Ingredients:-
- Boneless chicken 1 kg.
- Butter 1 cup.
- Mushrooms 1/4 kg.
- Onion slice 1 cup.
- Sweet red pepper in cubes 1 cup.
- Green pepper in cubes 1 cup.
- Broccoli in cubes 1 cup.
- Sour cream 1 cup.
- Peas 1 cup.
- Carrot into cubes 1/2 cup.
- Potato into cubes 1 cup.
- Chopped green chili 1 table spon.
- Tomato into cubes 1 cup.
- Vinegar 1/2 cup.
- Salt 1-1/2 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
- Mustard powder 1/4 tea spoon.
- Coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Oil 1 cup.
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tea spoon of salt and 1/2 cup of vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat the 1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes each side and set aside.
- Heat the 1/2 cup oil in other skillet and fry the onion for 3 minutes,then add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add peas and carrot and some water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add potato,broccoli ,tomato,green and red pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken cubes,salt,red pepper powder,black pepper powder,mustard powder and cook until all things tender.
- If need add some water.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes .
- Add sour cream ,butter,coriander powder,garam masala and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
- Pour in serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
