Mango Banana Smoothie

 Adding a banana to your daily diet has an array of benefits in your body. A peach makes you feel full and keeps you from overeating. The bonus: one peach only contains about 35-50 calories and no fat.This recipe is for 2 serving and make in 5 minutes.


  • Fresh banana in slices 2 cup.
  • Fresh mango in slices 2 cup.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Ground cinnamon 1/4 tea spoon.
  • Vanilla yogurt 2 cup.
How to make:-
  1. Set aside few banana for garnish.
  2. Blend the banana,mango,yogurt,sugar until it smooth.
  3. Add some ice and blend again for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with banana and cinnamon.
Serve cold:-
