Ingredients:-
- Mushrooms 1/2 kg.
- Onion into slice 1.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
- Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Vinegar 1 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh and chopped mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
- Boiled peas 1 cup.
- Boiled carrot in cubes 1/2 cup.
- Potato in to cubes 1 cup.
- Chopped cabbage 1 cup.
- Take a bowl and combine the mushrooms,salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic and ginger powder,1/2 of sesame oil well.
- Grease the baking try and spread the mushrooms mixture in it.
- Bake them for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
- Heat the remaining oil in a fry pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped green chili.
- Add roasted mushrooms and mix well.
- Sprinkle over the mint and coriander leaves.
