- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped ginger 2 table spoon
- Chopped onion 2
- Chopped green chili 4
- Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup
- Fresh mint 1/2 cup
- Red pepper 1 tea spoon
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Garam masala
- Powder of coriander
- 2 table spoon of oil
- Mix all the ingredients together with mince.
- Leave it for 2-3 hours.
- Now put the mince on Bar B Q sticks.
- Cook on the Bar B Q grill.
- Grease them with the brush while grilling
