- 4 EGG
- Refined flour 2 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tea spoon
- chines salt 1/4 tea spoon
HOW TO MAKE
- Beats egg well.
- Add one cup of water and beat again.
- Mix refined flour in it.
- Mix salt and chines salt in it.
- Take nonstick fry pan.
- Grease it with oil.
- Take one table spoon of mixture and put in fry pan.
- Make a pan cake of it and cook it from two sides.
- Make all pan cakes with the mixture made.
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 2 spoon.
- Carrot 2
- Cabbage 2 cup.
HOW TO MAKE
- Add salt;ginger and garlic paste'black pepper'soy sauce'water in mince and cook it.
- After it dry keep it aside from the stove.
- Mix chopped carrot and cabbage in it.
- Take a pancake on a board.
- Put one table spoon of mixture of one side of pan cake.
- Fold it and close the corner with flour.
- Deep fry the rolls and cut them from mid into two pieces.
SERVE ROLL WITH ANY SAUCE YOU LIKE.
