Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg,cut in long pieces.
- Egg without yolk 1.
- Corn flour 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon,
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
- Carrot into long 2 inch pieces 1 cup.
- Potato into 2 inch long pieces 1 cup.
- Capcicum into 2 inch long pieces 1 cup.
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Sesame seeds 1/2 cup.
- Soy 2 table spoon.
- White oil 1 table spoon.
- Sugar 1 tea spoon.
- Green onion 2 table spoon.
- Chopped tomato 1 cup.
- Chili sauce 1 table spoon.
- Oil for fry 1/2 kg.
- Chopped coriander and mint leaves 1 cup.
- Take a bowl and combine chicken,egg,cornflour,salt,black pepper powder, and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat of the the oil in the fry pan and fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil and fry sugar,onion,sesame seed for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped green chili and chopped tomato,soy sauce,chili sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread chicken pieces on it and cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat.
- Pour in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
