Sweet Potato Fries

 Sweet potato are  a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and phosphorus.Kids are like these chips so make in 30 minutes.

  • Sweet potatoes 1 kg.
  • Cornstarch 1 cup.
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Lemon juice of 1.
How to make:-
  1. Cut the potatoes into finger chips shape.
  2. Wash the potatoes and drain its water.
  3. Pour the potatoes in a large bowl and marinate with salt,black pepper powder,cornstarch,half of olive oil well.
  4. Grease the baking try and bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes on 400 degree.
  5. If you want more crispy bake them more.
  6. Pour the chips in a serving dish and sprinkle over the lemon juice and chat masala.
Serve with ketchup:-
