Garlic and Ginger Chicken with Almonds and Green Chili

Garlic used as a medicine throughout ancient and modern history to prevent and treat a wide range of conditions and diseases.Ginger use for relieving digestive problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness and pain.A handful of almonds a day is a quick way to stay healthy. Natural, unsalted almonds are a tasty and nutritious snack with plenty of health benefits. Loaded with minerals, they are also among the healthiest of tree nuts.This recipe is full of energy and it has so good taste.This dish is for 6-8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken 1 kg.
  • Olive oil 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger sliced 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Almond 1/2 cup.
  • Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly spray the rack with oil.
  3. Season the chicken with1/2 tea spoon salt and pepper and place it on baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  4. Turning one time.
  5. Meanwhile mix olive oil,crushed pepper,1/2 tea spoon salt,in small saucepan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium -low heat until thick.
  6. Let cool for 20 minutes then add lemon juice and mix combined and stir..
  7. Brush the mixture on the chicken and roast for 5 minutes.
  8. Fry the almonds in 1 tea spoon of olive oil.
  9. Pour the chicken in the serving dish.
  10. Sprinkle over the garam masala,almonds,green chili and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
Serve with salad and any sauce:-
