Bleberry Apple Banana Sweet Smoothie

 Fruit: Eating a diet rich in fruit may reduce risk for stroke, other cardiovascular diseases and type-2 diabetes. A fruit containing eating pattern is part of an overall healthy diet and may protect against certain cancers.

Ingredients:-
  • Blueberries 2 cup.
  • Banana sliced 1 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
  • Apple slices 1 cup.
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup.
  • Honey 1 table spoon.
  • Lemon zest 1 table spoon.
How to make:-
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender and serve into chilled glasses.
