- Chicken 1 kg.
- Honey 1/2 cup.
- Fish sauce 2 table spoon.
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup.
- Olive oil 1/2 cup.
- Granulated sugar 1/2 cup.
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
- Grated lemon 1.
- Lemon zest of 1 lemon.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Asian sauce 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
- Take a saucepan and boil cook the honey,sugar,soy sauce,asian sauce,fish sauce,garlic paste,lemon juice,lemon zest in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Take a nonstick frypan and cook the chicken with 2 table spoon of water on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
- Stir it in the mixture and cook for 12-15 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
