- Chicken minced 1/2 kg.
- Bread crumbs 3 pieces.
- Coconut flour 1/4 -1/2 cup.
- Egg 2 beaten.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Onion powder 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- White pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Soy sauce 1 table spoon.
- Garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
- Butter 1 table spoon.
- Oil for fry.
How to cook;-
- Take a bowl and mix 1 egg,1/2 cup coconut flour,soy sauce,salt,black and white pepper powder,onion and garlic powder in the chicken minced.
- Make cutlet of the mixture.
- Pour egg in a bowl and mix red pepper in it.
- Mix coconut flour and bread crumbs another bowl.
- Dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
- Again dip the cutlet in egg,then in crumbs.
- Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
- Bake the cutlet for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in fry pan and fry cutlet for 3 minutes each side.
