- Mashed ripe bananas 6.
- Bread 12-14 slice.
- Fat free milk 1/2 cup.
- Butter softened 1/2 cup.
- Sugar 2 cup.
- Fat free sour cream 1/2 cup.
- Egg whites 3.
- All- purpose flour 4 cup.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Cooking spray 1 cup.
- Chocolate finely chopped.
- Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon.
How to make;-
- Preheat oven to 350 degree.
- Combine sugar and butter in a bowl.
- Beat with a mixer at medium speed un till well blended.
- Add banana,milk,sour cream and egg whites.
- Lightly spoon flour in to dry measuring cups,level with knife.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Stirring with a whisk.
- Add flour mixture with banana mixture.
- Beat just un till blended (do not over beat).
- Spoon batter in to a 45 inch metal loaf pan,coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour un till a wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.
- Cool pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
- Remove from pan,cool on rack.
- Place half and half and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave at high for 1 minutes .
- Stirring every 20 seconds.
- Cool slightly and drizzle over bread.
