Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger sliced 1 table spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spoon.
- Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Almond 1/2 cup.
- Fresh mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the rack with oil.
- Season the chicken with1/2 tea spoon salt and pepper and place it on baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
- Turning one time.
- Meanwhile mix olive oil,crushed pepper,1/2 tea spoon salt,in small saucepan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium -low heat until thick.
- Let cool for 20 minutes then add lemon juice and mix combined and stir..
- Brush the mixture on the chicken and roast for 5 minutes.
- Fry the almonds in 1 tea spoon of olive oil.
- Pour the chicken in the serving dish.
- Sprinkle over the garam masala,almonds,green chili and garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
