Strawberry Cream Mousseline
Ingredients:-
- Strawberries 2 cup.
- Egg 1.
- Egg yolk 3.
- Sugar 2/3 cup.
- Cornstarch 1/2 cup.
- Cold butter 1-1/2 cup.
How to make:-
- Make the puree of the strawberries and bring a gentle simmer.
- Take a bowl and whisk together the egg,egg yolk and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the half of the fruit puree into the eggs mixture.
- Put this mixture in the saucepan and heat on medium heat.
- Whisk until become thick.
- Leave it for cool for 1 hour.
- Cut the butter into the cubes.
- Add the one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minutes add one third of the butter cubes,after 1 minute add the remaining butter cubes.
- Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.
