Banana Butter Cake with Mango Jam

Banana maintaining a low sodium intake is essential to lowering blood pressure, however increasing potassium intake may be just as important because of its vasodilation effects.This tasty cake is very healthy and delicious.it will be ready in 1 hour .

  • Shredded banana 2 cup.
  • Refined flour1-1/2 cup.
  • Eggs 3.
  • Milk 1/2 glass.
  • Brown sugar 1-1/2 cup.
  • Butter 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon.
  • Mango jam for garnish.
  • Nutmeg powder1/2 cup.
  • Crushed almonds 1/4 cup.
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tea spoon.
 How to make:-
  1. Take a bowl and combined butter, 1 1/4 cup sugar well.
  2. Add eggs one by one and beat each time well.
  3. Add baking powder,vanilla essence,refined flour and beat well.
  4. Add milk in it and mix.
  5. Take a baking try and grease it with butter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon  cinnamon and 1/2 tea spoon  nutmeg.
  7. Place banana slices on it and sprinkle again brown sugar,1/2 tea spoon,cinnamon,1/2 tea spoon nutmeg.
  8. Pure over the batter and top with crushed almonds.
  9.  Bake it for 180 degree for 35-40 minutes.
Decorate with jam and serve:-
