Spicy fried Chicken Soup With Pumpkin

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Pumpkin puree 4 cup.
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Smoked paprika 3/4 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1 cup.
  • Chili powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup.
  • Feta cheese 1 cup.
  • Few slice of bacon.
For chickpeas:-
  • Oil for grease.
  • Grabanzo beans 2 cup,drained and patted dry.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Smoked paprika 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Brown sugar 2 table spoon.
How to cook:-
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. TakeTake a large pan and cook the butter,garlic and onion for 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add paprika,chili powder,cayenne pepper,salt,garlic powder and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and chicken cubes and cook for 12-15 minutes and set aside.
  5. Take a pan and heat the bacon grease,butter.oil,cheese on medium heat.
  6. Add chickpeas,salt garlic powder,smoked paprika,turmeric and brown sugar and cook until become lightly brown.
Serve the chicken with chickpeas:-
