- Lamb brain 4.
- Oil 2 cup.
- Chopped onion 1 cup.
- Ginger paste 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Green chili 2.
- Fresh mint 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander 1 cup
- HOW TO COOK-
- Wash the brain well.
- Take a pan and put 1 cup oil in it
- Add chopped onion and fry it till brown.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and mix it for 1 minutes.
- Add tomato paste in it .
- After 1 minutes add salt'red pepper' musted powder'
- Cook it and put inside.
- Take a pan and put in 1 cup oil.
- Fry the brain in it for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix it in paste which you made before.
- Garnish with mint' coriander'green chili and garam masala.
IT IS READY TO SERVE!
