Chicken and Potato Noodles Kebab

Noodles is gradually becoming the staple food in youngsters and our chefs are continuously coming up with new and fresh noodle recipes. Bring in variation is noodles and enjoy cheesy noodle kebabs.this recipe is for 6 serving and will be ready in 1 hour. 

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg.
  • Boiled noodles 2 packets.
  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger paste 1 tea spoon.
  • Chopped onion 1 cup.
  •  Red pepper powder 2 tea spoon.
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 table spoon.
  • Chopped green chilies 3.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper 1 tea spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 table spoon.
  • Water 1 cup.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Boiled the chicken with garlic and ginger paste,salt,red pepper,onion,black pepper,soy sauce powder in 1 cup water.
  2. When its water dry well then chopped it.
  3.  Add mint and coriander leave ,1 egg,green chilies,boiled noodles.potatoes and chopped again.
  4. Shape the mixture in to kebabs.
  5. Heat the oil in a fry pan.
  6. Roll the kebabs in the bread crumbs,then dip in beaten egg and fry each side until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup:-
