CHOCOLATE CAKE at tea time
INGREDIENTS;-
- 1 cup Hershey's cocoa.
- Sugar 2 cup.
- All purpose flour 2 cup.
- Baking powder 2 tea spoon.
- Baking soda 2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Eggs 2.
- Milk 1 cup.
- Vegetable oil 1/2 cup.
- Vanilla extract.
- Boiling water 1 cup.
- Margarine 1/2 cup.
- Hershey's cocoa.
- Sugar powder 3 cup
- Milk 1/3 cup.
- Additional milk 1 tea spoon.
HOW TO MAKE;-
- Mix sugar,flour,cocoa,baking powder,baking soda salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs,milk,oil and vanilla,beat on mixer 2 minutes.
- Add boiling water pour butter in it.
- Heat oven to 350 f,
- Grease the baking pan.
- Spread it on the cake .
- Stir the mixture in the pan and baked for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes ,remove from the pan to wire rack,cool completely.
- Melt margarine,stir in cocoa,add sugar powder and milk .
- Beat it well,add additional milk and vanilla extract .
- Spread it on the cake.
