- Lamb chanp 2 kg.
- Vinegar 1 cup.
- Ground garlic 2 tea spoon.
- Ground ginger 2 tea spoon.
- Salt 2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Germ masala 2 tea spoon.
- Ground coriander seed 2 tea spoon.
- Yogurt 1/2 cup.
- Oil 4 table spoon.
- Onion 2 cut in 1 inch pieces.
- Tomato 1 cut in round.
- Cucumber 1 cut in round.
- Fresh mint and coriander leaves.
- Lemon 1.
How to cook.-
- Stir vinegar on champ and place for 1/2 hour.
- Mix ground garlic and ginger,salt,red pepper,germ masala,ground coriander in yogurt.
- Stir it on champ with hands well.
- Take a pan .
- Heat oil and put in chanp.
- After 5 minutes add one glass of water and cook on medium heat.
- When chanp tander and leave oil,its ready.
- Fry onion in fry pan golden brown.
- Take a glass dish,spread cucumber,tomato,onion then put on champ and garnish with fresh mint and coriander and lemon.
Serve with mint sauce;-
