Curry with Mutton Kofta

 It is  so famous in Pakistan and like by every body.In my home it eat with rice.This dish is for 8 serving and will be ready in 1 hour.


Ingredients:-
  • Mutton minced 1/2 kg.
  • Gram flour1/2 cup.
  • Chopped ginger 1 table spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Egg 1.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped green chili 1 tea spoon.
For Curry:-
  • Onion 1.
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup.
  • Garlic paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cardamom 5.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  •  Fresh and chopped soriander leaves.
  • Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup.
How to cook:-
  1.  Mix egg,chopped ginger,chopped green chili,garam flour,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,1 tea spoon garam masala,chopped coriander leaves in the minced well.
  2. Make kofta all of the mixture.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in the pan and cook kofta in it for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Leave from the heat and drain its water and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion for 3 minutes or until brown,then remove the onion from the oil and set aside.
  6. Add garlic and ginger paste in the oil and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomato paste,1/2 tea spoon salt,1 tea spoon red pepper powder,mustard powder,cinnamon and cumin powder,cardamoms,and butter and fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Add beaten yogurt and cook for 5 minutes or until it leaves oil.
  9. Grand the fry onion and add in it.
  10. Add in the kofta and  cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Add 2 glass of water and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it tender.
  12. Add coriander leaves and garam masala and pour in a serving bowl.
Serve with nan or  rice and enjoy:-
