Brain Masala with mint and coriander

 This dish is very famous in Pakistan but it has so cholesterol .Heart patient avoid to eat this.This recipe will be ready in 30 minutes and is for 3 serving.

Ingredients:-
  • Lamb brain 4.
  • Oil 2 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  • Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon. 
  • Green chili 2.
  • Fresh mint 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander  1 cup  
  HOW TO COOK-
  • Wash the brain well.
  • Take a pan and put 1 cup oil in it
  • Add chopped onion and fry it till brown.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste and mix it for 1 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste in it .
  • After 1 minutes add salt'red pepper'  musted powder' 
  • Cook it and put inside.
  • Take a pan and put in 1 cup oil.
  • Fry the brain in it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Mix it in paste which you made before.
  • Garnish with mint' coriander'green chili and garam masala.


IT IS READY TO SERVE!
