Roasted mushrooms with boiled vegetables

mushrooms contain good-for-your-bladder selenium and, like us, they produce vitamin D  & Nutrition  · Cancer · Diabetes & GI · Flavour without salt · Protein & carbohydrates · Vitamins & minerals · Lower gout risk.This recipe is for 4 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:-
  • Mushrooms 1/2 kg.
  • Onion into slice 1.
  • Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
  • Vinegar 1 table spoon.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Sesame seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Fresh and chopped mint and coriander leaves 1 cup.
  • Boiled peas 1 cup.
  • Boiled carrot in cubes 1/2 cup.
  • Potato in to cubes 1 cup.
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Take a bowl and combine the mushrooms,salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic and ginger powder,1/2 of sesame oil well.
  2. Grease the baking try and spread the mushrooms mixture in it.
  3. Bake them for 30 minutes on 350 degree.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a fry pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add all vegetables and cook for 3  minutes.
  5. Add chopped green chili.
  6. Add roasted mushrooms and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle over the mint and coriander leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy:-
