- Chicken breast 2 (cut in strips).
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Pineapple 2 cup (slice).
- Chili garlic 1/2 cup.
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Red chili crushed 1 tablespoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Corn flour 1/2 cup.
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup.
How to make;-
- Heat oil and fry garlic paste for few seconds.
- Add in chicken and fry for 3-5 minutes.
- When its color change add pineapple and worcestershire sauce and reduce heat .
- After 10 minutes add chili garlic sauce and tomato ketchup.
- Add lemon juice,salt,crush red chili and black powder.
- Mix well and put it on low heat for few minutes.
- Mix cornflour in some water and immediately add while stirring.
Serve hot with rice;-
