrigerator for cool.
Serve cool:-

Pasta With Sauce

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet.
  • Olive oil.
  • Garlic paste 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
  • Orange juice 1 cup.
  • Honey 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped basil 1/4 cup.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Heat 2 table spoon olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minute,scrape the garlic out of the pan and blend in the blander and took aside.
  2. In the sauce pan add lemon and orange juice,honey and boil it for 10 minutes on low heat or until it thick.
  3. Blend the sauce in blender with the cooked garlic and 2 table spoon olive oil.
  4. Leave the mixture for cool for 5 minutes,then blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour the boiled pasta in the bowl,then add the sauce and basil to the pasta.

Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg.
  • Pita bread 4 piece .
  • Chopped tomato 1.
  • Cucumber 1 cut in slices.
  • Carrot 1/2 cut in slices.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Re pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Yellow food color 5 drops.
For shawarma sauce:-
  • Garlic paste 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Water 3 cup.
  • Store-bought tahini 1 /2 cup.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1/4 tea spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic paste,lemon juice,salt,oil,pepper,food color and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken from marinate and grill for 10 minute on each side on medium heat or until tender.
  3. Serve chicken on pita bread with tomato,cucumber,onion,carrot and shawarma sauce.
  4. For shawarma sauce grand the tahini and garlic in the blender.
  5. Add cold water,salt, lemon juice and mix until creamy.
