Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Corns beans 1 cup.
- Chines salt 3 tea spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper 2 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 2 table spoon.
- Green chili 8.
- Corn flour 4 table spoon..
- Potato1 into small cubes.
- Chopped cauliflower 1 cup.
- Egg 4.
- Chopped carrot 1.
How to make"-
- Take a big pan and cook chicken,chines salt,green chili in it.
- Add 12-15 glass of water in it.
- When chicken tander'shred the chicken from the bones.
- In a pan boil corn well.
- Cut potato in small pieces and boil them.
- Stain the chicken soup in a big pan.
- Add shred chicken 'corn beans'chopped carrot'potato'black pepper and cauliflower in it.
- Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat.
- Beat the egg and add in the soup and stir it after 30 seconds.
- Mix corn flour in water and stir in the soup until thick.
