Mango Banana Muffin Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
- Whole wheat pastry flour 1 cup.
- Oat flour 1 cup.
- Whole grain oats 2/4 cup.
- Oat bran 4 table spoon.
- Wheat germ 4 table spoon.
- Cannamon 1 tea spoon.
- Wheat bran 4 table spoon.
- Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
- Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
- Grape seed oil 4 table spoon.
- Yogurt 2/4 cup.
- Apple sauce 2/4 cup.
- Eggs 2.
- Raw honey 6 table spoon.
- Mashed banana 4.
- Frozen mango in cubes 2 cup.
- Carob chips 2 cup.
HOW TO COOK!
- Mix the apple sauce,yogurt,raw honey,grape seed oil,eggs,vanilla,mango and banana.
- In the other bowl mix the oat flour and the whole wheat pastry flour.
- Combine the flours with the oats,wheat bran,oat bran,wheat germ,cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda.
- Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients and then stir in the carob chips.
- Fill the mixture in muffin tin.
- Heat the oven at 400 degree and bake for 20 minutes.
YOUR CAKE IS READY!
