- Chicken cutlets 6.
- Chicken broth 1 cup.
- Lemon juice 2 table spoon.
- Lemon 1 cut in slices.
- Olive oil 1 cup.
- Eggs 3.
- Fresh parsley 1 table spoon.
- Garlic paste 1/4 tea spoon.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
- Bread crumb 1-1/2 cup.
- Butter 1 table spoon.
- Grated cheese 3/4 cup.
How to make:-
- Take a bowl and beat the eggs,garlic paste,salt and pepper,parsley well.
- Take another bowl and combined the cheese and bread crumbs.
- Dip each cutlet in egg mixture.then coat in the bread crumbs.
- Take a fry pan and heat olive oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown each side.
- Place them in oven proof plate.
- Melt the butter on low heat.
- Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour broth mixture over the cutlets and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
