Tasty Chicken Egg Roll

 These chicken egg rolls are so supper and delicious.It can any time .At the tea parties it give so much taste.These rolls are for 5 serving and will be ready in 40 minutes.

  • Refined flour 2 cup.
  • Egg 4.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Water 2 cup.
  • Chines salt 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Oil 1/2 cup.
For filling:-
  • Cooked and crushed chicken 1/4 kg.
  • Onion into slices 1/2 cup.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped carrot 1/2 cup.
  • Boiled and mash potato 1/2 cup.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and beat the refined flour,water,salt,chines salt,black pepper powder.
  2. Add egg one by one and beat each time.
  3. Heat the fry pan and grease it with 1 table spoon of oil.
  4. Pour the 2 table spoon of mixture in the fry pan and make pan cake into round shape.
  5. Cook the pan cake each side.
  6. Make all cake pan same.
  7. Take the bowl and combined the chicken,salt,black pepper powder,cinnamon powder,chopped green chili,chopped carrot,onion slice,boiled mash potato.
  8. Take a pan cake and place 1 table spoon of chicken mixture on its side and roll it.
  9. Close it with toothpick.
Serve with ketchup or mint sauce:-
