Chicken Ginger Stir Fry
Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1 kg.
- Ginger 1/4 kg.
- Yogurt 1/2 kg.
- Chopped green chili 2 table spoon.
- Salt 1 tea spoon.
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon.
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon.
- Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon.
- Dry coriander powder 1 table spoon.
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Fresh mint and coriander leaves.
How to cook:-
- Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with yogurt,oil,red pepper,salt,lemon juice,coriander powder and leave it for 1 hour.
- Take a skillet and cook the chicken for 30 minutes on medium heat.
- Cut the ginger in long 1 inch pieces.
- Add the ginger and chopped green chili in the chicken and cook until it dry and leave the oil.
- Pour it in the serving dish and sprinkle over the garam masala and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves.
